I ordered the EBC, which came with an egg patty, bacon, cheese, and had lettuce and sauces. I asked for the sauces on the side so I can control the amount and also not ruin my sandwich if I don't like the sauce. I got the creamy mustard and spicy mayo sauce and both were really good! Food was hot and made to order. The sandwiches are a bit on the pricey side, but they are a good size and filling. I wanted something light and hearty for brunch and came up on this spot. It's the eatery furthest to the right inside Rodeo39's Public Market. I only ordered the Egg and Avocado sandwich. They offer different types of sauces, though, I thought it would be wise to just keep the defaulted sauces with it. The avocado and egg were perfectly aligned with the bread, so, it wasn't a messy experience. I could only taste the sauces when eating the top of the sandwich. Come to Eggyo! They just opened last month at Rodeo39, and right now they're one of the only spots open early at 7am along with Here & There. The owner was super sweet and even showed us how to use the kiosk ordering system. My friend ordered the bulgogi hash plate, which had delicious bulgogi topped with a Cajun sauce. We went to Rodeo39 last weekend. It was raining and not super busy Sunday morning. Not realizing that the breakfast spot we typically try was no longer in business here, we arrived and were wondering what we were going to eat. My husband took a lap around to see if there was anything open and/or breakfasty for us and our 3yr old. He found this spot and sent me their menu. Who can say no to a breakfast sammich?! Anyway, we ordered the spam & hash, EBC, and Egg & Avo (added a hashie for my girlie pop). The gentle man (who may own this spot) was so kind, and patient with us & our toddler. He was alone so he told us it would take a little while. We had time and were in no rush, so we sat down where the high tables are to wait. My daughter was playing with her hot chocolate and happened to spill it, so my husband went to grab napkins as most businesses were closed and none were out. A few minutes later, the gentleman brought out our food and extra napkins for us (he noticed it I guess) and we cleaned it up. We didn't even ask him for that. He just brought them over and said "extras" and it felt like he just knew we needed them (having a toddler is chaotic & messy sometimes). There also isn't a lot of space to sit with a toddler, so we ordered the food to go and went back to the front to eat by the coffee shop. Now for the food. All the sandwiches were stacked and delicious. Flavorful, and filling. It was about $38 without tip for 3 sandwiches, which in my opinion, is reasonable considering the cost of fast food these days. My daughter liked her sandwich too but she's not a very picky toddler. She even ate some of ours. I'll post pictures for reference. I didn't get one of my daughters because toddlers... lol Overall, we'd be back solely based on the interaction with the gentleman from start to finish AND of course the sandwiches were delicious as well as filling.
