Every process went smoothly. Very nice and comparison. Even though very short handed still was very accommodating.

You can hardly see them. The grass is high, and ever since my grandmother was buried, her tombstone was lopsided because something drove over it. Really makes me angry to think they just drive over our family like that. But yeah that's what they do. And when they drove over my grandma's head stone it made it sink into the ground partially and it's slanted now and it's been like that for the 10 years she's been dead and they have done nothing to fix it. I have complained about it repeatedly and still, they have done nothing to fix it. Considering my family spent thousands of dollars, just to procure a spot to rest... I feel like the least they can do is make sure they are taking care of the graves and honoring the requests of family members like me but nope. Every time I come, I end up doing the landscaping by hand and cleaning up the gravestones myself. I even applied for a job here so I could go take care of the graves and I was denied the job. Please don't bury your loved ones here They have zero respect for the dead, and they have zero respect for the families left behind by them

We have never had a problem with destruction or vandalism of a loved ones grave. We have 6 family members buried there and fortunately the burials were spread throughout the almost 40 years of use, but every time we have a funeral at least one friend or family attending purchases a plot or urn space based on the view and beauty of the property. It isn't cheap, but the view alone with mount rainier towering over the valley brings peace and comfort at some of the worst times in your life.

Their website says 3-5 days to deliver after cremation. It's been far longer than that. Have called multiple times to speak to them, only to get the answering service and no call bad. It is absolutely ridiculous not to get a call back about the location of someone's ashes. It should not be like pulling teeth to get info. I will make it known for no one to trust this company.

I got a call on Thursday from the funeral home asking permission to pick my mother up from the hospital. They said they were going to pick her up that day. I called the hospital on Friday to make sure she was picked up and they informed me that my mother was still at the hospital. I then called Tulip to see why she wasn't picked up. They told me that there was a "logistical issue" and she would be picked up first thing Monday morning. I called the hospital Monday evening to see if she was picked up and they stated she was still at the hospital. I immediately called Tulip and left a voice message with the care specialist about terminating my contract. I called the hospital Tuesday morning and they said that the funeral home had picked my mother up. I got an email at 8pm that my mother was picked up. I received email letting me know of the other processes and communication was decent. I finally got an email that my mother was ready to be picked up from the funeral home on Friday morning. I received a call from the funeral home trying to schedule a time to pick up and we decided on Monday morning/early afternoon. When I arrived, I was informed that my mother was not at the funeral home and 20 miles away at another home. It took another 45 mins to have my mom driven to the home. I was very upset about my mother not being at the time and place we had agreed on. A series of checks and balances that morning would have eliminated this problem because the issue would have been identified and could have called to have my mother driven prior to my arrival. This created an issue because my family took off work midday for a an hour to welcome my mother home. When I received an email from the care specialist, her lack of detail giving me the information for another county health department showed a disregard of attention to detail. I am severely disappointed in Tulips service. I was under the impression I was hiring a professional organization and not having to worry about this among other things. I had to follow up multiple times because I lost trust in the company to handle the affairs of my mother in a timely and correct fashion. I went with Tulip, who was a higher quote than most, because of the assurance and professionalism portrayed on the phone. I would have went with a local company that cared more for they customers like that of my grandmother who passed 2 years ago. My worry free attitude for this company was not the case. I will not use this company again nor recommend them to any of my other friends. Update: sent several follow up emails voicing my displeasure with the service to my "care manager" and haven't heard a word back. Seems like they are friendly when they have to deal with you but once all is said and done, they forget you. Definitely a business that does not have their heart in caring for loved ones.

Once we made a visit to Return Home, the choice was easy. The staff was kind, compassionate, and professional, all with a sense of moderation that made discussions comfortable. We signed our prearrangement with confidence we took a step that will make things easier for our family. Little did we know we would need to make funeral arrangements a son of ours before our own time came. Our phone call to Return Home was answered immediately, and Director of Family Care, Brie Smith, took care of the logistical tasks, then worked with us to set up a memorial service for the family that we conducted in a lovely space on site. Following the memorial service, we made visits to our son as he was undergoing his terramation journey. We sat with him and admired the decorations and pictures so lovingly placed by the family during the service. Now, he has returned to our home and continues to be a part of our lives in our garden. Thank you Return Home for the great care of our dear son, and the kind attention you paid to our needs. Everyone we encoutered at Return Home on our visits treated us with the same considerate manner we experienced with Brie. We now have first-hand knowledge of what our own family will experience when they work with Return Home on our behalf. We could not be more pleased.
