    Storefront and delicious sandwiches
    Devin B.

Tucked into a back corner inside Rodeo 39 is Eggyo! It seems to have taken the spot of former Banh Xeo Boys, and even still has the old sign up in front. I was here in the morning before most businesses were open on a week day, so it was very empty and very quiet. I went to order at the kiosk and on older gentleman came out from the back to greet me and ask if I had any questions. He was very nice and very helpful! They have Korean-style breakfast sandwiches, with thick soft buttery bread, filled with various things depending on what you get. I ordered the EBC, which came with an egg patty, bacon, cheese, and had lettuce and sauces. I asked for the sauces on the side so I can control the amount and also not ruin my sandwich if I don't like the sauce. I got the creamy mustard and spicy mayo sauce and both were really good! Food was hot and made to order. The sandwiches are a bit on the pricey side, but they are a good size and filling. There is a huge electronic sign along Beach Blvd advertising this place, which is what drew me in. It definitely worked! Parking was no trouble at all. Food is good, service is so friendly. Awesome little place! I hope they stick around.

I was in search of a good breakfast at 8am. Something quick before work & landed here. I ordered the E.B.C. ( eggs, bacon & cheddar) w/ spicy mayo & cream mustard. I also added avocado ! Super filling & paired great with my iced coffee

This spot serves Korean milk bread egg sandwich breakfast! Eggyo is a Korean style egg sandwich spot located inside the Rodeo 39 Public Market food hall in Stanton known for its fluffy milk bread, baked egg slabs, and house made sauces. They offer comfort food like the sausage muffin and bulgogi signature sandwiches. The market itself is a large, modern food hall with various other Asian and fusion food stalls, a central bar, and both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a popular spot for casual dining.

I wanted something light and hearty for brunch and came up on this spot. It's the eatery furthest to the right inside Rodeo39's Public Market. I only ordered the Egg and Avocado sandwich. They offer different types of sauces, though, I thought it would be wise to just keep the defaulted sauces with it. The avocado and egg were perfectly aligned with the bread, so, it wasn't a messy experience. I could only taste the sauces when eating the top of the sandwich. Extra sauce is an additional charge, so, that's probably how they getcha! I might want to pay extra for the sauce next time because I did enjoy the top half of the sandwich better.

They're really expensive. We ordered the bulgogi breakfast with hash browns and bulgogi egg sandwich. Close to $40. Service is really good, they're really nice and offer suggestions. I honestly would not pay this much for this amount of food that isn' mind blowing. I understand, times are hard right now and businesses have to keep up with this changing economy. But man, there is nothing special about this food that inclines me to come back and pay that much again.

Eggyo so good, we came back 2nd day in row!!! ES-Bulgogi Sandwich with a few SB-Ube Coconut Salt Bread! AMAZING!

I saw their egg sandwiches via social media. So I checked Yelp, and I wanted to try. They're located in the Rodeo public market/food hall. Tucked towards the back, which I think is a great area to sit, relax and eat. Visited Eggyo for first time on first new year Saturday, in the morning. Came in shortly after they opened 7am after getting coffee from another stall. Me and my wife were the first customers of the day. TOTALLY BEYOND ANY EXPECTATIONS! I tried their egg and hash sandwich, and added avocado. AMAZING! I've never had a better breakfast sandwich in my life. Not overdramatizing nor exaggerating. My wife and I ordered two spam and egg sandwiches to go. Also got 10 piece hash browns, each one perfectly made. It was so AMAZING, that we came back yesterday morning, 2nd day in a row. This time I got the bulgogi egg sandwich... UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! My wife got the salted bread, one ube and one yuzu. Out of this world! After eating, my wife ordered two egg pieces to go (yes, they can sell you just the egg piece by itself, as well as make anything you want.) You know what's crazy? I'm going back AGAIN today for lunch. I want to try everything on their menu, including the Korean corn dogs, and their bulgogi and hash rice bowl. But I may still stick with their sandwiches. The sandwiches average around $14. They range from $12... And if you essentially start making your own custom sandwich can get up to $20. Everything they put into their food is highest quality ingredients, with so much care, and solid construction. Whether the bread, meat, lettuce, avocado, egg, etc. Their breakfast sandwiches should really cost $30 each given the utterly high quality and construction. For all the people and reviewers that complain about pricing... Stay home and eat your Costco hot dogs and pizza! Complainers about price are idiots as far as I'm concerned. They're just whiny jerks who have NO IDEA what it takes to own and operate a business in California, much less Orange County. The landlord is squeezing you, inflation has jacked up the price of everything, California min wage has gone up, food regulation and compliance is off the charts... And so much more. The husband and wife owners of this business deserve awards and medals for what they do... IT'S THAT GOOD! Get over to Eggyo today and try it!

Come to Eggyo! They just opened last month at Rodeo39, and right now they're one of the only spots open early at 7am along with Here & There. The owner was super sweet and even showed us how to use the kiosk ordering system. My friend ordered the bulgogi hash plate, which had delicious bulgogi topped with a Cajun sauce. I got the spam & hash sandwich and it came out huge! The lettuce was so fresh and pretty, and the whole sandwich was buttery and flavorful without being too greasy, which I really liked. Bonus: if you're a healthcare worker, they give you a discount!

    1. The breakfast sandwich was well-crafted, and I love the toast of the sandwich! The iced tea used actual fruit bits! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes since it is located inside a food hall! It is located next to Shootz! 3. This spot does not have their own tables! You can use shared tables and seatings nearby! 4. The staff was friendly and timely with my order! It was ready within 10 mins! 5. Parking lot is huge, but it can get crowded depending on time and day! Spots are double-lined and not compact! Note: This spot has a self-order kiosk! I think this spot does egg sandwiches in a really unique way. In my personal opinion, it's better than Eggslut and most other egg sandwich places I've tried. It's located inside Rodeo. It is a bit pricey, but honestly worth it. The sandwich is definitely messy to eat, so that's something to keep in mind. It's also on the heavier side, so you might get full quickly, but it doesn't feel overly greasy or weighed down. I'd definitely order it again.

Ordered on the kiosk, a nice older gentleman came out to tell me thank you and my order would be up in 5 minutes. My food was packaged in a brown bag and I immediately took it out and it was perfect. The egg itself was soft and fluffy and in the perfect shape for the toast and. I got the hash and egg sandwich and it hit the spot. Would definitely get this again if I'm in the area or I'd make a stop here if I was within 5 miles since I also like the coffee from Here & There which is in the same food hall. Very quick service and eggselent product!

Korean sandwhiches here are amazing!! It's located inside Rodeo 39. Very easy to order via kiosk and food came out quickly. Cashier was super nice! The milk bread was so soft and fluffy and sandwhich was perfect amount of savory plus sweet from the bread. I ordered the egg avocado sandwhich with spicy mayo and mustard sauce drizzled with sweet mayo (as this sauce combination was the original/most popular combination per cashier).

I was actually very excited to see this place open but didn't meet my existing if what I thought it was going to be. The sandwich was good but just tasted like a regular breakfast sandwich and was a little overpriced for what bit is. It was also hard to find the location as they didn't have bigger signs. I had to walk around Rodeo 39 a couple of times. They were located where the Banh Xeo Boys used to be at. And it's more of like mobile system. Like you order, get your food and leave situation. I wished they offered more which is why I give it a 5/10. I understand as well that that are doing a soft opening so I'll probably go back to check again

Eggyo is a food vendor that specializes in egg based toast sandwiches, korean corn dogs and some iced teas. They use Japanese milk bread as the buns, add a fried tamagoyaki/egg, and they have a wide menu of different types you can customize and choose ingredients inside, alongside cheeses they melt your sandwich in and spreads. I got their ham and cheese toast, with cheddar cheese, no lettuce, cream mayo spread and spicy mayo drizzle. Mixing two spreads is such a great combo, especially if you want a little spicy but not too overpowering. My sando was amazing; fresh, soft and toasted well, a good chunk of delicious ham, the cheese was melty as you can see in the photos, and the spreads were evenly placed and balanced well together. I usually get full easily on eating bread, but after eating one I am already craving a second one! I am looking forward to coming back and trying other ones, like the sando with hashbrown in it. They also have daily deals; today they had $2 beef and cheddar korean corn dogs!

What was surprising was their banner said, Grand Opening Dec 29, 2025 and the store sign was Fresh Bagels and Cafe, so I was a bit confused. Well, it was bagels I was looking for so I gave them a try. Upon going in, the place felt brand new, the smell of fresh bagels, and a very eager and helpful staff. I got the spinach and Parmesan bagel, jalapeño Cheese and a plain cheese bagel and of course some cream cheese to go with my bagels. The place is very nice and spacious and next time I'm in the area, I might have to eat in. As for the name, apparently the Blue Mountain Bagels permanently closed and Fresh Bagels and Cafe opened here. Now they have a location in Buena Park, but I'm not sure if that's still open or not, however their Yelp page is still here. So hoping they create a new one for this GG location or update it.

The bowl of fruit was a great choice for a side. It was all bursting with flavor - strawberries, banana slices, and blueberries! I was glad I chose this over potatoes or fries. The iced vanilla latte was, at best, simply "okay". The flavor was weak. Overall, it was a fine breakfast meal.

First time coming here after my original breakfast spot was extremely busy--and I'm honestly so…read moreglad it worked out this way. I had seen Dalton Cafe on Yelp and noticed they're known for their homemade muffins and omelettes, and they absolutely did not disappoint. I tried the pumpkin and cream cheese muffins, and wow--warm, moist, and incredibly comforting, easily some of the best muffins I've had in a long time. For my main, I ordered the Dalton omelette, which was everything and more--perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and super filling. The hash browns were a standout, tasting like mashed potatoes but crisped up into hash brown form (in the best way possible). It's been a while since a breakfast truly wowed me, and this one definitely did. The ambiance really added to the experience--cozy and comforting, especially being seated by the window facing outside. The Christmas decorations and holiday music were the perfect finishing touch and set the vibe perfectly. Definitely looking forward to coming back. This spot is a gem for a proper breakfast.
