This is an extraordinary locals bar [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very fascinating seeing all those dollar bills covering the walls and ceilings.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service from the bartender was very polite and quick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a really big patio and plenty of space for a large groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The prices were reasonable and it's just a really fun atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm not sure if they serve any food here or not. I love the place and I recommend this to anyone visiting Oklahoma City area

Oh dear Edna's. What can I say about this staple of OKC that hasn't already been said? I mean, really? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Yes, it's a dive. Yes, it's packed on the weekend nights wall to wall with people[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but that's why when I had out of state visitors we went during the afternoon for our lunchboxes. #Daydrinking am I right? We tried I think almost all of the lunchbox options and decided the cherry limeaid was our favorite. Service at the bar was fast & efficient and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While I fully admit seeing it in the light of day was odd, it was totally worth it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Fun stop at home of the Lunchbox! Servefs were attentive and I had the fruit rollup lunch box that was yummy. They are pretty small but are juat $6.

First time at Edna's last Thursday after work. Have known about Edna's for years but decided to try it out after recently reading reviews about OKC bars that was very favorable for Edna's. The review enticed us to go. We were greeted by a door man with the personality of a rock. He asked for ID which we produced. He later delivered our food with that same dour demeanor. That is the first time in forever that I have been I'D at a bar. That's an indication that they have had problems with the Abel commission and are on a short leash. Edna's meets the definition of a dive bar: "A dive bar is a small, casual, and often inexpensive drinking establishment with a grungy, seedy, or disreputable tone". If you're into that kind of scene, this is your place! The bar tender came to our table and took our drink order. Opposite the door man, she had a lovely personality. We ordered a couple of beers, chicken wings, cheese sticks, and fried pickels. The chicken wings were good, rating them a 4/5. The cheese sticks were good, rating them at 4/5. The fried picked spears were excellent, rating them at 5/5. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At 5:30 the crowd size was moderate, the noise low. No music was being played[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The menu was sticky nasty, leaving my hands sticky. I laid it down and went to the restroom to wash my hands. It left me wondering about the kitchen[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I have always believed that if you can't get the little things right, you probably aren't getting the big things right. The prices are reasonable. Two orders of wings, the cheese sticks, fried pickels with 3 beers came to $51.00. Edna's was interesting, and I would go back if a friend wanted to go, but been there, done that, and Edna's won't be high on my list.

Such a dive. Really fun. Wish there was a better sign for the different variations on the lunch box. Bartenders are fast. Excited to visit more regularly.

The wings were terrific.

Some people will find Edna's (a bar) a bit of an odd choice for tasty treats, but we stumbled across this little gem because of previous reviews. Located on Classen Edna's is an old-fashioned bar that just happens to have really good food. The menu is limited, but the listed items are solid choices. We had heard that the small plates were tasty and we were there to test them out. First Edna's is now my go to spot for fried pickles. Perfectly fried, juicy, with just the right amount of zing. The wings were ordered dry. Hokey smokes they were delicious. Finally the fried chicken nachos were a scrumptious treat. We highly recommend Edna's for both your libations and small plate snacks.

David is one of the best in OKC!

Edna's this is a more complex review for me. I'd love to give them a higher rating, just a few key details that led to a 3 star. The most important thing is emptying the trash cans. The trash cans are so close to the tables when they are full you can smell it on the floor. It was the most horrific smell I've ever smelt, totally ruined my experience. I also had a hard time at the bar, the bartender (a woman) looked over me more than a handful of times. A little annoying, it was like hello I'm here. Luckily I had a guy notice how often I got looked over, not sure if he frequents ednas a lot but he was able to get her attention. Some highlights they have the best fried pickles I've had in OKC. They are spears, not the little cut ones. Fried perfectly, the breading stuck nicely to the pickle. I literally ordered three orders each order was consistent. The fried pickles will have me going to Edna's again. The drinks are fairly cheap, I tried a lunchbox not my personal favorite. it's very popular, worth a try. I may have drank it wrong, most people drank it like a shot. I tried to sip it lol as I was sipping everyone else was finished. I may try to take it all the next time I visit Edna's. They have a jukebox, honestly I didn't go look at the song selection. I was ok with what others picked. Give Edna's a try, it wasn't the best experience but very far from the worse!

Edna's Fruit Roll Lunchbox.

Sometimes, nothing beats an Edna's lunchbox! The craving is real, and the solution is better! Also enjoy their selections of bar food, which are reasonably priced and delicious.

Well don't be like me. Make sure you bring a dollar to sign and put somewhere to leave your mark! Of course that is the tourist way to do it haha. Also you have to get a "lunchbox" because that the famous drink here. I don't like beer but this beer cocktail (?¿?¿) was surprisingly delicious! Super light! And they're meant to be chugged and trust me it was easy!! Take a true s and go visit this landmark of OKC

They have two pool tables and a dart board for playing games with your friends. We approached an EMPTY pool table, not being used by anyone, and before we could even play, a grown man WHO WAS SITTING AT A TABLE came and put his hands on me and rudely claimed they were still playing. I quickly pulled away and told him "the pool table was by itself and no one was playing but okay" he than actually said something back trying to argue about the pool table I just walked off.. than, my friends and I go to the photo booth and after taking photos, security was already standing outside the booth waiting and immediately confronted us, physically grabbing us and escorting us out. The security guard even admitted WE WEREN'T BANNED, but were being REMOVED BECAUSE THOSE MEN COMPLAINED.. This establishment clearly prioritizes the comfort of rude patrons over the safety and respect of others, especially during PRIDE which is meant for CELEBRATION and INCLUSIVITY. The physical contact from both a customer and security was very weird and a serious concern. ESPECIALLY being with two fun size girls who aren't even 5'5... Avoid if you expect to be treated with low standard decency...

Just don't go here…read more I've lived here for 5 years and by far the worst restaurant experience I have had in Oklahoma, and if you see my other reviews I'm pretty forgiving and tend to give spots the benefit of the doubt. This is a place worth an absolute flaming of a review.... But they already wasted enough of my time and energy today so I'll just summarize. No management on scene, no hostess, one server, two bartenders and a restaurant at 50% capacity on Mother's Day at 1 p.m. From walking in to having our orders taken, 30 minutes. 45 minutes later our order of roasted vegetable salad, steak eggs Benedict, and sourdough toast arrived. Salad was very well burnt but my mom was trying to be nice and didn't want to walk out. Eggs Benedict came out with two eggs boiled through, a hollandaise sauce with a sour smell and cold steak. I didn't eat it and no one seemed to notice, had it removed from my bill easy enough, but again zero F's given and no management showed daylight. Wife's toast actually arrived 5 minutes after the 'rest' of the food and the only thing hot and delicious. Toast here is $11, so there's that. No one cares here. From the health violations and poor food safety I saw in the kitchen, the multiple tables I witnessed sending back food to the multiple parties puzzled as to why they weren't being sat or once they were entirely ignored... it was so wildly bad I was embarrassed for everyone else having the same experience. Again, don't go.

It's so much larger and open. The bar is good size as well. We sat upstairs and loved being able to take in all that was happening, bartender, chef, staff it was great. Our food was amazing! The salad was simple but delicious, steaks were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Mac and cheese was a little dry for my liking but was good. Our drinks were unique and very good but the show stopper was dessert .... The bread pudding! I've never had anything as good. Raven has mastered bread pudding. It takes 20 mins so order it early on.
