I called today to check on the status of flowers for my mother. Given some prior issues, I wanted to be sure that nothing happened and the order would be delivered. You'd have thought I asked them to cross the Red Sea. As I expected, the order had missing items and I called back. Instead of listening to me, the person was too busy talking over me. I asked to speak to a manager and instead of connecting me they tried to blow me off by suggesting that I write an email. In the recent few years, there have just been too many issues. Time to find a new florist.
