When we got in the store the workers simply stared at us and did not ask us for help as we waited at the front of the store for about 5 mins. After ordering, I went outside to my car and check, but the staff got me the wrong cookie, so I had to go inside and check with them again. The portion was definitely on the large side & the sugar cookie and confetti cake have the same cookie base but they were soft with great texture and delicious! The rotating weekly cookie selection with 200+ flavors makes me want to come back to try more. Service is so bad at this location. I've given this Crumbl location multiple chances, and the service is consistently terrible. Every single visit turns into a frustrating wait, even when I place my order ahead of time. Today I ordered ahead and ended up waiting 20 minutes at the store. How is that possible??? There weren't even that many people. The purpose of ordering ahead is to save time, but my cookies are never ready when I arrive. There is one employee who seems to be working every time I'm there, she always has a long braid, and the pace of service is incredibly slow. She seems consistently confused, doesn't pay attention to the orders coming in, and moves so slowly that a line forms even when there are only one or two customers. I've waited while being the only customer in the store, which is unacceptable for a business that's built around quick service. The cookies themselves are good, but the consistently slow, disorganized service has made me stop coming to this location. Management needs to address the efficiency issues because this experience is crazy. read more

I received a sea salt chocolate, dark dream, oatmeal mallow and mint chip. The cookies weren't good either :( the salt on top of the chocolate chip was overpowering. The marshmallow filling was really sweet for the oatmeal cookie. The dark dream was my favorite but honestly didn't taste like much, it just wasn't overly sweet like the other ones. I may have to give up my devotion and obsession with Crumbl. :( I changed to a different location because another one had let me down twice recently. Now, this location let me down, too! I ordered a 6-pack and a 4-pack and should've known better to take a picture of everything before eating any. The peanut butter cookie this week was nowhere near as fabulous as I recall their peanut butter being in the past. This time, it was just basic and not the strong peanut butter you're hoping for. Somewhat moist but not dense like before. The Toffee Cake was a letdown for sure. It didn't taste like caramel at all, and it was supposed to have caramel sauce on the cake portion and on the top. If you look at the photo on the website compared to the real product, there is no caramel drizzled on the top. I'm guessing since we didn't taste any caramel in the cake, it wasn't on it either, or the sauce was so diluted that there was no caramel taste to begin with. :( I spend a decent amount of money at Crumbl and have always defended them to people who like soft cookies, but I think something has definitely changed, and it's no longer the strong flavors it once was. However, be careful, not only are these cookies a little on the sugary side (which is okay if you have a sweet tooth)-- you always have to be careful that you're not unknowingly digesting pieces of what appear to be plastic wrapper that they included in the cookie dough, missed, and cooked it. Cookies are always tasty and flavorful it could be at times be on the sweeter side, so you can definitely split this up into acouple of meals. The remaining 2 employees ignored me for probably about 10 minutes. They also ignored another person who came in about 5 minutes after me. The 2 employees just talked to each not caring about anyone in the store. The employee who walked out came back and after a minute handed me my order from a cabinet. Never saying anything.
