I call them and they tell me they won't take an order over the phone and recommended ordering on the food delivery app instead.. This was an unfortunate experience. We did an online order for 2 B.E.C sandwiches and 1 Eggy special. The estimated pickup time was 11:35AM and we arrived at 11:36AM. There is only one person handling the takeout orders also while taking in person orders and even though you're standing there for him to see you will be ignored while your food sits and gets cold. We finally got the food and went home only to find literally everything had an over cooked egg in it. The entire point of the Eggy is the egg yolk inside the mason jar to *dip* your bread into. When I tried to dip my bread it hit the top and stopped as if something was blocking it. When I pushed my spoon through I was essentially chopping up a hard boiled egg and the entire meal went to waste. The B.E.C sandwiches always have a runny egg and these ones had what again looked and tasted like a hard boiled egg inside a sandwich. The sandwiches weren't great but at least edible. The Eggy on the other hand served no purpose expect wasted money and being left with no meal. Tried calling the store for a refund and the phone continually rang with no end in sight. Everything was absolutely delicious! Tbe fries were crispy, and everything tasted freshly made. I would recommend getting a larger drink size, though. I'm not sure if they offer larger sizes, but I definitely need more of it! Highly recommend. Order in advance as they do get busy, and it will take at least 15 to 20 mins to make your order. I Sat and watched a lady cooking food eating and licking her fingers as she not only made food but also packaged it. She never washed her hands and ate over the meals she was packaging. It's disgusting and it's a health and safety violation.
