I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my terrible experience with Prestige Cleaners. I brought in a professional coat and a medical white coat for cleaning, expecting a basic level of service. Instead, not only were my items NOT cleaned, but they were returned to me with FOUR new brown stains. To make matters worse, I found out that Prestige Cleaners doesn't even clean the clothing themselves! They send your garments to someone's house to be washed--something they fail to disclose upfront. When I confronted the owner about this, they refused to provide the name of the person handling my clothing. Instead, they became loud and defensive, only speaking to me outside on the sidewalk--AFTER I had already paid in full for a service that was never completed. I spent over $300 on these personal items that I wanted cleaned, and my clothing was returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off. My medical coat, which I explicitly stated was necessary for work, was delayed for four days and is now ruined. I am left with no choice but to try to clean it myself and purchase a new one altogether. This business lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic accountability. I strongly advise against bringing your clothing here unless you want to risk damage and frustration. Stay far away unless you're willing to buy new clothes after you leave disappointed. read more

Got my dress tailored here and the lady finished it within 4 days. Very friendly lady She hemmed my sides and my dress extremely well and the dressed looked exactly like how I got it from the store. Price is reasonable to hem your things. Their main business is the dry cleaning. Location is next to banh khot lady. There's decent parking space. read more

I don't know why it would take them six days to Wash 4 pieces totally ridiculous. Don't drive there and waste your time.

I recently came here with several last-minute alterations prior to a vacation. She was able to accommodate my short timeline and did excellent alterations on some dresses. I do come here often and it always feels like very "rough" measurements but I am generally always happy with the final product. Otherwise she is willing to adjust. At pick-up, everything was great except one dress needed additional strap shortening which she was able to do on the spot. This place does good work and are resonably priced. Sometimes their time estimates are off, which is a bummer because I would rather wait an extra day than show up on time and have to come back the next day because they aren't ready. But overall good service and they are right next door to the BEST spring rolls in Southern California. So I use the cleaners as an excuse to pick up some great food. Credit Cards only over $10. So bring cash when you pick up, and some extra cash for the food nest door (they are cash only). read more

Just so you know the hours on their website are incorrect. Not only that but the hours posted outside their store don't seem to be correct either because they were supposed to be open already. Thanks for wasting my time while I sit in my car waiting for you to be open you were supposed to be open over an hour ago! I will take my business some where else. read more

It an alteration and dry cleaner run but two Vietnamese-American ladies who are competitively priced and gusty enough to handle difficult alterations other tailors refuse to take. On value and craftsmanship, I am definitely a fan. Wish they were closer to SGV. read more

I've been here before and Katy H is right, good work on clothing but bad service. I dropped off my jeans on late Thursday and needed new belt holders cause my keys wripped them up. Then they said pick them up on Tuesday 4-23-13 so i pick them up about 3:30pm lady is looking around and she makes a call like if my jeans arent there, then she tells me "sorry jeans not ready come back at 7pm" was a little annoyed but whatever. then i walked to that place again at exactly 8pm, shes looking around again and no jeans, she makes a phone call again and says "sorry not ready still come back tomorrow" now i was mad, i left 2 jeans and each jean just needed one holder replaced. I couldn't believe this, i am going today after work and we will see if they even give me a discount or something cause thats the 3rd time i came in. so far its been 5 days :( read more

Been coming here to this mom and pop dry cleaner for many years. They usually take a day or two to finish your order so plan ahead. If you need a rush like I did, ask for Tu and she will hook you up at no additional cost for the 1 day rush. read more

Love Prestige cleaners! For the bad and upset reviews, I don't understand how you can be so worked up about a mom-and-pop establishment. A simple phone call might of done the trick and if no answer, it might of been a sign that no one was there. Any how, Tu has hemmed and tailored 8 of my pants including the pants to my suit. All of them were done to perfection and all were done ahead of schedule, at an extremely affordable price and win GREAT customer service. I would seriously highly recommend them to anyone as everyone in my family goes to Prestige. I'll be taking more of my pants to her and will continue doing business. Thanks Tu!
