I had stopped in the previous week to confirm pricing and availability -- $4 per blouse, which is fair and appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else about the visit was awful. The owner seemed immediately overwhelmed and almost irritated when I told him the items were press only. He dumped my clean blouses onto a visibly dirty counter and began hastily counting them and stuffing them into the blue bags they use for dirty laundry. When I very politely asked if those bags were typically used for soiled clothing, he became defensive and borderline hostile. Rather than simply using the clean bag I brought, or even placing them on a clean surface, he insisted he couldn't "change his process." To make matters worse, one of my shirts fell into the trash can next to the counter while he was sorting. He didn't notice -- I had to point it out. He fished it out without a word and shoved it into the same blue bag. No apology. No acknowledgment. Bottom line: They may be fine for actual dirty laundry, but if you value cleanliness and basic professionalism for press-only items, look elsewhere. I had been hoping to find a new go-to cleaner after mine retired following 20+ years -- but this isn't it.

I finally was able to get it to read my card on my own. After I loaded the card, I had to pee and asked if her if I could use the restroom. She said snappishly, "The key is on the desk". I went to the desk, and couldn't see a key (as it was under the rabbit stuffed animal Keychain). She saw me looking for the key as I was only a few steps from her. I reached for something that looked like a key and she said rudely, "No. Not that"!!! The key is the rabbit". Why didn't she just say that in the first place, or hand me the key like a normal person/employee as she was steps from the counter. The other issue I have is the prices have drastically increased. The large wash went up to $10.50 (at least a few dollars more than when I first started coming here. The dryer has increased from 25 cents per 10 minutes to 90 cents/10minutes. I'll find a laundromat that has nice employee before coming back here! The only reason for the 2 stars is that the wash and dryer machines are quick and you can get in and out in am hour.

That being said, I came on a packed Sunday morning and quite a few of the machines were out of service, which made things difficult with the amount of people there. The space also feels pretty tight when it's this busy, and I didn't see anyone actively cleaning or keeping up with the facility despite the heavy traffic. One thing I did want to mention: one of the largest machines directly in front of the entrance had a very strong urine smell when I opened it. Obviously, I understand something like that could be completely outside of the laundromat's control and could have been caused by a customer, but I figured it was worth mentioning so management is aware and can hopefully have it checked and sanitized. I also understand Sunday morning is probably one of their busiest times, so I can give them some grace. If more of the machines were consistently working and there was a little more attention to cleaning during peak hours, this could easily be a 5-star spot. Despite those issues, I still had an overall decent experience and would definitely come back.
