Went here on Sunday close to noon and it wasn't busy. Plenty of seating and parking in a large plaza available. Restroom was also available and very clean. American Express was accepted here. Ordering process was incredibly easy. They have a little intercom speaker which helps projects the staff's voice. All ingredients had clear labels near them as well. Very efficient! Photo represents a large, which is 4 scoops of protein (salmon and crab meat). Base was half nacho chips and brown rice. This was more than enough for two people to get full! My quest for a favorite poke spot continues! I was picking up some groceries at Sprouts nearby, and opted to pick up some bundt cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes that just opened up next door when I noticed this new poke spot. I guess it's been here since Winter 2025 - but I never noticed it since it's on the quiet side of this giant strip mall. Anyway... since I already had groceries from Sprouts - I didn't want my food to spoil by driving to my current poke go-to spot (Poke Haus off Beach/Westminster) - so figured I'd give Poke2Grill a try. Ignoring the empty dining room on a Saturday evening - I ventured in to check it out. The friendly gal that greeted me was pleasant. I mentioned that I've never been there before - and she responded that they were sorta like a Chipotle, but for poke. Anyway, I opted for a Medium Poke Bowl with white rice. Protein was all salmon - got my usual toppings. Knocking off a star because crab meat counts as one of your proteins here - I've never been to a poke spot where crab meat counts as a protein. So of course, I opted against it. Avocado is extra here (both crab meat and avocado is free at Poke Haus - my current poke go-to spot that I would've gone to if I didn't have perishable groceries from Sprouts). Total was $19.39 including 15% tip. I took off another star because the white rice was hard, dry, and clumpy. OMG - the one thing that kills a poke bowl for me is dry rice. Poke rice shouldn't be hard, dry and clumpy. It should be soft, moist and fluffy. There wasn't any part of the rice that tasted fresh in that bowl. The amount of salmon (three scoops/Medium bowl) seemed smaller than medium poke bowls from other poke spots in the area. There is a spacious dining room, and plenty of parking. As mentioned, this is on the quiet side of the Sprouts shopping center, so less vehicle traffic here as well. While the bowl wasn't absolutely inedible - the dry, clumpy white rice, extra charge for what you get at most other poke places for free (crab meat) was a dealbreaker for me. At the same price as Poke Haus, I'd just go out of my way to drive over there (and deal with their messy parking lot) than visit here again. At least I was able to check this spot off my "to-visit" list, since I was curious when I first saw it while picking up bundt cake next door, and would've appreciated a new poke spot to go to near home. read more

This review is based on portions. I ordered a small bowl which in includes 2 scoops of protein. At other poke places I do 2 scoops of salmon. Here they give you a ton of of rice and one very small scoop of the protein of your choice and they force you to choose either crab or tofu for the second scoop. So I just did the small scoop of salmon. Disappointed. As for the location, it's clean, staff is friendly and they offer a decent amount of toppings. The fish was fresh but from the cost point I'm gonna stick to other Poke places. read more

I have been waiting for this spot to open up!!! It is so cute inside! Very clean and fresh vibes. I really like the speakers and mic system they have, it helps a lot with hearing soft spoken workers and customers a like. The worker who helped me was so sweet, she was asking me thoughtful questions about my work (I was in uniform). She helped me with my order as I was newb and didn't know where to go at first and how many things I could get of each section. I decided on the medium bowl with 3 proteins, it was only 15.50. Great pricing! I got spicy tuna, salmon and octopus, the portion of fish I got was more than substantial. The sauces I decided on were the super spicy and spicy mayo (I like it hot!) A new poke spot just opened in my city, so I wanted to check it out. I ordered a medium bowl with three proteins -- two spicy tuna and one albacore. Overall, I didn't think it was super amazing, but it was still decent. What stood out more to me was the cleanliness of the place and the customer service. The girl helping me was very friendly and recommended different sauces to mix into my bowl, which I appreciated since there were a lot of sauce options to choose from. I do wish there were more fish options available. I was hoping for scallop, but that's just a personal preference. The chips could have been better too -- I wish they offered wonton chips instead. I ended up doing half salad and half chips for my base. Would I come back? Probably once in a while. I wish they put more fish quantity because i ordered a large with an extra scoop as well but it didn't seem to have a lot of fish. The rice tasted fresh as well which is a plus. The service, staff, and restaurant presentation is great; kind and patient employees and clean restaurant, but I ordered a small bowl, and couldn't believe the tiny scoop I was given for the one protein I got. They put a mound of krab mix, but the scoop of protein was tiny, and I thought the employee was going in for at least a half more scoop, but she scooped up probably 1-2 more pieces of already tiny cubed salmon chunks.
