Buyer beware. Jordan is a very nice, personable and convincing salesman. He promises you anything he thinks you want and the minute you sign you are history. Be very careful that everything he promises you is in the contract. His word means nothing. I signed contract in August 2019. Installation completed mid December 2019. I have to say Blalock Electric and Solar has been responsive to my calls. Every major project does have some "tweaking" after installation. I am still having problems with water in the transmitter/control box. But, Blalock has been addressing the problem. Good luck! read more

What a pleasant experience! Good Job Efficient Solar Services. I truly recommend them for your solar project. I did my due diligence and had spoken to about 10 companies, I had a spreadsheet where I tracked several parameters to compare and keep the vendors honest. I spoke to the big ones and the not so big ones. I got everything from pressure sales to no knowledge at all to big lies. I was also very surprised to see the range of recommendations for the size of the system I should get as well as the prices for similar systems, they were all over the place. With Efficient Solar services I was able to ask questions and receive clear answers that made me understand the process. There was never any pressure, only good information and honesty. In the end, I realized that you don't have to go with the big ones like Sunrun, Sunnova or Tesla and pay a premium, you can pick your panels and the components of your system together with Efficient solar services to get the perfect system. Your system is only as good as the components you get, other vendors offered me the cheap Chinese panels at a premium withe terrible warranties and degradation rates. Of course installation is also super important and Efficient solar services has a great partner in Blalock electric & solar for the panel installation. Our install went super smooth (half a day), next day inspection and a week later the system was allowed to operate by the city. I am so happy producing 32 KwH a day on average.
