Long story short, my office is located on top of an ant hill and I was coming in every morning to trails of ants everywhere. I tried to wait it out, but called Dave at Balance Pest Control after a fantastic recommendation from a friend! I should NEVER have waited to call Dave! He came in and sprayed the next day and had me walk around to show him the hot spots. He used an odor free spray so we all could continue to work that day! These guys came over and I explained my situation with mice running around the house. They took a look around and assessed my entire house. We found where they are most likely coming in from the outside and they told me how to seal it off and gave me some really effective, but safe traps (for free). They were very nice and professional and did not try to sell me things/services that I did not need. They did however take a good amount of time out of their day to give me a game plan for the situation and asked that I call them if the problem persisted. If the problem does persist, I would call them back in a heartbeat since our first encounter with them was so good! These guys should be your first call for sure! Dave went above and beyond the call of duty! I was pregnant and thought I possibly had bed bugs! OMG! He came to the rescue with a magnifying glass and was ready to solve the mystery for me! I eagerly waited outside and he shared with me it was fleas!! (still gross but easier to get rid of) he treated by house frequently and swiftly and the fleas vanished! Has not done so and it has been a week or close to. I found him to be be very sarcastic at least to me. He lost me mainly because of his arrogant attitude. I have used balance pest-control for years even after it changed ownership. Yesterday my service left ants around my cabana and patio. I called and they were here first thing this morning. Unfortunately the owner came and He spoke very rude and wouldn't look me in the eye I tried to show him the ants and he replied I just sprayed there don't go there and I said well I was just checking and he asked me about the eaves I had asked him about earlier. He was so rude that I just told him to forget it it's OK and he said OK I quit. Frankly he hasn't done a very good job in a long time and it's OK with me.
