Wow, I wish my mom and I had read these reviews before she decided to order from here. Basically what other people are complaining about I am dealing with. I was supposed to get a call with expected delivery this morning. No call, so I called them and was told noon. 12:45 rolls around and no delivery. I called again then was told another hour and a half. Ok cool..... two hours roll by nothing. I call again and now being told it will be delivered before end of day by 5.....wtf??? I don't have all day to wait around for something that should have been delivered at noon. And no phone call to keep me updated. I really hope this delivery happens. This was the most horrible delivery ever. First off was not delivered til 7:25PM The fruit was hot n wilted it was dropped off by a young lady driving her own car not the company car that's refrigerated to keep fruit fresh. When the package was opened it smelled bad n spoiled. The hubby still decided to eat the pineapples n ended up running to the restroom all night with the runs (sorry tmi) I decided to try a strawberry which was horribly disgusting soft n yuki. The melon & honeydew was just to gross to try as you can see in the picture. Speaking on behalf of multiple experiences. While the packaging and food it's always great the delivery is terrible. Every time Its delivered it's usually one - two days late. In my recent purchase, I called the store the day before asking if there was anyway I could request that the delivery was in the morning//earlier afternoon. The best they could do was a note. The day it was supposed to be delivered I called around noon to check the status of my order. They said it was waiting to be delivered. I had told the women before hand that this arrangement was an anniversary gift, and the people receiving it are going to dinner in the evening so nobody wouldn't be home. While they attempt to deliver it past 6pm ( after trying to request the morning because this is usually what happens) , obviously no one was home. I didn't get so much as an email update letting me know what had happened or that my arrangement wasn't delivered. The couple who was supposed to receive it were going out of town the following day, so I had to ruin the surprise and ask them to wait around a bit before they left just to receive this gift. (Not a huge deal, but still frustrating) My piece of advice: make your delivery date 1-2 days before you need it there Or pick it up. That way you know it's at least on time or early!! read more

I called back later to find out where he was and going to drop off my arrangement back at the store location and I would have to pick it up myself. So I travel over to the location and the gentleman at the front said that the driver never dropped off the arrangement. Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. I'm never ordering from here again. First, I received the incorrect product. I called customer service and the rep told me they were going to redeliver it. I was hopeful and I believed that they would keep their word. However, I never received the redelivery. I was extremely disappointed. How do you incorrectly send a customer the incorrect product and not make sure the customer receives the redelivery? Thus, I called the next day to follow up on the re-delivery. The supervisor claimed that they already delivered it to me. When I told her that I never received it, the manager told me that they have "proof of delivery" and that there is nothing they can do. Even though I have never seen this "proof of delivery". Ugh.. Edible Arrangements - such a love / hate relationship with you! I love the concept of cute arranged fruit bouquets for gifts. It's totally an original, fun and delicious gift. I hate the service. Now I am one to be patient and give anybody a fair shake, but the service here was horrible. I had a super easy transaction, or so I thought. Nothing custom, just drove up to get a premade arrangement from the fridge case in front. I ask the girl working the register how much each of the only 3 arrangement cost. She had no idea. I point to the first one and she looks up something on the computer and then tells me it's a medium and the cost. I point to the one above it and ask. She then from behind the counter asks me if it has chocolate strawberries on it. Um ok let me open the case and spin it around and take a look for you. She made ZERO attempt to walk out and help me or take a look at HER store's products on display. She went into the back room several times for I can only assume answers, but who knows. OK whatever, I assisted and made my choice. I then asked if they had any balloons to go with it for a birthday. She says, yes we have balloons. - That's it! Like pulling teeth I ask how much and what do they look like? Do you have any photos of your selection? She said yes but never produced anything. After telling me they were like $12 for who knows how many - I was completely loosing interest and just got them at Vons up the street. This was taking forever and I had no custom anything. Just grab and go - right? Ok time to pay... Uh oh there was a problem. She asked for my full home address for the charge. It was like $50. I asked do you mean the zip code? She said no the full billing address. I was not comfortable with that because I have bought things for way more with only ID shown - no address. I have no idea what this fruit store was doing! I asked for the manager and Ben came out. I asked him to just cancel the transaction and try again with another card to see if that would help. He asked for my address too. I said just cancel it. He said he needed the address to void the sale and cancel! What the heck?? I was not a happy camper. This place started sounding sketchy. He started to punch buttons on the register and handed me the receipt for the refund. I said refund? Oh so did the charge go through or not? He said "Yes". I asked how? He said he put the store's address with my credit card. What!?! So that won't look odd to have my credit card info associated with your store address?? I was really ticked off now. I did not give any kind of authorization to do that! And the charge went through. Now we finished up the sale with the secondary card and no problem. But I had a charge, a refund, and a second charge for a simple order of fruit. Ben needs to get things together. Train the people working to be knowledgeable of the products - at least the very basic premade bouquets up front. And NEVER, EVER falsify a customer's information on a transaction. Corporate will hear about this one. It's such a shame. Good gift idea ruined with crap suspicious customer service. Overpriced fruit should have at the very least decent service. I received a call confirming my purchase and giving me a specific time to expect my delivery. So today Martin contacted me , he was at the location and no one was home. He made sure to give me specific details as to where he was going to leave the gift. Took a picture and sent it my way. I went to the Santa Clarita Edible Arrangements location this afternoon and waited at the counter for 15 minutes and couldn't find a single person inside to help me. I ended up just walking out and going to a local Florist Shop down the street and received amazing service and a beautiful flower arrangement. The worst experience EVER! First my mom and I go in because we heard they made amazing bouquets and we had a party coming up. We ordered the sleigh basket and our bouquet to be delivered last Sunday before 2pm. They call us Saturday afternoon and tell us they are all out of sleighs! (really then why did you sell us one.) So we tell them to switch to a snowman to hold the bouquet. About an hour later they call back and say the snowman will not fit the size of bouquet you order! Really!!!!!!! Called back again and the manager told me they would replace it with a new one the following day (after seeing proof of the issue). The next day nothing showed up. They just absolutely did not follow through. When I called about it the following day they said they were busy and just didn't get around to it. Do not order from this location! Charged in full, but arrangement never made/delivered. Zero communication. They do not answer phones, even when I contacted corporate to make the phone call. Order placed on Friday at 2:30 pm, was received/billed and per the stores hours they were open until 7pm Friday and Sat - more than enough time to contact if they couldn't fulfill the delivery requested for Saturday. Tracking on Sat around 2pm still states only 'received' by store. Try calling to verify it will get made and delivered on the day promised in the order, no answer. Sat no delivery. Called corporate customer service on Sunday was told they would have store support reach out as I was willing to have order arrive a day late. No response from store support as promised and no delivery on Sunday. Tried store one last time 8:15am on Monday, or course - No answer. Contact corporate again, they are unable to reach store as well (no surprise). At this point they've missed the occasion by 2 days, even if they could have gotten the store to fulfill the order late, I have no desire to support this owner. Refund requested and supposedly will post to my card in 3-5 business days. FYI supposedly it is a corporate policy that if a store does not respond within 24hours corporate can/will issue the refund directly. Choose a different location! Unfortunately, I was one of the many people who ordered a Mother's Day package to be delivered on Sunday May 10th and nothing was ever made or delivered. I received no call from anyone or email in regards to the status. I tried calling the store as well as the customer service line Sunday and Monday still no answer? At this point I had enough. I decided to send a direct message on Twitter stating the issue and wanting a refund demanding answers. I finally received a message back stating someone from the store would be contacting me in 48hrs. Wednesday I missed the call but the girl who left a message stated my order was being made and was going to ship out and be delivered. The excuse was they had a broken down truck....Well my order was suppose to be delivered Sunday as a Mother's Day gift. And due to lack of communication and disorganization I didn't want it anymore and just wanted my refund. I tried calling back multiple times to speak with her. No answer.... So now I'm angry, I called back within 5 mins of her message. So I took it upon myself to go to the store.
