I would highly recommend Efficient Pest Services! Jesse and his team have been helping us for almost 3 years now. The employees are always polite and greet you with a positive attitude and smile. I recall when Jesse first started our service we had a toddler and then shortly after another baby. He was so kind to knock on the door to let us know he arrived and asked how things were with the new baby. His inquiry felt sincere and I thought that was thoughtful he remembered our little kiddos. Jesse is the best!! We should have had him come years ago because we have been dealing with any and spiders the most around the outside of our home and I was spending a lot of money each month to kill ants and even buying the outdoor home sprays to keep them away but it never worked more then a day or two. Jesse came to our home in Thousand Oaks a month ago and that same day, all the ants and spiders were gone!! And it lasted more then a month, but we have him coming once a month to be safe to spray all around our home to keep all the nasty pests away from our home. We also have rodents that roam around our car area. I placed a motion camera out in the car area and the rats are coming from our neighbors homes. So Jesse laid out 4 bait stations all around the outside of our home including the carport area which is also outdoors, and we have been seeing the rats go into the bait stations through our motion cameras. Jesse was a life saver! My wife and I had a terrible ant issue that had gotten very much out of control. I would try to spot treat them and they would just come in a different place of the house. We just had our house fumigated for termites (a 3-day tented affair), and when we were having General Contractors come by to give us estimates on painting the exterior (along with a kitchen and bathroom remodel) I mentioned to one of the GCs that we still had the remnants of a couple of hornets nests under our eaves. That GC said that he would put me in touch with his brother, Jesse, of Efficient Pest Services. Within an hour of the GC's departure from our home, Jesse called and gave me a brief overview of the types of services he provides. He e-mailed a contract over the next day and within 2 days he treated our home, which is now, happily, hornet-nest free. Jesse also informed me that while he was surveying the exterior of our home he treated some ant colonies and said that in the event we notice any ants, to call him back for another treatment. The quarterly service, which I signed up for (and which may be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice), includes an inspection and treatment every 3 months, and free service calls in between. We do seem to have an occasional ant infestation in the garage during the summer, so I plan on giving Jesse a ring if that occurs , but I'm hoping that since our yards were treated, there will be no return of an ant invasion, Before Jesse left he told us that he was off to Simi Valley to help a homeowner with a squirrel that was trapped in her attic! When I think of pests, I think of insects first, but rodents are also a pestilence on one's property.
