    Egg shells in sandwich
    Chloe P.

Upon walking in, they have cute yellow walls in alignment with their egg theme. They have an extensive menu of breakfast items on the kiosks. It's open early for those who need a quick bite. Staff are nice and prompt with service. Having been here before, I ordered the Scramble me Softly ($9.29) again. This time around there wasn't as much cheddar & caramelized onions as before. I ordered 2 sandwiches & the first one tasted good. The scrambled eggs are fluffy and smooth. However the second one had multiple egg shells which threw me off. I ended up tossing the rest because the eggshells were scattered. Although the food is good here, the inconsistency makes it hard for me to want to return. Also wish they had more condiments other than only ketchup and hot sauce.

Really wonderful food! The brioche bun adds a nice bit of sweetness to the sandwiches and the potatoes are nicely seasoned

The flavors are amazing and I really enjoy the breakfast sandwiches. I also love that they open up at 7am because a lot of places open up later. I like the option of using the kiosk to order. The murals and colors are a nice touch for photos.

Parking is easy 5/5 Ordered the country fried steak sandwich 3/5 Presentation 3/5 Quality 3.5:5 Taste 3.5/5 Value 3/5 Gravy 4/5 - mildly cheesy Breast meat was meager in size as compared to other patrons photos. Fry swirls 4/5 -were pretty good. Establishment is clean and put out time was less then 5 minutes First 3 bites were good until the sandwich became harder to keep together. Pickles on the bottom kept making the chicken slide off. Breading of the chicken became soggy. Threw two bite sized breads away due to poor construct. Would recommend others to get the poutine version instead.

LOADED Burrito - The Ribeye California

Egg bred has more than just egg sandwiches / breakfast burritos. The ribeye California breakfast burrito is one of my faves but the truffle burger is also worthy of mentioning. Their potato's are like wedges super good. One of my new favorite spots and thankfully they have a few locations

I was looking for a quick bite, and this restaurant popped up in my Yelp. Super friendly and quick service. I ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage and omg YUMM! So delicious! It was too much for me to finish in one go, so I packed the rest for later. It was still delicious the next day. The restaurant is simple and clean, and parking was super easy. It's close to an Ulta Beauty so I went there after lol. Thank you!

For a healthier breakfast, I like Eggbred. This Thursday morning, I was served by Tia, who took exquisite good care of me. It was beyond just sharing information with me. She's nice. You know how kids and young adults these days give you that long stare or make it very clear. they're not interested in talking to you? Not here. I tried the Ben Franklin today. A perfectly cooked egg on a perfectly toasted milk bread, with black forest ham and arugula, tossed with lemon juice. Yum. The coffee and beer batter potatoes were good as usual. The potatoes were crunchy. The coffee was hot. They also provided a side of hollandaise sauce. Who can ask for more? I was a little scared when I arrived at 8 AM because there were no cars. I have never been here when there were no cars parked out front. It seems I just timed it perfectly. Perfectly apropos.

Ribeye Asada burrito with salsa verde
    Cindy J.

The ribeye asada burrito was a decent size for the $16.99 price. There was a good amount of asada inside the burrito and egg and the potatoes were not overpowering. The fresh salsa verde was mild as promised and was vibrant in color. Although the flavor was lacking something, not sure what it was as you could not really taste it when you put it on the burrito. The service was pretty quick and they were pretty busy too. They have a few tables inside and outside and they have a lot of delivery orders that people pick up. The place is a clean and colorful with an IG wall. There is music playing and thankfully it is not blasting like some places do, so you are able to hold a conversation. Plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. The food was good and when I'm in the area I will definitely return to try some of their other options.

I've ordered takeout a few times from here and really enjoy their breakfast burritos, but today I had a chance to stop by and dine in. This location is in the Sprouts plaza and is brand new with plenty of seating. Service is great, they've got a super friendly staff who's available to answer any questions. I got the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich today, and it was quite good. It's got the traditional breakfast sandwich flavor, on a soft milk bun. I think I'd sub the ketchup for another sauce next time to give it a little kick, but overall it was fresh and well made. Definitely a great quick breakfast spot to check out!

As we were passing through the OC, we were looking for a quick but tasty breakfast spot and Eggbred hit the mark! This casual fast dining spot has a lot of options on the menu sure to satisfy each member in your group. We got the country fried chicken sandwich, the scramble me softly breakfast sandwich scrambled, and the beer, battered potatoes for a well-rounded breakfast ;) The portions are large and flavorful. On the scramble me softly sandwich. I really liked the sweetness from the caramelized onions and thanks to a fellow yelper, I elevated sandwich by adding bacon. The country fried steak was thick and juicy, and the gravy was delicious with chunks of sausage. This kept us satisfied and full for many hours after. I do however have to deduct one star from this review due to the inconsistency of pricing on the menu versus the kiosk. The kiosk price was more than what was advertised on the menu screens, but I didnt realize this difference until after paying. I do think eggbred was well worth it though!

    AVOCADO TOAST

A decent breakfast option, but we left wanting more. The staff were friendly and helped us order. The restaurant is decorated really fun and uniquely with egg decor, bright colors, and bold writing on the walls. The restaurant is in a plaza so parking is easily available. We got the Avocado Toast and the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich. The avocado toast was served on a soft sourdough which made it a bit floppy. I was also expecting more than one piece of toast for the price. The sandwich was just okay. It served its purpose as a quick, casual breakfast.

Store is clean with cute vibrant decor. Sandwich presentation is pretty. But both our sandwiches fell apart on 2nd bite. I got my Scramble Me Softly with all sauces on the side and it was still a mess. I added avocado and it is nice riped and whipped. Tornado fries are the best: well seasoned and perfectly starchy and crispy. The Truffle burger is soggy upon delivery. We should gave gotten sauce on the side for this as well. Heavy dressing on arugula as well. I think these are best served on a bowl? Service is friendly. You can order in kiosk to avoid line. $32 for 1 sandwiches and 1 fries is quite steep. Worth a try; won't come back soon.

Parking can be in the plaza they're located in or on the side streets of where you turned in. We came in on a Sunday morning and waited to be seated. I noticed a slow trickle of people coming in, eventually, filling every table. It was an easy, simple Sunday morning. The energy of the restaurant was very relaxed and not stressful at all. The tables and chairs are fairly old and well used. Our server had little to no words for us, which was fine. She gave us a kind look. We had ordered a breakfast burritos, eggs, bacon, coffees all around, and an omelette. The food came out a few minutes later. Very quick, but hot and crisp. I wasn't a fan of my latte and their house coffee was a bit watery. I did enjoy my breakfast burrito and bacon. My dad enjoyed his breakfast platter, too. My fiancé's omelette was okay and wasn't fantastic. We finished our meal rather quickly and left. It's nice to have a local breakfast restaurant that has been well loved by the neighboring residents. Definitely will be back again.
