I was referred here by my cousin and she was right. Dr. Eddie and the staff are amazing. They were so kind to me and my family. This was my 2 year olds first time at the dentist and I was worried he wouldn't let them even look in his mouth. Well I was wrong...he let them take X-rays and clean his teeth. I first brought my daughter here when she turned 2-years-old, I was a little scared being her first visit. Everything went smoothly the lady's at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. The Nurse's are great with kids and have their own techniques to help your visit go smoothly. Dr. Correa was great, explained what I should look for with her growing teeth and how to properly brush and floss. They have many toys and tablets to keep the kids entertained and even a keurig for the parents. I recently moved homes and needed a few papers sent to me for my daughters school. I emailed Maria Solis and she was GREAT! Responded right away to all my emails and sent the information I needed. Thank You!! After taking my daughter to a dentist that traumatized her using the straps we decided to look around. I was referred here by a friend. Let me tell you it was the best decision coming here! This is THE BEST place to bring your little ones. Seriously, my son is usually super fussy whenever it comes to dentist's/doctor's visits and for the first time ever, he sat through the entire cleaning without a single complaint. I took my 4 year old son in to see Dr. Correa, this was a second opinion for us. My son was scheduled for so much dental work that he needed to be put to sleep in a hospital setting. His original dentist wanted to put almost every tooth in his mouth, I was heart broken. Then he had an infection so severe he was hospitalized at Choc for 3 days, this is where I met with the pediatric dentist with Choc. She referred me to Dr. Correa with rave reviews, her clinic would not take my insurance. First off, when we arrive at his office we fill out the usually paperwork-you know how it always asks if your child goes by another name "nickname". Well when the dental assistant calls his name she called him by his nickname. My son was so amazed and happy that they new his name. Then he meets Dr. Correa, who intruduced himself to my son as Dr. Eddie and also called my son by his nickname. Talk about customer service geared at the child, my son instantly felt confortable. Dr. Correa explained everything step by step to us and what he recomeneded. Needless to say it was not to put every tooth out, he fixed my sons teeth and only was unable to save one. Dr. Correa called us to see how our son was doing on the weekend and to see if we had any other concerns. Love, love this dentist and his great staff! The experience at the hospital with him and his staff was incredible, I have never given my review before on any site and I thought this was so important. read more

We didn't have a very good experience with dr correa. He seen to nice but once you tell him something you don't like he gets so upset. He was not gentle at all with my 6 year old daughter, she has very sensitive gum and he hurt her. He even try to give me some parenting classes ...... I don't recommend this dentist. read more

If you have a choice, choose Dr. Eddie. Not only is he the most patient and kind dentist you could wish for - but he has taught all his staff to be the same. The office is well respected by the special needs community for their success in working with kids with all types of challenges. Dr. Eddie takes the time to explain to your child what is going on, and he lets them get a feel for the tool on their hand before it goes into their mouth. If the child gets afraid, Dr. Eddie will take the time to explain what is going on and why it needs to be done. He really respects each kids feelings. My son has gone to Dr. Eddie when I have had dental insurance coverage and when I have had to pay for it myself. I would drive a long way and pay extra to have my son see Dr. Eddie. My girls are only 2 and 4 years old but love coming to see their dentist! They always have a great time playing in the waiting area and are always so mesmerized with their own personal TVs for the cleaning part of the visit. Drs. Correa and Shah are always so fun and friendly and are honest people. My daughter had an area on her tooth that looked discolored but they verified it wasn't a cavity and didn't trying to sell us on an unnecessary procedure. Nice place and they did a good job on my 3yr old sons teeth but they lied to me. After doing a procedure on my son which they had given me a price that I had to pay up front that was pretty high on top of maxing out my dental insurance and guaranteeing me that was the total I would have to pay out of pocket I received a bill of 3,000$ that I had to pay with in 90 days or I would be placed in collection from a third party (CHOC) which according to the dentist admin was supposed to be covered with the original payment. Once I tried contacting their dental office I kept getting the run around and kept telling me it would get taking care of which i trusted them until I received a final notice from CHOC, That's when I went in person to talk to the admin and Correa and was told that I would have to take care of that on my own and that it wasn't up to them anymore. What's worst they told me they would not do anything about those charges since I signed some disclosers in the beginning pretty much washing there hands and leaving me with this unexpected bill. I trusted them and they let me down. That's what I could say about my experience there. Hopefully this only happened to me and no one else. read more

Bad first impression! I had an appointment and running a little late. I called the office twice stating that i was late and second time asking for direction, because i was lost. Thus, they knew i was running late, but didn't inform me that i couldn't get in and had to be rescheduled. When i got there, the office manager said "sorry", but the Dr. can't see you now, either later or reschedule. Since I pulled both of my kids out of school and didn't want to have to waste another school day, I begged them to give a quick 15 min evaluation, as i knew what needs to be done for my daughter, just need a second opinion, not a treatment. When i scheduled an appointment, the receptionist told me that it will only take 15 minutes or so, but will schedule the whole hour for me, just in case it runs longer than anticipated. I asked the manager if he can squeeze me in, as i'm still within the 1 hr window, so can't see why he couldn't spare some time. If that time frame was reserved for me, then the dentist should be available. Anyhow, i think they overbooked and behind schedule. Even if i came on time, i would probably had to wait, as he's working on a patient and had another appointment after that, before they can squeeze me in. Though it's my fault for being late, but given that they have plenty of time left that was reserved for me, they should accommodate me, esp. it's only an evaluation and that i already have an X-ray from another office. Also, the office manager didn't seem to be "helpful or friendly", just straight out by the book policy attitude. I literally had to beg her to ask the dentist, before she went back to ask him. Had she attempt to ask him first or try to see how she could have accommodated me, i would definitely reconsider coming back or at least felt that she tried her best to help me.
