In 2022, I contracted Express Air Conditioning and Heating of Pensacola to replace a failing HVAC…read moreand install an high efficiency variable speed system for my home. Without my knowing, from the start, they violated the manufacture's guidelines by using an unauthorized thermostat. After install I noticed the system was not variable, either jet engine on or off. They came back once and changed a circuit board to dumb it down so they could install another unauthorized thermostat. I noticed it still wasn't what I paid for. Months of phone calls were ignored so, frustrated, I paid 3 other HVAC companies to try to get it working properly. No go because Express Air basically broke it. To get the high efficiency system I wanted, I had to bite the bullet and replace the damaged system they installed. I lost over $10,000 because of Express Air's incompetence and will forever feel for other unknowing customers who are duped by this company. I am currently in ongoing legal pursuits.
