Some lady named Jennifer took my credit card number, charged it then told me to fax them my card and driver's license, so I decided to order it online instead since I could not think of any legit reason that this would be necessary. They sent a basket with fruit that was not fresh when called to complain they were extremely weird had attitudes did not want to replace they said they bought the most expensive fresh fruit available which is a blatant lie considering they do not use organic rude attitude's would never order from them again filing a credit card dispute. They also said If they replace that it would be exactly the same fruit. SCAM alert! I placed an order online for Father's Day 2020, about 5 days before. My order was never delivered. Their hours online indicated that they were open on Father's Day and evening charged me an extra delivery fee for delivering on Father's Day. No one showed up, no one called, nothing. I had an $80 order. Tried calling multiple times and multiple numbers on many different days, no answer just a voicemail that says they are closed for COVID-19, but still taking people's money online. I had to get my money back from cc company. I've always used Edible Arrangements at other locations and never had an issue like this. It's my favorite thing to order for birthdays and holidays. This place does an awesome job. I've sent two fruit bouquets to my parents at their barber shop and they received it with no problems each time. I called earlier today to see if I could come pick up my order and was told it was already "in transit" that was ELEVEN HOURS AGO! No email, no phone call, no idea what went wrong. Horrible! It was my first time ordering. I ordered a simple box of 12 chocolate strawberries and a birthday balloon. First of all they called me saying no one was answering the door... but when I called back after trying to find someone at the residence they said it was already delivered and someone answered. I can't comment on their delivery service because we picked up our order. 4 stars is because the delivery is too expensive at $13.99. Anyway, we went in to the store to place our order. Initially, the lady at the front didn't seem too helpful but she warmed up and answered all our questions. Halfway through, a man came out and started helping us and she went in the back. Both were helpful. We placed our order and went back in 45 minutes to pick it up. The order was ready on time and beautifully arranged. The fruit was fresh and delicious. I ordered very early for Valentine's Day and got confirmation and they deducted the money from the account. I never never received the delivery. Answered all my questions, highly patient while I thought out my note for delivery, and let's just say they went above and beyond with communication. I ordered super last minute because I failed to realize March 30th was doctors day and my children's doctor is literally the best so once I figured what I wanted for her they got it delivered to her in time before the end of her shift since I did voice out those concerns.
