I called on the 12th to see if they could deliver it a day early, but they refused to work with me. When I called this morning to see if it could be picked up, they said yes and then called to tell me that they had refunded my order. Ordered a fruit arrangement with balloons for my wife for Mother's Day. Order was placed Thursday before Mother's Day. Arrangement arrived at 945pm Sunday night with fruit that looked like it was days old. I know Mother's Day is a busy holiday for deliveries, but if you can't deliver fresh fruit at a reasonable time, decline taking the order. Won't be using Edible arrangements in the future. read more

this is the worst edible i called the other day to pick up some chocolate covered If I could give zero stars, I would. I called about picking up some strawberries TWO hours before closing and was told the kitchen was already closed and to "call another day." I still went in, hoping to clarify things, and ended up standing in the lobby for 10 minutes before anyone even bothered to come out. When someone finally did, a woman with black hair either Daisy or Tracey didn't greet me, didn't acknowledge me, and stayed on a personal phone call while "helping" me, making it clear I was interrupting her. I asked about the strawberries again and got the same dismissive response: "The kitchen is closed." Mind you, this was around 4:50 PM, far from their posted closing time. The attitude was beyond rude. I've heard complaints about this store before especially about the main manager Anna and this girl Daisy or tracey and now I see why. She hung up on one of my friends when they called another time this was in the newark store. Completely unprofessional. If I were the owner, I'd be ashamed. The customer service is nonexistent and the staff clearly don't care about the business. I would seriously start looking for replacements before more customers take their money elsewhere. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could. My father died recently and on my first birthday without him, someone sent me chocolate strawberries just like my dad would have gotten for me. The woman at the front desk called me to see if I was home for the delivery, with her voice dripping with attitude, telling me it would be there in 2 hours and they send it through Uber Eats so I need to be home to get the delivery. I told her I was going to work in an hour, but my mother would be home. 2 hours later I got a text that it was delivered but my mom had no received anything. I checked the address uber had provided and it was the right street but the next town over. I called to tell her this happened and was put on hold for 6 minutes, when she came back she immediately started giving me attitude about how it wasn't her fault and that's the address she was given and they would never take a delivery to my town because they "don't deliver there" (which is odd because my town is closer to the location of the store than the town they sent it to). I said that's fine, but it is not my address so can you tell me who sent it so that I can thank them even though I did not receive it. I said again that it was fine I just wanted to know who sent it, because it's not my address. She hung up on me. I called back repeatedly, and every time she would yell at me that she wouldn't help me and hung up again. The 4th time I called I put on my nicest customer service voice, despite shaking with rage at this point, and she told me she wouldn't put up with my "sarcasm" and hung up again. Clear that there was nothing I could do to get her to speak to me at this point, I had my boss call. She told her she knew she was calling to help me out and that she wouldn't help her because I was rude. My boss reiterated that she just wanted to know who sent it so we could thank them. She said it was anonymous and there was no note or name attached. My mother called and she told my mother that I was a b*tch and she refused to help anyone calling to get me the information. She refused to pass anybody on to a manager or to speak to anyone besides her. I left work and drove 30 minutes to the next town to receive my gift from where it was mistakenly delivered. Attached to the box was, in fact, a note that told me exactly who the box came from, also on the box was a shipping label that had my correct address on it. So not only did she LIE to my boss that it was anonymous with no note, but she also LIED about being given the wrong address when the entire time it was, in fact, HER FAULT and she had given the uber eats delivery driver the wrong address the entire time. I drove an hour out of my way to fix a mistake she made and refused to admit to. It is clear to me that at some point she did realize her mistake and doubled down on refusing to help because then she would have had to send out a new box. She doubled down to hide her mistake to the point where she yelled and cursed out multiple people. The lady working the front desk is a monster and a villain. To cause me unnecessary stress on my first birthday without my father was mean and, quite frankly, evil. A lot of the bad reviews on here and google reviews are about how rude this woman is and yet somehow, she still works there. I am unsure if she is the franchise owner or someone's family member or what, but I am appalled that she is being allowed to continue to speak to customers the way she does. It is deeply disappointing for a company (whose main purpose is to send gifts to people celebrating or grieving) to have a customer facing role be filled by a monster such as this woman. I will make sure everyone I know knows not to order from here and let this evil woman profit off of treating people like dirt on her shoe. read more

Do not even both ordering from this company. Let me start by saying how they do not answer the phone on Valentine's Day and to get a hold of them you are LUCKY originally the order was placed by this location and sent over to the Elizabeth store where they were also supposed to tell them to resend my bouquet which we only received one and not the damaged one! I get a call from a random women who tells me the truck driver left open the truck and our bouquet was destroyed and I had to drive the town over to go get it!! Oh it doesn't get left there, so as I spend 15+ minutes on hold hearing the same message repeat as I'm trying to get a hold of a representative they tell me it will be resent today before the end of the day.. oh the other boquet we were supposed to receive did at 11:17 pm!? Not the replaced one that they said they were going to send us! That's not the time to deliver anything AT ALL regarding the fact it's not only a work day tomorrow (Tuesday) and the driver was laughing at the fact he brought it so late and woke us up so disrespectful !!!!! The cherry on top with all of this is he LEFT IT IN THE CONTAINER INSIDE THE BAG WHERE THE TOXIC SALT WAS OPENED AND TIED TRIPPLE KNOTTED!!!ITS TOXIC!!!! !! NOT myself, my friends, or anyone I know will be ordering from this unprofessional company and ESPECIALLY for the amount was paid for these arrangements was totally disappointing and unprofessional entirely. Please just take the time to make these arrangements yourself and safe your money time and inconvenience! How totally disappointing not only for us but the sender as well using this service for the first time who's so far away trying to make us feel special. I'm in total awe! After four long years of unimaginable ridiculous hard work that my husband invested into medical school, he was finally finished. I had hoped to surprise him with a fruit bouquet but somehow this location got a hold of my husband's number and accidentally blew the surprise. I'm guessing that they looked up my address in their system and found his number attached (from a previous order). When filling out the order form online, I specifically input my phone number and name... But my mistake was not making extra effort to type in the "Special directions," box that it was a surprise. Regardless, I think that they should prioritize calling the number provided on the order form- People in one household like surprising each other too. Initially I was OK with what happened, mistakes happen, but the worker I talked to didn't seem to show enough sympathy toward my situation. He did say sorry, but only after I mentioned that it was suppose to be a surprise the second time around. I wasn't looking for any freebies, just good customer service. On the other hand, I did appreciate the fact that they called to see if I wanted to pick my arrangement ahead of time to avoid the hassle of picking it up during a snow storm. Their fresh kale smoothies are also delicious and nutritious. The workers always let me choose any combination of ingredients. The actual fruit from the bouquet looked beautiful but the pineapple had just a bit of rind on it. Overall, fresh fruit for a winter bouquet. read more

My wife ordered an arrangement for a friend who had a loss in the family. The driver called to say he could not deliver it because the street was closed. He could have gone another street to access the house but he refused and delivered to our house across town instead then we had to deliver to our friends house ourselves. I called store and asked that only the delivery charge be removed since arrangement was not delivered to intended recipient and we had to rush home to get arrangement and deliver ourselves.
