I've been coming to Fantastic Cleaners for a good while now. The owner and her mom are always there and are very professional with their work. It's a small shop in a business center with other restaurants and cafes. Parking is a little tight, but there's also some street parking so you don't have to do much maneuvering. I enjoy bringing in our dry clean and items that need alterations. I can always count on the items being done by the date promised, which is typically 3-4 business days. Zipper replacement. Was happy with the price I was given. And the time frame she said it would take to replace the zipper on my work jacket. When I picked it up the zipper looked like decent quality. I didn't even realize that she didn't go to the bottom of the jacket until I put it on for work weeks later. Then when I compared to my other work jacket. Definitely not happy with her skimping on the replacement. Wonder if she used a piece she had laying around that wasn't long enough and just didn't care. Super bummed. read more

Took my fathers security uniforms in to get cleaned and as always we do two pairs of pants and one shirt always separate and today got home and one pair of $68 first tactical pants are not among his uniform returned owner tried to tell me I was mistaken only we wait till we both have 3 garments to take in nothing more nothing less and now he's out his pants I can definitely tell you I will never take anything into this place ever again read more

The ladies who work here are so nice. I came in because one of my pillows on my couch had opened up. Like a 1-2 inch open seam on the side of the pillow. The nice asian lady sewed it immediately shut on site at no charge! I was blown away by their friendliness! This saved me a trip from having to come pick it back up! Review is for communication and payment methods. Wasn't told until I came to pick up my clothes and pay, that it was cash only, or check. Couldn't use credit card or debit. What, is this 1987? And didn't see any signage indicating this. If so, wasn't noticeable. Most people use credit cards etc, just a more streamlined way of paying, plus most cards, points, miles, etc... Service was decent, but there are several other cleaners in the area, that do accept all forms of payment. So for a simple thing like this, they lose a new customer. I come here regularly to get my pants altered and to get patches sewn on my clothes. The service here is really good. Dry cleaning here is great. I don't really own cheap clothing so I haven't really had an issue with my clothing getting damaged. They do great job taking care of your good quality stuff. read more

Had used this cleaners a few times. It's a mom & pop business. At first things seemed OK. Then I brought in a couple of pairs of slacks to get hemmed/fixed. I had not reason to worry. When I went back to pick up my slacks, I tried them on and one pair was OK. The other one leg was uneven to the other leg so I pointed it out to the owner. Well, she got defensive and told me there was nothing wrong with the work she'd done. I showed her with slacks on what was wrong. She continued to argue with me while the work was obvious that a mistake had been made. She told me there was nothing wrong with her work. Well, I told her I disagreed. She didn't offer to fix my pants. I didn't want to argue anymore and paid and walked out. Looking back, I shouldn't have paid but I didn't want to continue with what looked to me had no solution. I took my pants and took them to a PROFESSIONAL. I was told the pants hemming was uneven which was something that was obvious. Person who fixed the problem wanted to know who had done this unprofessional work. I just had my pants fixed and moved on. But, I will NEVER return to this cleaners for shoddy work. read more

Worst dry cleaners I've ever been to! I dropped off 21 dress shirts and 1 silk tie. 2 shirts came back horribly faded. 2 shirts came back with new stains on the sleeve cuffs. 1 shirt came back absolutely unwearable--it came back bleached with smashed collar buttons. Another shirt came back ok in color, but again with smashed collar buttons. My favorite silk tie came back ripped! I wish I had inspected my clothes before paying... Please learn from my mistake. Don't pay a single dime until everything has been checked thoroughly. Or better yet, don't go here at all! I've uploaded several photos in case they try to deny it. I even left the dry cleaning tag on the tie so you can see that it was them who I (regtettably) did business with. Look at the torn left corner. This place needs to be shut down! read more

You walk in and notice immediately that they are chock full of work, but the lady at the counter smiles and takes your laundry. Back in 2 days, okay? she says. I've brought my sister and my grandmother's dry cleaning here, so if that doesn't scream at you about how happy I am, then I don't know what will. Why you ask? Because: -The ladies that run the place are nice and very prompt. -The prices are unbelievably low -Alterations are amazing Note: they do only take cash, so be prepared. And the dry cleaning is not done at this location FYI. They are also selective about the leather they accept; I brought in a leather skirt and they said I had to go to a special dry cleaners. Don't go to this place. If I can somehow find a way to give a negative star, I will. Not only they ruined my clothes, they have a bad attitude. I dropped off 2 blouses and 2 dress at this place. One blouse came back bleached. Navy blue became grey. One dress has a button with half of it smashed, half of it gone. I asked them how did that happen, the lady said "I don't know, I just put them in the machine and don't know what happened after that". Went to this cleaners because of the good reviews. I dropped off my husbands dry cleaning 4 times and was impressed with the great prices but 3 out of the 4 times some of the shirts came back torn or burnt! After the first time they took it back and fixed it for free but after that we were just fed up so I went back complained and they said they did nothing wrong and if they would have torn the shirts they would have told us. So I guess all in all you get what you pay for, now we are out more money because we have to replace shirts. read more

On top of that, the family running this business are so friendly and accommodating. When I was pregnant, they always helped me with the transport from car to shop and vice versa. They may be cheap but ruined clothes are not worth it....I do not recommend this place, I decided to give them a try with my work clothes. I don't wear suits but my job does require business attire. First off they send clothes offsite which means that whom ever actually cleans or launders your clothes is responsible for any damage but this establishment should and has to take responsibility and not pass the buck. In any case 6 of my shirts all different colors had starch burn marks on the sleeves, backs and sides. They had to send them off site 3 times before some not all of it came off. Each time they sent them out it took them 2 days to get my clothes back. So this whole issue went on for almost 3 weeks. I felt the owner should have paid for my shirts but I rather post my experience and you the individuals that read this can make a sound judgment. read more

Unbelievably GREAT price. I had my jeans tailored here to make them shorter for $4 each pair of pants. I brought in three jeans. they measure it and make sure you're okay with the length they hem it. You can also try it on and tell them how many inches to cut off (they have a little curtain spot where you change. It's not really crowded, so that's a plus for us.
