This location had its grand opening last month, and hubby and I decided to give them a try. When we arrived, the line was out the door. The waiting area was packed, and because it was windy, many patrons, including us, waited in our cars until we were notified to present to the front. Hubby always asks for a booth, which we did request, and because of this, we may wait an additional 5 minutes, give or take, which is no big deal to us. The parking lot is somewhat small, but it is across a bank, so some patrons did park there. The ambiance is bright and friendly, and the staff is pleasant. We were greeted with a warm welcome and were thanked for coming in as we left. Our busser, who delivered our water, also greeted us, which we appreciated. Our waiter was Marvin, and he was just as wonderful and knowledgeable. He asked if we'd been here before, and since we hadn't, he went to explain the menu and answered our questions. Hubby ordered the Harbor signature pancakes combo, and we loved the tagline of the person who brought the syrup: " Here is our syrup to make your pancakes more delicious!" I ordered the ultimate skillet. The food was ample, and everything was tasty and seasoned just right. Serving an English muffin with the egg dishes adds a different yet delightful twist to toast. This is definitely a staple, and next time around, we plan on going for lunch.

We had a great experience coming here for the first time. Walking in, there was so much happening and a little overwhelming. We chose to sit outside and enjoy the weather. On several occasions we were brought items that we did not order but can understand that the servers may be still learning the floor layout. The avocado toast tasted great, however I did have to remove some onions and goat cheese to balance the strong flavors together. The avocado toast could also use some more toasting as it was received slightly soggy. The strawberry orange juice was great and fresh. The San Antonio skillet was visibly appealing and did not disappoint. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and seasoned well along with the sunny side egg. The ice coffee was pretty mid but was still refreshing. For those reasons, we decided 2 stars!

I was at Egg Harbor on 11/20. I was nearly finished with my waffle when my friend looked across and said "please tell me that's not a hair on your plate" Unfortunately it was. They said my bill was no charge but they switched the charge of the pumpkin spice chai tea latte from my bill to my friends. And btw, by the time I received my tea the whipped cream was completely melted into it which rendered it barely warm. Below is what it should have been. Not planning on going back

I went on a Saturday morning after my exercise class and errands. The restaurant was pretty full, but I was seated immediately. The atmosphere was vibrant and it looked new and fresh. I opted for the strawberry orange juice - but aside from what looked like mini specs of strawberry seeds - I couldn't tell there was any strawberry in the juice at alI...just tasted like regular orange juice. I decided to go with a breakfast combo and order blueberry pancakes, eggs with onions and cheese and bacon. It took longer than I expected to receive my food and when it arrived, the eggs were really hot - but the pancakes and bacon were lukewarm at best. I decided against sending it back since I didn't have another 20 minutes to wait. The server was kind and attentive. The total was over $30 for the one meal, so kind of pricey, but at least the portions were large, so I took half with me. Not actually sure I'd return since in terms of taste - I actually prefer the Original Pancake House or Eggheadz Cafe.

The food was top notch. Service wonderful. Our table was a bit small and cluttered but still satisfactory once we moved a few things around.

Supposed to be a poached egg.

I started with the salted caramel latte and it was perfection (as someone who likes a little coffee with their sugar). I wanted to try everything but since it was my 1st time just went with a standard 2 egg breakfast, which one really can't get wrong, and the White Sheep definitely didn't. Everything was cooked well and potatoes were really really good. The pancakes are pretty large so providing one as a side is actually so much better than 2 or 3 cakes. My mom had the steak and eggs and that serving size was so generous with the prefect cook. Well worth the price, imo. We LOVED this place and will be visiting again. Additionally, my mom had a to go box which she accidentally left behind which we didn't realize until after we left. Luckily, we were only like five minutes away, so she called the restaurant and explained the situation so we were able to go back and grab it because no one had thrown her food away, thankfully..

It has an upscale barn style feel to it with mostly tables, a few booths, and a bakery section in the middle featuring different pastries and sweet treats you can order. The peach mimosa was honestly one of the best mimosas I've ever had. They serve it in a decent sized glass, and it comes with a peach ring at the bottom, which was such a fun and delicious touch. I ordered the chilaquiles, and my friend got the chicken Caesar salad. We were seated right away, the service was friendly, and the food came out pretty quickly. Unfortunately, my first order of chilaquiles had a hair in it (circled in photo). Another waitress noticed my reaction right away and checked on me, then my server apologized and had the dish remade immediately. I appreciated that they corrected it, and the replacement food was actually really good (after close inspection), but I do wish there had been some sort of gesture for the inconvenience, especially since I had to wait again for my meal and was honestly pretty grossed out. Once the new plate came out, the food itself was flavorful and enjoyable. My friend also really liked her Caesar salad, though she wished there was a shrimp option available. Overall, the food and drinks were good, but the hair situation definitely impacted my first impression. I'm not sure yet if I'd return, but I can definitely recommend the peach mimosa.
