Is this location still open? I have been trying to confirm an order I placed, that when tracking, shows cancelled. My credit card however, has been charged! I am calling and getting a message and have left multiple messages and cannot get ahold of anyone to assist on what is going on... certainly hope this is resolved asap. After calling corporate I was told that deliveries could very well be affected by COVID, which, completely understandable. However I see some deliveries were processed earlier this month, so an update on the website or local business number would be nice. I placed an order for chocolate covered strawberries for my boyfriend's parents as a 40th anniversary gift (the 40th anniversary is the Ruby anniversary hence the red strawberries...clever right?...). I appreciate the ease of how I was able to place the order online. The Moorpark location called to inform me that the driver was making the delivery and how would I like to proceed if the recipient was not home. She offered to text if that turned out to be the case. Fortunately, it was not the case. His mother was pleasantly surprised, appreciated the message that you have an option of leaving, and the strawberries were enjoyed by his parents. Recieved a platter as a birthday gift. My platter Was missing the grapes which I was supper sad about cause grapes are my favorite! And half of my strawberries were either yellow or tiny. But what makes me most upset is I've been trying to reach the store for over a month no return phone call. Corporate has emailed them to call me and still nothing. Extremely frustrating! I placed my order online and received a confirmation it would be processed and delivered. I was excited to send a unique flower arrangement to a friend who went under surgery and was recovering. I had not seen them for a month and when I inquired if they liked the arrangement they informed me it was never received. When contacting Edible Arrangements they advised since they "called the recipient and couldn't reach them they canceled my order". I was never notified from Edible Arrangements regarding the cancelation and no where on the website dose it say they will cancel the arrangement if THEY can't reach the recipient BEFORE they even attempt delivery. What if this was a surprise gift? Why didn't I get notified? Why wouldn't you attempt a delivery? I am extremely frustrated as I wanted my friend to know we were thinking of him in his difficult time only for us to look impersonable. read more

Within the next 40 minutes I called back 3 times in attempt to choose a new arrangement with no luck. At that point I called corporate to cancel the order, they were helpful and also told me the arrangement I chose was not discontinued but possible they were out. I ordered flowers and berries on a Friday afternoon through the Corporate website that was scheduled for the next day, unfortunately the order was canceled due to a glitch in the system. I called the location the next day and Alex was able to fix the problem for me, get same day delivery, and save me some money on the order. Horrible place. I placed an order on Valentine's Day. Not till 6 hours later they send me an EMAIL saying my order was cancelled. 6 HOURS! I get it, it's Valentine's Day but I clicked on the tab that said available for same day delivery and paid waaay too much because it was on Valentine's Day. If I had known they weren't going to be able to fulfill my order I would had made different arrangements. But the $90 that was now tied up with them, I was not able to use. I called Friday 5 times to confirm my order will arrive and if the person wasn't in office I WAS TOLD BY EMPLOYEE that it will return back and sent out when the person is in office. We had a holiday party with a guest who was highly allergic to dairy (dangerously allergic) and I asked Sarah to prepare arrangements with fresh knives away from their dipping chocolates. The manager, Sarah, was kind enough to come in early and prepare our cut fruit on fresh surfaces first thing before the chocolate was used. I always love getting an edible arrangements no matter what I get. Today was Valentine's Day so I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my boyfriend as his valentines gift. After we ate dinner, we were so excited to sit down and eat the strawberries. When we opened it we realized there was only 7 strawberries in there. I thought that was completely my fault and I ordered the wrong one, but my boyfriend checked the receipt on the box and said that I did order a dozen. I was at this shopping mall location visiting the Conejo Valley Art Museum when I saw the Edible Arrangements Shop. I wanted to get a little something for my wife to celebrate getting home from her last day of work to start summer vacation. The woman I spoke with was fabulous. 5 stars! Very happy with her. She even gave my son a chocolate dipped strawberry to take with him! But the prices here are just so high. It was a nice treat but I'm still kind of regretting spending that kind of money on a small box of dipped fruit (one of the most affordable options). They do BEAUTIFUL work... I have attempted to order from Edible Arrangements twice - neither time could they fulfill the request. The first was a request to deliver an order to an address off Westlake Blvd. They called to tell me I needed to pick it up as they could not deliver over 4 miles. I tried to do a same day pick up today, and I received a call that they called multiple times (once) and it would be ready Tuesday. They are sold out for today. I recently ordered an edible arrangements to be sent to my mom who was in the hospital. The delivery instructions had clearly stated which floor it was intended to go to. Later in the day I received an email saying it was delivered but found out it never made it to the intended floor. The delivery driver had instead just dropped it off at the front of the hospital. When I reached out to customer service the day after I was told they would contact me regarding the situation. Over 3 weeks later I called back asking for a refund since it was never delivered to the intended person and didn't even make it the floor that was clearly designated on instructions. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, and denied giving any refund saying it wasn't their fault they couldn't go in. Ridiculous. Do not go here!! read more

I have ordered here before and always had good experiences. Today I decided to leave a review because they went above and beyond. I put in an order at 9:30am and it came by 12:45pm. When it arrived, it was not the same platter that I had originally ordered. The person delivering it told me they would call the store and fix the problem. They made the correct platter and delivered again by 2:00pm. It's rare to have a company treat you like a valued customer and actually fix a mistake. I will definitely order from them again!! I recently purchased an Edible Arrangements 'bouquet' for a family member. Having never used them before, I was nervous about it as the arrangements are rather pricey. I like how you are given the option of purchasing either a small, medium, or large size of each arrangement but what I didn't like is they don't provide photos of what the small or large sized arrangements look like, only the medium. It made it hard to determine the difference in size! I didn't see the final product that was delivered but was told by the person receiving it that is was beautiful. From what they told me the fruit was fresh, crisp, and tasted delicious. Plus, there was a few pieces of fruit that had been dipped in chocolate. They all loved it! It was delivered right on time which was fantastic! They also mentioned how beautiful it was, I guess it was quite colorful! I ordered the arrangement online and then after you receive your confirmation they give you the name and number of the location that will be filling the order. I did wish that they sent some type of confirmation that the delivery had been completed, that would have been nice. I would use them again in a heartbeat though.
