Jeff is the most amazing person! I live in California, my dad is in Colorado and he was selling his Arizona house and moving back. I had very few details when I contacted this company. Jeff took the sketchy details I had in stride, met us in Arizona and set up the move. The company packed, moved, unpacked (in two different locations) and everything couldn't have been more perfect or efficient, just like the name says. Jeff bent over backwards to help my father, kept me in the loop the entire time and my parents are so thrilled. After Jeff and his crew packed the house up, they even removed all of the garbage for my dad so he wouldn't have to worry about it. We already had a company lined up that backed out at the last minute. It's not like we scheduled him months in advance, it was literally last minute. Jeff met our schedule and blew me away with the accommodations. When I sent out inquiry emails I didn't think I had a chance of anyone meeting the needs of this move, but Jeff made it seem like it was the easiest thing ever. Just used EMS to move. They were great from the beginning by talking through our needs & giving estimate. Was easy to schedule. They confirmed day beforehand and showed up exactly on time (we scheduled first thing in morning). They worked very efficiently & hard. Barely taking any breaks. No smoking (that I saw), no swearing, and treated both the home we were moving out of and into with respect. Job ended up being more than we had initially thought but they powered through. Jeff and his crew at Efficient Moving Solutions are polite, punctual and trustworthy, fair-priced, and hardworking. I asked them to help me move from a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor, to a two-storied house. I provided my own truck for the transportation, as well as furniture blankets. While I would've liked to give them 5 stars, I unfortunately cannot do so they couldn't finish the job the same day. It's possible that they were having a bad day, but they did damage the walls of the apartment, although not in any major way, while trying to move a 3 seater couch. At the end they were unable to move it out on the same day, and had finish the job on another day. But I will say that they kept their word and completed the job. I will use them in the future, and would recommend them as well. read more

I highly recommend this company for your moving needs, especially if you need to move at odd hours. I was desperate to find a moving company that would help us in the evening, and the first dozen companies I contacted would not schedule a move after 3pm. So frustrating! There's no way I was doing this move myself. Have you seen my little chicken arms?? Please. Jeff and his team were able to accommodate our needs and did fantastic work! Friendly, polite, professional and reliable. They showed up wearing masks, too. The joys of COVID, weeee!!! They were efficient but careful with our things and also very honest. There was a small nightstand damaged...hey, these things happen. Especially when you are cheap like me and buy crappy furniture. They immediately brought it to our attention and offered to purchase a replacement or reimburse us the cost of the furniture. I want to first say they did a great job moving most of our things. I waited to write this review to see how they would respond to the items they left behind. Jeff, Gary and his crew were professional and hardworking The problem was that they left items behind and said they must have forgotten them. It was a plant shelf and 3 chairs. They did not admit this so we asked our landlord to send us a picture. The corner of the garage had all of these items. One chair they even had wrapped. These items included a chair that is part of a patio set, $400 to replace, an office chair that helps my back pain, a chair I bought for my easel and a large plant shelf. A month later we're still waiting and have been told many times he's sending it. If they cared we would have these items by now. We live on one income since my husband retired so it's hard to repurchase these items. read more

Easiest move of all time! Jeff & his team helped us move some furniture from my parents place in Scottsdale to our home in Santa Monica. From the start it was an easy process - Jeff was very quick to respond, and we were able to set up a move date just a few days later. The logistics were a little tricky because my parents were on one end and we were on the other, but Jeff was great and worked with us to make sure everyone was in communication. He was so friendly to my parents, and his team even helped assemble some of my parents furniture that was replacing the older items! Once on the road, Jeff was very communicative and the team was great. We only got up to let them in the door, and they got the entire bedroom set up and looking fantastic. They actually left with a small, decorative piece of the bed and came back an hour later when they found it! I hired Efficient to move some heavy furniture from a bedroom, around a sharp corner, down a narrow hallway, and into a living room. Earlier that same day, another moving company sent two college kids to do the job, but they could not manage the lifting or understand how to position the furniture to clear the corner and the hallway. In fact, they damaged my drywall and scuffed the leather on my couch in their failed attempt to do the job. Jeff and his two teammates, however, saved the day! These guys were terrific. After getting quotes from numerous moving companies, we selected Efficient Moving Solutions and we are happy we did. We requested four men and two 26-foot trucks for our move from the East Valley to the West Valley. The day before our move, Gary called and suggested we add a fifth person so we could get the job done quicker in the 115 degree heat. We agreed and all five arrived on time on moving day. The team surveyed our house and quickly got to work. I was immediately impressed by the attention to detail and care the crew put into wrapping and moving our goods. At one point we were a bit concerned that we wouldn't fit everything into both trucks but the guys were masterful at filling every inch of space. It was evident these men were professionals and very good at what they did. Before we knew it they finished loading the trucks and we met them at the other end for the unload, which went just as smoothly as the loading. All our goods arrived intact without any damage.
