I was there from 11:00 - 11:45 on August 14. The service was terrible. The two waitresses spent 75% of their time flirting with the cooks. The Pepsi product was terrible and I had to go to ask for the drink to be replaced. Then the bacon was so dried out and overcooked (probably from flirting with the waitresses) that my grandson complained. Plus the benches were terribly uncomfortable there is a ledge also at the top of the booth and my grandson bumped the back of his head on I will never take him there again.

The first time I tried this restaurant was through Door Dash. It is pricey, and the quality of the food doesn't match. I was very underwhelmed with the food. My meat omelet was dry and burnt, and the pancakes were overcooked and dense. The grits were just okay, and the container wasn't filled. The potatoes were bland with chunks of bell pepper and onions. I was expecting an excellent presentation of their favorite items--what a letdown for almost $50 using Doordash.

Had a really good breakfast here. Saturday morning, 6am, so the place was pretty empty except couple tables. Ordered the carrot cake pancakes breakfast. Very good stuff. Pancakes had both carrots and walnuts mixed into the batter. Bacon eggs and hash browns on the side were great too.

This place is good but my husband and I prefer the other location. It's more of a "homey" feel. The waitress was very nice and gave us great service. They do a great job with social distancing. They have both indoor and outdoor dining. I ordered the cream of broccoli soup and my husband had to chicken noodle which we both liked. My husband crossiant sandwich reminded him of a jimmy dean microwave sandwich. My skillet I found to be good but I've had better at other places.

Daughter visiting and decided to try EggCetera instead of County Charm for some reason? DO NOT go here on a Sunday morning!!! Not a huge crowd/wait... 10 minutes to seat... then went downhill fast! Waited another 10 minutes for a waitress and coffee... must have been understaffed? i liked my one coffee i got ( never got a refill) in a hour -Waitress was nice but had to walk out after an hour because still waiting for 2 entrees? We did receive 3 cold entrees... eggs and bacon really cold - waffle was lukewarm but tasty with cinnamon butter and no syrup... so waited longer for syrup as waffles got cold .... son started eating pancakes without syrup until he pulled a huge hair out of his mouth...that was last straw... first time my wife wanted to walk out on a meal - how hard is it to have syrup at the table??

When our server finally came over, he only took our drink order and left without asking if we wanted appetizers or were ready to place our food order. Our drinks were delivered by a third server, and then we waited approximately 20-25 minutes with nothing but drinks and menus. During that time, we watched the table next to us get seated, receive drinks, and even get their food while our server never checked back in. Eventually, I flagged down another server and asked if she could please put in an order for calamari. She was very kind and helpful. A few minutes later, our server finally returned to take our order, and by then it was obvious we were frustrated with the wait. Unfortunately, instead of immediately putting our order in, he stopped at the neighboring table to chat for several minutes with what appeared to be regulars or VIP guests. As for the food, it was underwhelming overall. The calamari lacked flavor, although the marinara sauce served with it was excellent. I ordered the grouper with mashed potatoes -- the grouper was just okay, and the potatoes were dry and disappointing. Overall, this was a poor dining experience from start to finish. We were excited to try this restaurant, but within minutes that excitement turned into disappointment. Sadly, we will not be returning.

The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. Danae was our server again, just as she was on our previous visit, and she delivered the same excellent, attentive service. It's always a great sign when consistency carries over from one visit to the next. The Friday Fish Fry features four pieces of cod, each cut into roughly four-inch portions about the circumference of a quarter. This size allows the fish to cook evenly while maintaining its moisture and flaky texture. The cod is very lightly beer-battered, which we really appreciated--it enhances the flavor without overpowering the delicate taste of the fish. The standard accompaniments are cornbread and a lightly seasoned, fresh jicama slaw. One of the nice touches is the flexibility with sides--you're allowed to substitute fries and/or coleslaw for other options. I opted for a cup of the soup of the day, which was Cajun she-crab (excellent), along with onion straws. There are several other side choices available as well, some with a minimal upcharge. Our second experience was just as enjoyable as the first. We'll definitely be back--not only for the fish fry, but to explore more of the menu.
