If you're looking for a place to bring your love ones, this is the place to go! Very kind, patient,…read moreprofessional, doesn't try to pressure into treatments or other stuff all recommendations, and they're clean! I can't say enough good things about this place. The last two places I've taken Maggie the staff was unpleasant and my moms dog wasn't calm and wouldn't calm down! I Took my mom's dog to her first session of acupuncture and red light laser treatment and I can't tell you enough how wonderful they were! Usually she's a little anxious going to new places but she does amazing there every time and is calm the whole time! Had amazing staff today (they are all great)! Thank you all for being the best everytime we come see you all! 10/10 for sure!

Most of the staff are nice and friendly but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Every time I am there, I expect to wait around 20 minutes plus past your scheduled appointment time. There has also been a lot of staffing change, some of the really communicative techs who used to be there are no longer there and now they have techs who barely know how to communicate and keep you updated about the wait. I am not sure if it is an issue with the Vets getting overbooked, their system not timing how long a client is waiting, receptionists getting swamped with calls, or the Vet Techs not being properly trained on communication but I am debating on switching back to Banfield, which is over commercialized chain but at least they are communicative and prompt.

They don't seem as transparent as other vets that we've worked with and we didn't get a chance to talk with the actual vet. Overall we just didn't feel as comfortable with working with them for the long term. The spay was successful and I would recommend this place, but I don't think we'd use as our long term vet.

Came here twice now, first time my 4 yr old collie/heeler mix was I'll. The vet (i believe who owns…read morethe practice) you can tell has many years of experience and loves animals. He was very knowledgeable and calm around my typically timid dog. The doctor set out expectations and was very calm discussing my options. Ended with giving me some antibiotics and probiotics and some advice rather then doing a bunch of tests that may or may not work. We monitored my animals bowel movements, and gave my him chicken broth with some meat and rice in it. And gave him the water and some substance to gather the strength he needed and got better after a few days after following this regime. Second time was for an annual teeth cleaning and checkup. Again, my dog being timid, when I was told I cold leave I got a call asking if I could help him get him medically induced for his cleaning. I'm glad that instead of forcing their way to him (as had happen once before to the point to pooped himself at another vetrananairy hospital) that they called me and we were able to knock him out safely together Note: This place doesn't look the cleanest. Price is very inexpensive then compared to the Lynnwood area. Which is also fantastic.!

The doctors working here are genuinely invested in the wellbeing of your pets. My own cat (first time cat owner) had to undergo lots of tests to diagnose a chronic illness, and I was in the loop the entire time concerning the costs, timeline of test results, and I was given thorough information regarding her treatment. On the topic of those costs, there was a small mistake regarding a test label, which ended up costing some 50 extra dollars to run through. The doctor paid for it herself, and only let me know after the fact. 3. My family had to say goodbye to an older cat, named Tika. My mom's cat, 18 years old, and she was ready to go. We took her to this establishment to have her put to sleep, and today my family received a card from the Arbor Day Foundation stating that a tree was planted in a forest in need in Tika's memory, by a donation from this wonderful place. Genuinely, Auburn Vet Hospital is going to be my go to place until I move.

I don't mind if a muzzle is used on her if need be or some type of device? She use to be easier to groom but as she gets older she's kinda crankier.. lol She loves people and if someone would be patient with her and give her a chance she would be just fine .. I'm really sad bc her last groomer was able to completely groom her and get her face and nails finished and even some of her ears at certain times; but for some reason she hasn't been able to so I'm wondering if Pet Smart has any capable groomers on hand. I already know the prices - and I expect to pay a little more w/her.. but c'mon people, it's starting to get ridiculous!' With the prices now days in this economy, some of us might have to eventually let our pet's grooming go which isn't healthy. I'm to the point I don't even know what to do... ??? If groomer's only wish to take on the good dogs that like being groomed, then some of us are just screwed I guess!!??
