Eduardo and his team of workers did great work. Six trees including two 80 foot eucalyptus removed. Everyone knew their job and role. No wasted time. Showed up on time and was done early. Everything was cleaned up and he left us some wood pulp for mulch. They took off the sprinkler heads and put them back on. They repaired two sprinklers that were damaged before they left for the day. What a wonderful experience! Contacted Eduardo Tree Service on Friday and they agreed to stop by at 2PM on Monday to review the work and provide a quote. At exactly 2PM on Monday the doorbell rang, and it was Eduardo as promised. He made a number of recommendations as we walked the property; we agreed to date, time and price. As promised, Eduardo and crew arrived on Tuesday at 7AM. The tree and shrub trimming work was perfect. The clean-up was perfect. I asked about trimming back the shrubs and he recommended waiting until December due to the heat and extreme sun. I have a marker on my calendar for December 1st to contact Eduardo for the balance of the shrub work. I needed some sprinklers fixed and I thought of Eduardo and his team since they did such a good job the first time I hired them. Eduardo accepted the job and said he'd come out at noon the next day. Called Eduardo for a quote, they came out within the hour, gave me a quote and scheduled the job for the following week. I texted him the day before to confirm, which he did. Next day came, no Eduardo. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. I called him at 9:30, no answer. I left him a voicemail and sent a text, Nothing! I called back again from another number and guess what, he answered! He said he was tied up at a job that went longer than expected and he would be at my house by noon. He was a NO SHOW! No call, no show, no nothing! He left his card on my door, I'm assuming to promote his business but what the hell do you promote your business and not show up for the job? I found a tiny little Palm Tree struggling to grow in the crack of a sidewalk. I brought it home and planted it. Didn't think it would survive but it did! We had her frequently trimmed over the years and she grew big and beautiful. Then she got too big. I stopped having her trimmed hoping she would stop growing so much. But she kept getting bigger and bigger. Finally I realized I had to have her taken out for safety. She was right in the middle of a neighborhood with houses all around. As I was driving home I saw some workers removing another big tree in the neighborhood. They had good equipement, and lots of workers. I stopped and asked for a business card. Eduardo Tree Service. I called and made an appointment with Eduardo to get a referral. He came as scheduled, his quoted price was reasonable and I felt comfortable with him. Very nice man. I could tell he knew his business. Said there would be 6 guys and it would take 2 hrs. They arrived on time and got right to work. And they worked hard! And the equipement they used was nice! A big chipper for all the palm fronds, and the palm tree pieces they cut off. I was impressed with how safe they did everything. It was a dirty hard job and they knew what they were doing. The guy that climbed up into that big Palm tree and cut all the fronds off and then cut the whole tree down was amazing!!! They had a stump grinder machine that removed the stump ball. I said ok but he wouldn't be able to do the job until Tuesday April 16. I was afraid one of the trees was going to fall onto my driveway. I called him on Thursday and asked him if he could please please do the job on Friday. I called him Friday morning he said he would return my call around 1 PM. Sure enough his four-man crew was able to come Friday afternoon and trim my trees and straighten out the leaning tree. I was extremely pleased with their service and their professionalism. Eduardo Tree services came to my home in Los Angeles on June 29, 2022 for estimate on trimming trees in my backyard. At that time I showed him the trees what I wanted and what I expected. I wanted to keep my privacy but to shape trees get them off my roof and powerlines. Mr Eduardo even said he would clean up the debris on the ground around the trees. Mr Eduardo came to do the work on July 5, 2022. When he claimed he was finished... oh my goodness... it was HORRIBLE.. my trees were hacked off not cut, shape and trimmed. He didn't even do the other tree as he claimed. He didn't even pick up the debris. I informed him telephonic because the workers said he left and didn't come back. When it was time to pay I paid his workers. My error. Then he tried to over charge me. I would never refer him to anyone. His work is VERY SHOTTY. My recommendation is look elsewhere.
