I stopped because I moved a lil further and I had tried another place closer. It's not the same. One of the best and affordable dry cleaners in the area. My mom has gone here faithfully for the longest time, and highly suggested that I get my wedding dress cleaned here instead of somewhere in LA or elsewhere. I am so glad I went with her recommendation. The shop is small and seems to be owned by the same person who rings you up, because it is the same guy that I see each time I come in (I've picked up for my mom many times from here prior to my own). He is friendly, and speaks both English and Vietnamese fluently!! I love that! My dress was ready on the day of pick up. In regard to COVID regulations, I am sad to say that he was not wearing a mask both times I came to drop off and to pick up, and there was no sanitation/disinfection after each customer (at least not that I noticed). I don't remember if there was hand sanitizer offered at the front, but I usually use my own anyway. read more

When I picked up my clothes the guy pointed out the "small" hole on the Front of my sweater and said that I had dropped it off like that but I just didn't notice. Honestly I do not recall having it having a hole, but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and said OK that's fine. I come home take my sweater out and look at the back of it and there's a bunch of holes that I know for a fact were not there when I dropped it off. NEVER again. smh . So bummed! read more

This is probably the worst cleaners I've been to. The male person who helped me took my clothes and ignored me while I asked how much will be charged. He said " don't worry I take care of you" he then took all of my clothes without answering a single question. I asked I need them to be ready by Friday... no answer after he took the clothes and put them away, he said " no no you come back Monday pick up". How do you just take my clothes and charge me what you want and tell me when you want me to pick them up. Before I left, I told him this was unacceptable and he didn't have a care in the world. When i came back to pick up my clothes I complained about the pricing... he said I give you good discount.. $4.00!! Yup a whole $4.00 thank you sir for nothing!! I will not be coming back.. I just went to pick up my clothes at 6:30pm - the store was closed when the sign and yelp clearly say 7:00pm. The man that took my clothes said they'd even possible be open until 8:00pm. The sign on the door and conversation is the ONLY REASON I left my clothes there because 6:30pm is the earliest I can arrive. The sign on the door says closed for three days for some holiday that is not nationally recognized - so I am EFFED by their poor communication and clear lack of customer service. read more

Best dry cleaners in O.C.! I have a few friends that own dry cleaners that hook me up with a really good price and I still take my stuff here over my friends. The guy that works here (not sure if he's the owner) is super cool. He always calls me by my name when I walk in and even knows my # to look up my dry cleaning by heart. Haha the dudes got a super crazy memory its mind boggling. My biggest thing is having my black jeans not fade and I've notice this place definitely does the best job at that. I always get my stuff back in a few days of dropping it off and the best part is sometimes I'll have a last min wedding or if I need something back sooner he always gets it done free or charge. I don't ask often but on a handful of occasions I'll ask if I can get it back within a day or 2 and he always pulls through! Perfectly pressed....not a single button missing in the past 4 years. Great business owner who knows his customers by name. He has not only worked on my own clothes but my bf's, and my parents. If there ever was a spot left accidentally left after his work, he would always accept it back for another try with out any charge. In the past few years, I have moved further and further way from HB, but continue to drive out here for all of our dry cleaning needs and to stop by the grocery store next door for some fruits and veggies. read more

Affordable prices and the guy that runs it is extremely nice. I emphasized when I dropped off my coat that I had to have it by a certain time. When I went to pick it up he was running a tiny bit late (less than 15 minutes) on dry cleaning my medical white coat and was extremely compensating and understanding to the fact that he was a tiny bit late. This is the best and cheapest dry cleaner I've tried in the area. Very quick, and super cheap - two days and $5 for a shirt and pants. Other place want $7-9 for that same combo. Word to the wise, though - they're cash only up to $10. The scummy liquor store next door will try to charge you $2.50 to get cash, even with a purchase...so bring a bunch of clothes to get cleaned, or bring cash. read more
