Recommended by some friends so we met other friends there. What's your vibe? Playing someone pool, lounge seating with friends, hanging out at the bar, or dining at tables and chairs...several options! Loved the cocktail for a cause! Always down with a business who gives back to the community. Food was delicious! We had the carne asada tacos, sliders, and fries. 4 stars because the service was slow, even when it wasn't so busy, and the food came out at different times...and we had to request our fries. bartender was friendly and knew the menu well. I wasn't sure what to order, so I asked for a recommendation based on flavours I usually like, and the suggestion ended up being a great choice. You can tell the staff actually know what they're serving instead of just reading from the menu. We went to Palo Santo with some friends for their annual crawfish boil and it did not disappoint. The crawfish were huge, fresh, and absolutely delicious, definitely the kind of meal you go back for. The whole event had a fun, lively atmosphere and made for a great day out with friends. I'm a little late on leaving this review, but better late than never. I am not from the area, so Palo Santo seems to be on the outskirts of Oklahoma City. The place is medium-sized, with ample seating areas and a large bar. I enjoyed the creativity of the drinks and the cocktails I was served, such as the Palo Santo [Mezcal] Old Fashioned and We Just Got A Letter. The food is also great, and I really appreciate it. I found this restaurant listed multiple places as a great place to eat at in OKC so, of course, it had to be on the list when I visited recently. Let's say it lived up to expectations.... The place is understatedly cool, with immaculate vibes. I honestly felt not COOL enough to be there. Nonetheless, we ordered a couple drinks, in which the classic margarita put hair on my chest. My partner ordered the carrot cake bourdon drink on the current winter cocktail menu and he loved it. If i like bourbon i would have loved it too. What a unique drink! We ordered the Ceviche and an order of street tacos each. All amazing dishes. The Ceviche actually had the perfect ratio of chips to dip - a feat - and both tacos were amazing too! I ordered the carnitas and my partner ordered the carne asada, both good but the carnitas were def a stand out! if you are looking for a chill, yet trendy spot, add Palo Santo to your list. read more

They have a really good Happy Hour with a specific food and beverage menu. First off, the selection for Happy Hour is fantastic. You get complementary Tornillos which has a house blend spice, sea salt, and coconut oil on them. They are light and crispy. And quite tasty. Two bartenders who immediately acknowledged us and took our drink order. Drinks were on point! I wasn't going to eat as I was just out for drinks, but decided to get a carne asada quesadilla. Found my favorite cocktail bar in OKC! I just love how stylish, intimate, and full of character this place is and the vibes are amazing. Around 10 or 11 p.m., they dim the lights and the DJ starts playing, which really sets the mood for a fun night. They also serve food during the day and evening, though I haven't had a chance to try it yet. My friends and I usually come here for a laid-back night out, and I think it's perfect for both a fun evening with friends or a cute, romantic date. Great time here. Palo Santo was recommended by another Yelper and I am so glad we checked this place out. First, it is a cocktail bar and honestly if you didn't know it was here or you weren't making it a destination, you probably would pass it by. Loved the cocktail menu. I only tried their version of an Old Fashion. Spot on. Their seasoned popcorn is put on the table almost immediately and it's addictive. I ordered the bean dip for the table and asked for both tortilla chips and bread. I would do that again. The bread is fantastic just by itself. I would order the dip again. It's a cold dip with great vinegar tang. I also tried the chicken katsu sandwich. Spicy but good. Very chill place and I loved the plants that decorated the space. I love the ambiance of Palo Santo, and it really feels like you're at a nice bar in a big & busy city like Chicago or something. The couches are inviting and the actual bar is polished. The service is excellent. They do wonderfully with their drinks, but as I'm not a big drinks person, I'm here to rave about their food. That's right- they do great drinks AND amazing food! We had okonomyaki tots and a katsu sand which while we were in last, and I loved the array of options on their menu from tacos to wings to delicious sandwiches. I can't wait to go back! read more

Wonderful little bar/restaurant in Oklahoma City. The ambiance would serve well for either dates or a get together with friends. It's cozy and intimate, but there is a lot of space so it isn't loud and crowded. The service was super friendly and attentive.
