I will NEVER order from Edible Arrangements again! I placed my order on the 2nd to be delivered on February 14th for Valentine's Day and the order was delivered too late and the business was closed. I placed an order online and got my confirmation that everything was good! I had it scheduled for my brother to go in and pick up my chocolate covered strawberries for 3:30 and received an email at noon saying my order was ready anytime before 5pm. My brother went in and was in the store for 20 minutes before calling me saying that no one had come to the front. He said he even opened and closed the front door so the bell would ring to see if anyone would come in and still no one. He asked if I could get a refund so I called the store and had to press 2 to talk to the fruit specialist who then was able to cancel my order for me. I told him the situation and he said he didn't know what they were doing back there. Good thing I didn't go pick up or else I probably would've just walked to the back to see what was going on or just get my own strawberries from the fridge since that's I guess what they're wanting. This is the worst experience I have ever had and multiple times they completely omitted part of an order and never said anything. The only reason I found out is because the recipient sent me pictures of what they received, and it was missing parts of the order - two times in a row! I can't even get a hold of the store. Horrible service! I ordered a birthday gift for someone very special to me on November 12th, and it was not and has not been delivered! Worse yet, they didn't even notify me that it was "unsuccessful". I had to call them to find out if it was delivered or not and was told that "they were going to attempt it again on November 13th. When I asked what time they were going to attempt this, I was told "I don't have a time line" in other words, not a clue. I told her if they were unable to deliver the gift, I would just like to cancel my order. She said "no problem, just call us and we will issue a refund". I ordered a graduation arrangement to be delivered on Saturday and it was never delivered. I never received a call informing me that they were too busy or understaffed to deliver. Which I would have appreciated and understood. I called the next day inquiring about the order status and the girl I spoke to said "Sorry about that, do you want us to re-deliver or refund you". Re-deliver???? You never tried to delivered it at all!!!! I received no explanation as to why it was not delivered when it was scheduled. I went ahead and had them deliver it the following day, I had specified delivery instructions, which they completely ignored. Don't waste your time with this place. Order your gift elsewhere. Rude, not sure how they stay in business. They need to put a cap on how many orders they can take to keep up with customers demands. Doesn't matter if it is valentines day. Don't take everyone and their momma's orders and not able to deliver, and tell me that you have a lot of orders. I called 100 times to a busy line. Placed on hold 2 for over 30 minutes until I had to call back again and say wait!!!Luckily my wife was understanding enough that she could be getting her chocolate strawberries at midnight. This is the worst edible arrangements I've ever received something from! My daughter order me the Mother's Day special! In which it should had been delivered on Sunday! Instead it was delivered on Monday morning... by a person that looked like she had just gotten out of bed and didn't comb her hair nor take a bath. The fruit looked old and had a bad smell as well as the cookies! My daughter tried calling them several times and no one answered! She kept on trying until someone finally answered and left her on hold for an hour! While she was driving to Saugus from L.a she remained on hold. When she walked in the store no one was busy they all was at the front desk not answering phones.she stated that the fruit had a bad smell and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I don't typically write bad reviews but I have to say that I'm a little upset with my recent experience. I sent an arrangement to family for a special occasion and it turned out to be less than special. The arrangement looked beautiful and delicious from the outside but once it was opened and they began serving, something that looked like mold was found on the outer garnish covering the fruit. After noticing this, the recipient serving this fruit to her child, called the location and explained what had happened. She simply asked if it could possibly be replaced and she would provide the old arrangement so they could see what the issue was. Instead of offering a solution or even an apology, they manager only offered a 15% discount and her next order. The arrangement went to waste and they were not able to enjoy the "special" treat I had sent. I am not happy with the fact that the recipient had to call and complain about a gift and I am especially not happy about the fact that they were not able to provide a good solution so the customer could still enjoy a basket. In the end I was refunded my money back but now I am left to figure out a new gift since I will not be calling them again. read more

We ordered a box of twelve chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day from the Saugus Edible Arrangements. My husband went on Saturday to pick them up. On Sunday, Valentine's Day, we opened them and found that they had completely got our order wrong. But, not just got our order wrong, but the ones that were supposed to be covered with chocolate were only less than half covered, half of the box were the smaller strawberries I have ever seen from Edible Arrangements and there were ones in the box that were old with rotting stems and yellow seeds on them. When we called them to tell them about the condition of the box and that our order was completely wrong, they would do nothing!! Their reasoning was because we took the box home. It was tied with a ribbon and it was supposed to be for a special occasion. They are expensive and you don't think you would receive crap. They lost a customer!! This was an order that was placed a week before too! So this establishment had PLENTY of time to prepare for this expensive and amazing order. Well, you guessed right! It is now February 15th and I am one pissed off, hormonal, pregnant lady with no fruit, no chocolate, no balloons and with a very disappointed husband because we are still waiting! My Valentine's Day Gift never actually made it to its destination. My husband spent all day yesterday calling this store, calling corporate, calling any number he could possibly find and every single call that made it through (which there wasn't very many since every line was busy all day....) got either hung up on, or died on hold for 20 minutes. I ordered something for my mom for Mother's Day. I paid a delivery fee to have it delivered Mother's Day. I waited around all day and nothing got delivered. Around 3 o'clock I tried calling multiple times and couldn't get through. Whenever I checked my status all it said was order received by store. I went in the next day after never receiving anything. They kept telling me how busy they were and that all orders that didn't make it out on Mother's Day were sent out early the next morning. It was 4 o'clock when I went in and still hadn't received my order. The woman working didn't know where my order was so she grabbed me a fresh box from the back since they apparently had some sitting around. This is the second time having the same problem with this business. Edible Arrangements on Soledad. I made an online order it was delivered with two out of the three things I ordered missing. I ordered a get well bouquet of fruits with a teddy bear and get well balloon for a little girl and only the fruit showed up. No call to let me know they were out of them etc. At my daughters birthday the same establishment was supposed to give us a hello Kitty arrangement and again no hello kitty arrangement just a normal arrangement. No call. I have been calling for three days Thursday, Friday and today and it says to call back during regular business hours even though it is regular business hours no one answers the phone so that I can get a refund and find out why no one called me to tell me that they didn't have the teddy bear or they didn't have the hello Kitty pot so now to get my money back I have to drive there. After speaking to their employees, I was told that her order was just sitting there in their store and wouldn't be able to deliver it to her before she left her office for the day. My wife's office and this edible arrangements store is less than a mile away from each other!!!!!! And the worst part? After ruining my plans for my wife's birthday gift, they refuse to give me a refund because only Allison, the store manager, is authorized to do so......but she's somehow never at the store whenever you call to talk to her!!!! It breaks my hear every time I leave negative reviews, but this time it is well deserved. I usually get this arrangements at another store and the fruit is always fresh and tastes great. This time it happen to be more convenient to stop by this one. I did not order in advance. I picked one of the arrangements that was already made and, although it was really pretty, the fruit tasted like it had been cut days ago and sitting there for a couple of days- specially the chocolate strawberries.
