I've never actually had whole food cakes but the lady working the baking section was super nice and honest when we asked her questions on the baked goods! Ended up grabbing the cake, cheese danishes, and a bunch of yogurts, chia seeds, and other tidbits.

They have a special toast option that has hummus, hot sauce and egg to which I always add mashed avocado: this is one of my favorites And I've had a fabulous French toast with real maple syrup, which is one of my all-time favorites anywhere and it is especially delicious here. This business offers all of this plus a wide array of smoothie beverages. One of my favorites is the PB cup smoothie : Banana, Teddy's Natural Peanut Butter, Flax Seeds, Organic Chocolate Protein, Almond Milk and Chocolate Drizzle.
