I am saddened that i am having to write a poor review. We had been going to this dentist for almost 2 years. My daughter got her braces on here. The last 2 months have been awful. I have called and called left message after message. And nothing. I called to schedule my daughter monthly check up for her braces and no one calls back . When they do answer i am told they will have to call me back. All this because of 1 payment issue. In fact when i have left .messages i said please call me so we can set up payment arrangements and an appointment. Still nothing. Its all about the money. Now I'm waiting for a call so i can get all my daughters records so we can switch dentists. So heart broken and disappointed. read more

My son (age of 5) had the best dentist visit ever today! We just started coming to this office and my son really enjoyed it. Everyone were so professional in their job and dealing with kids. Very clean and fun office. Today he received a full treatment from crown to filling; he was down for about an hour and dr Correa took care of eight teeth in this short time! He worked perfectly and my son was feeling normal after 2 hours! Of course thanks to dr Reese (anesthesiologist) also for doing such a fabulous job!! read more

This office is amazing, the atmosphere is really nice. The lobby has a lot of toys, books, blocks, even some ipads in the wall to get kids entertained. My toddler really enjoyed the Elmo book "Ready, Set, Brush!". They offered different flavors for toothpaste like birthday cake or chocolate and also fluoride flavors like bubble gum. They were so nice they show my daughter all the tools before they even used it on her, once the cleaning started they were gentle and fast, considering it was my toddler first visit the tech and the dentist were more than understanding and really cared for us. At the end she even got a goody bag and she was over the moon! read more

The Staff here is great. But Dr. Eddie was very impatient with my 6 year old daughter. She had a good first visit, but when she came back for the sealants, she freaked out. He was frustrated with her and acted like it was not normal for a child to be scared of this. I didn't like how he talked to my daughter. Made her feel bad that she was crying and then didn't give her the toy she was promised because she was crying. I will be switching dentists. read more

I was referred by a friend to bring my son to Dr. Eddie. I'm so happy I listened. My son was traumatized at another pediatric dentist when he was 3. He would not even sit in the chair by himself. When I first brought him in, I explained what had happened. Everyone was very patient with him. In the beginning, their goal was for him to gain confidence in them. They never pushed him to do anything that scared him. They explain everything in detail and let me stay in the room with him at all times. Three years later, my son overcame his fear of the dentist. My daughter's last visit to Dr. Correa's office was yesterday. She is 13 and moving on to an adult dentist. We have been coming to Dr. Correa for 8 years. It was bittersweet to be leaving. When Aimee needed a couple fillings early on, Dr. Correa listened to my requests for treatment and honored them. We love him and his staff. I have been searching high and low for a dentist for my daughter. This has been a journey filled with anxiety, tears, and fear. After finally finding and meeting Dr Correa and his amazing team I can happily say that the search is over! From the moment you call to book the appointment Christina was friendly, helpful, and full of energy. I received a text reminder about the appointment early that morning which is an awesome feature. I showed it to my little one and she was excited to receive a text since it had her name on it. Once you walk into the office you are greeted and felt welcomed. The office has a cozy feel to it and my daughter loved playing with all the toys (its true what other yelpers say, your child does not want to leave). Once we were called into the back I was already nervous and ready for the water works to start when they mentioned X-RAYS. My daughter had a bad experience with the X-RAYS she had done with the first dentist that just by the work X-RAY she would start crying. All the four other dentist I had took her too NO ONE was able to get X-RAYS out of her. They all told me the same thing, once she is sedated we will take the X-RAYS. Some nurses gave me a bad look, a little attitude, brushed us off, and some didn't return a call as to what the pricing and if we wanted to book another appointment. And know I am thankful they didn't because then I wouldn't have found this place! Evita was so friendly, patient, and soft spoken. Never did she raise her voice or forced my daughter to do anything. She explained and showed everything to my daughter before she did anything to her and answered all my daughters questions so politely (mostly is this going to hurt?). She had my daughter touch the tools to get familiar with them and show her they were not going to hurt her. She made a game out of taking X-RAYS and guess what..... She accomplished what 4 others could not, she got X-RAYS from my daughter! Boy was I one proud mom and so thankful to Evita. Finally we got to meet the famous Dr Correa or "Dr Eddie". He was very thorough with me, showed me the X-RAYS, and gave me a few options (pros & cons). He is very down to earth, doesn't up sale you (how I felt with other Dentists), honest, and most of all makes your little one feel comfortable and welcomed! We met with Maria, who was also very honest, friendly, and thorough about our options. Answered all of our questions, all with out feeling rushed! By this time I knew I had found a "home" here :) As we left my daughter received some goodies and a Certificate of Excellence Award with her photo on it! She was so excited, she wanted to show it off to everyone, and put it up on the fridge as soon as we got home. Thank you so much Orange Kids Dental Family for the wonderful experience! My two-year-old daughter thoroughly enjoyed her visit with Dr. Eddie and his staff. The office was very kid-centric with lots of toys, books, and movies. She was enjoying the overall setting so much that she didn't even seem to mind him checking out her teeth. Dr. Eddie gave us lots of good advice about tooth care since she has some obvious issues. I have been bringing my kids to Dr. Correa for several years for your standard check up. My daughter has also had some extractions done by him and his staff. A great experience for her and I. I love that I am able to sit with them while they're having their treatments done. I love that Dr. Correa takes the time to explain everything he is doing. Today my son came in for some cavities...a new experience for he and I both. He was pretty nervous prior to getting there. The staff is insanely good at making the kids feel comfortable. Dr. explained everything to my son before he was doing it and made sure he remained fine while he completed the treatment. I even had a question during and he took the time to explain everything to me. As a parent I really appreciate that. Friendly front office staff as well. Maria is always really great and helpful. Staff in the back is always great with my kids. Everyone is always happy and smiling which really makes coming into the office a breeze. Brought my son in for his 1st Dentist visit based on the YELP reviews. All the reviews are right on. This was the best experience ever!! My son enjoyed coming to the Dentist soo much he is SOOOO Excited to come back. From the moment you come in, the kids are greeted and allowed to play in their vast children area with IPADS, video games, and toys. When they go in to get treatment done, the kids get to watch NETFLIX from a TV in the ceiling. After the kids are done they get to go home with goody bags filled with dental things and toys. This is my sons second time going here. The first time he saw Dr. Shah was 6 months ago and I remember being very happy with the staff and doctor. They do a great job of building rapport. Today we saw Dr. Correa and he was super awesome. So energetic and fun, my son liked him right away. There was a little wait but the waiting room and exam rooms have so many toys and fun stuff that it really preoccupies the kids. They also get choice of what to watch on Netflix in the exam room. The assistants are all super sweet and fun and they let your child pick out goodies for a goodie bag and even which flavor they want their toothpaste and fluoride. We don't have dental insurance yet so cleanings for under 3 years old are $95, after 3, it goes up to $175 cash price. All in all, best dentist ever and so glad I chose them for my son (2 1/2). Oh, and I chose this place based on recommendations from a fb group of Orange residents and a few random people I have met in the area. Highly recommended! read more

Dr. Correa and staff are extremely professional and welcoming! His staff really goes above and beyond to calm the nerves of the little patients they see. His office is super cute and almost makes kids forget they're at the dentist. All 3 of my kids are seen here. My daughter had a rough start when needing to get her cavity filled and Dr. Correa gave her the time needed to see if she would cool off. She didn't so he said politely we would need to reschedule. I appreciate that- he showed me it's truly not about the money for him- it's about the experience. (we opt'd out on the laughing gas) That was a big mistake! lol So when came in the following Friday and met with Dr. Tam as Dr. Eddie was working at the hospital. I love their customer service, I love that they text u and it links you to their page for easy directions and mapping to your calendar.
