Nicely decorated store, charming with fun merchandise. Great place to shop for friends, get a gag gift or unique items for holidays. If uninspired in your shopping, come here! The shop will give inspiration and make you smile on the way to your purchase. Street parking, closed on Mondays. I wish the store would stay open later than 3-4 pm (check their schedule), but it's a small boutique, so it's understable!

I went in the next day and asked again and the owners said yes once again- great. It was downhill after that. The worker assisting us was so horrendous and rude I'm surprised she still has a job. I selected the items I wanted and after every item I picked she was pushy and judgmental, constantly asking if I'm done and who the item I'm purchasing is for. That aside when the time came to purchase my items she refused to honor the sale promotion. She had the audacity to state that I was already getting a good deal and there was no way she was going to apply the promotion. I told her I confirmed with the owners twice at this point and they said that the promotion would be honored. The worker gave attitude and stated the owners aren't at the store and there wasn't anything she could do. She then had me call the owner myself in front of her to prove to the worker that the owner truly did say the promotion will be honored. At this point im just surprised I stayed and took this blatant disrespect but I was trying to be respectful which this worker clearly knew nothing about. After getting the owner on the phone, she finally told the worker she will be honoring the promotion. The worker did not like that and took the phone to the back office to have a private conversation (after she forced me to talk in front of her) and then came back and handed me the phone. The owner told me that they will NOT be honoring the promotion. If you couldn't honor it, why did you waste my time and your time? I could have just ordered it online...which I ended up doing. This was just a huge disappointment and I will never be coming back. Disgraceful.

My only comment is the displays are all messy and unorganized, but there are so many cool looking items that I definitely will be getting gifts for people here. My coworker mentioned that when you buy multiple items they bundle the price for discount, and sometimes you can haggle down a little.
