I have truly been sleeping on this cafe. First tip, park in the back if you don't see street parking in the front. When you enter you are instantly greeted by the most friendly service. We ordered the Vietnamese coffee with egg foam and it was DELICIOUS and not too sweet at all. The inside is very cute and cozy. It's the perfect to place to catch up with friends or family. I will be back soon.

Great spot to hang out and study with some fantastic options for drinks, banana bread latte with biscoff cold foam was delicious, finished it way too quickly! Will be back to try their sugar cane juice. Service was friendly and welcoming

Pretty awesome coffee shop that I don't even knew existed (or must be new). They have bomb matcha lattes and an incredible one with real banana pudding. Also their sugar cane juices come in calamansi and other fruit flavors. Prompt service and also the interior is rather spacious with a comfortable vibe and also outdoor seating. Highly recommended and check it out!

I've been to egg and ca Phe twice, both times I got the Vietnamese coffee. I've tried the popular egg foam as well as the pandan. Both were delicious! The coffee is not super sweet but the cold foam helps make it sweeter. I'd say it's strong but not as strong as some other Vietnamese coffees I've had. The coffee shop is super cute, they have a decent amount of seating. It gets pretty packed on the weekends.

I forgot to take the pretty pic BUT BOTH SOO GOOD

Such a cute fun spot to have coffee at! We bought a whole family here and they loved it! I love this concept for Oklahoma. We definitely do not have anything like this here so it is a great addition to our state Service is friendly of course! Everything feels nice and clean :)

I had never tried Vietnamese coffee before and wow that caffeine is no joke but the sweet cream foam is seriously out of this world. It's so good. The vibes inside are so cute and I love how everything ties into their theme. The matcha is honestly one of the best I've had in OKC. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10 and the service is great every single time I go in.

I think this might be the best place to get matcha in OKC! They have so many options for flavors and cold foam and I'm determined to try them all. I also love that they come with oat milk already. If you don't like matcha, they also have coffee, tea, and ube! I always get good service here and there's plenty of room to hang out.

    So good.

Love the inside decor and seating. It feels perfect for Okc. I came during some of the first days during their soft opening. I got a lavender matcha latte. They don't have Stevie or Splenda, which is kind of a bummer. Maybe they will read this and add that as an option. I like my drinks a little sweet, but not full of sugar. The customer service was great. The guy who took our order was friendly and was prompt with welcoming us inside. I got the lavender matcha latte and my boyfriend got the Ube matcha latte. They are about $7 each. I lived the lavender matcha latte and even though just the cold foam was a little sweet and the rest wasn't it was such a nice and refreshing drink for the weekend. The Ube matcha latte was really good as well. I can't wait to see what other drinks and foods they will soon have filled in their cafe. Love everything about this place so far.

The BEST coffee I have ever had. I worry I will become addicted because it was so strong and delicious. Service was so fast and the vibe is so cute in there!

I tried Egg CaPhe for the first time after seeing a few videos about it on TikTok! They have so many fun coffee and matcha options, I seriously wished I could try them all at once. I was especially excited about the pandan foam top, it's hard to find pandan options now-a-days. You can get the foams on lattes, matchas, or Vietnamese coffees, which is a cool touch. I also tried the banana nut bread milk and loved it, it reminded me of the banana Laffy Taffy flavor in the best way. The café itself is super cute with a friendly staff, and I believe it's owned by the same people behind Chick & Beer. Would be a good spot to study if you need one The only downside is that the drinks took a bit of time to come out, but since it's a small, local spot (and not a Starbucks), but it didn't really bother me much.

Strawberry matcha latte Vietnamese iced coffee

This was one of our first stops on our trip to OKC. We wanted matcha and found this place. Right away we were greeted and noticed how nicely decorated and comfortable it felt. There were couches, little spots in the corner to sit on, and big tables as well. We went a few times. All the drinks we got were an iced strawberry matcha latte, a Vietnamese iced coffee with salted foam, a strawberry matcha latte with Ube cold foam and a banana pudding matcha. The strawberry matcha was very delicious. It originally was ordered with ube cold foam but got strawberry cold foam instead. The matcha was strong but not bitter and the strawberry syrup blended perfectly to add some sweetness into the drink. The strawberry cold foam was also very rich which added to the creaminess of it. The Vietnamese iced coffee was really good. It was a perfect pick me up and this drink was perfectly sweet but still had a strong coffee flavor. The salted foam paired perfectly with the sweet iced coffee. The strawberry matcha latte with Ube cold foam was very rich in flavor. The Ube added a more earthy presence to the matcha and blended well with the strawberry syrup. Not too sweet, not too bitter. The banana pudding matcha latte was a creamy drink. It had banana pudding shreds on the bottom that added extra sweetness and texture. A satisfying drink for banana lovers. Overall we had a pleasant experience. A great spot for studying, playing games, or relaxing while enjoying a great drink. Despite the small mistake with the Ube cold foam we would come back if we were in OKC again.

got the pandan cold foam matcha. Great quality matcha and the cafe is so cute! The baristas were nice, they offered to add sweetener if needed but it was perfect.

Tons of noodles, beef, and veggies. Personally I love when there's a lot of green onions, onions, basil, and bean sprouts. Also, I love when there's tendon and trip in Pho for added flavor and texture. Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls with peanut sauce was a good appetizer. I washed it down with a strong Ca Phe Sua Da. Notes: I was staying in downtown area and got to the restaurant easily on a Lime e-scooter. Spacious and clean restaurant with tons of tables for small and large groups. I was welcomed immediately and the staff were friendly. I even got to practice my Vietnamese and have a short convo about the community. The food came out within minutes after I put in my order. Firstly, as stated in the previous line, this establishment is cash only. We didn't know that going in so it caused quite the hiccup when trying to pay. The employees were very nice and patient about it but it was still kind of embarrassing. There's an ATM available inside as well. Now onto the dining experience. PLH was very busy when we arrived. That did not stop them from seating us right away at a clean and stocked table. However, the ordering process did feel slightly rushed because of the volume of customers. They had a beautiful interior though with low music playing. The tables are all stocked with soy sauce, sriracha, hoisin, salt, pepper, and fish sauce. We had to request chili oil, which they happily obliged. The chili oil alone was a 10/10. Spicy, crunchy, well balanced. We started off with spring rolls (if you don't specify which ones they will automatically bring out the shrimp and pork ones) which came with a nice garlicky peanut sauce. The shrimp tasted fresh and the pork added a nice slight saltiness and texture. The noodles were cooked well and the veg was fresh and tightly wrapped even when dipped & bit. We both ordered the Pho Chin (lean brisket) one large and one small. Both portions were consistent with their descriptions. With the large I got more meat, broth AND noodles. I ended up taking half of mine home while my spouse finished theirs and felt comfortable. The broth was clear and delicious. I was worried that the broth would be sweet since that's been a common theme in OK, but that was not the case. Deliciously savory and balanced with spices. My only note would be that I would've liked two separate plates of side veg (jalapeños, lime, basil, bean sprouts) since we both enjoy these additions to our soups. Overall a good experience for the food alone. For the fact that we weren't told it was cash only from the start, we had to pay for water bottles instead of being offered cups, and the wait time for the check; this was not a GREAT experience. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars.

For their regular menu, my family and I will frequently order to go and occasionally dine in. We often order off the Chinese menu when we're going family style (flat noodles, salt & pepper squid, egg noodle lo mein, and scallion chicken are some of our favorites), and we will order from the Viet menu for individual portions (we love their egg noodle soups, pho, broken rice platters). One of my favorite dishes is their lotus root summer salad, and I've not found another place that beats that dish here! I've found their service with regular dining in to be hit or miss. Most of the time we get great service but a few times here and there we have a hard time finding our server. Moving on to my favorite part of Golden Phoenix- the dimsum. They serve dimsum primarily on the weekends from opening to 3pm (I think), and they have really brought up the OKC dimsum game with their large and delicious dimsum menu! Their dumplings like the hargow and shiumai are large, filling, and delicious! I particularly love the fried shrimp and chives dumpling and their shrimp egg rolls. The service during dimsum is fantastic because they've got people pushing around carts and carrying plates of food out to you. Once you're ready for dessert, make sure you grab some egg tarts for the table!
