Phenomenal! We came here because so many of my fellow Yelpers recommended it. Did not disappoint. I love Panang curry and this one was amazing ! Staff was friendly and we were able to walk in as a group of 5 and be seated fairly quickly. The food came out quickly and was very hot. It tasted so good, I'd definitely come back here again. Highly recommend
We have eaten here numerous times. Whenever we have friends visiting from out of town we bring them here for delicious & authentic Thai food! They never disappoint! Love the rustic decor and service is always top notch! As long as they continue to serve their delectable dishes consistently we will always bring family & friends here
First time trying Thai food in Temecula area and Eggplants was the best choice! They already had a line waiting outside before 5:00pm - that's when you know it's outstanding! I arrived a little after 5:00pm and my party of 7 on a Saturday night was seated immediately. Their dining area is very spacious and they do not crowd the tables close together which is a plus. The service was quick and attentive, and the food did not take too long to come out. Here's a breakdown of the items ordered: Tom Kha - mild spicy. Although the sourness was there, the coconut milk was too potent. I felt that they could've add way less so the flavor of the sourness and spice came through more. This was the least favorite of the party, but I would just try the Tom Yum soup next time. I really like my tom kha soups with fish; however, they only had meat or seafood options. Pad Thai - outstanding dish and flavor profile is on point! I actually love they didn't add bean sprouts but did have a spoonful of crushed peanuts on the side to mix in with the noodles. The Pad Thai was slightly spicy and savory. The noodles were a perfect texture and I would love to order their pad thai again! Rad Na - Flat, wide noodles are my favorite and they got this dish down! It's a great balance with plenty of gravy but there were too less noodles. It was drenched in gravy and I wish there were more noodles to soak it up but the flavor really was perfection! Three Chili Swai Fish Filet/Panang Salmon - not sure if I got the name correct, but this was a protein entree. The fish was battered and biting into it was airy and light. The chili sauce on time reminded of a sweet and sour. It came with rice automatically and this was a rice thief. I loved it! Another rice thief was the panang salmon! The curry was super good, I could drink it. Kidding but not really. The salmon was generous although a bit dry but dipping it in the panang solved it. Came with an abundant of veggies too and CAN.NOT.GO.WRONG. Drunken Noodle - Flat, wide noodles and it's a staple for me to try at every Thai restaurant that offers it. Verdict? I loved it!!! Will definitely order it again. Mild made the spice level super comfortable and the dish was very umami in every bite. Thai Tea - too sweet! Price is decent. Quick service. Great food. Comfortable seating. Close to the casino! What more can you ask for?
We've eaten here a few times. Enough to know it's amazing! The food and service are top notch. Sadly, the location is tucked away in a little strip mall just south of Pechanga resort. If you get distracted by the lights of Pechanga, you'll undoubtedly miss it. We've enjoyed so many different meals here. Started with the Tom Yum or Tim Kha. Both excellent. We've also enjoyed the fresh spring rolls or fried egg rolls. For entrees, we've enjoyed various curries, Fish Three Flavors and the Thai Basil dish with either tofu or chicken. Can't forget about the Khao Soi Noodles. Whatever you do, don't skip out on dessert. The fried banana cheesecake is to die for! They often sell out, it's that good! Keep on Yelp'n!
Thai Food Tasting Party: 12 People, 12 Entrees, and Awesome company!!! 12 of us descended upon this Thai spot like a squad of culinary Avengers, each armed with an entree and a dream. It was a full-on food swap meet... we each ordered one dish and passed it around like it was a sacred artifact. I personally went with the Pad See Ew with tofu because I enjoy wide noodles and making good life choices (naw FR, i just like tofu in my thai food). Now, I only got a tablespoon of everyone else's food (rude, but fine... tbh i am super picky and prefer my food made a certain way), yet somehow managed to confirm: everything was good. Most importantly--no fish sauce flood! You know it's a good Thai place when your dish tastes flavorful without smelling like Poseidon's cologne. Service? Snappy and friendly. I'll definitely try other entrees from here, when I'm back home. Company is always great. I love hanging out w these girls who enjoy food tasting as much as I do.
Yum, yum! Janet T. was so right, the food here is so delicious! I came in with a big group of beautiful yelp ladies and ordered several dishes to share & try. My favorites were surprisingly things I don't normally order. The cashew chicken & the chow mein. The pad si ew was one of my top favs too. But honestly everything was delicious and flavorful. I loved it so much I almost came back for dinner. I cannot wait to come back and try everything on the menu. Service was great, food came out fast, & lots of easy parking.
UPDATED REVIEW 3 YEARS later!!! We are still coming here at least 2 times a month... Their food is still consistently great! We went to President Thai in Pasadena for CHRISTMAS LUNCH and it does not even come close to Eggplants Thai CUISINE quality... PAD THAI CHICKEN: Tasted amazing right off the wok while dining in. You get a nice smoky aroma and a balanced flavor of sweet, tangy & salty. You can add your own spiciness with the condiments ;) TOM KHA FIRE POT: Coconut milk soup that has a similar flavor to TOM YUM. It's so rich and creamy. We order this every time we eat here! YEN TA FO: very RARE street vendor dish in Thailand. The pink color comes from the fermented bean paste... The soup usually includes tofu, shrimp, fish balls, calamari, and wide rice noodles... THE UNIQUE FLAVOR of the soup is sweet, sour, and a little spicy, with a funky umami-rich sauce!!!! I DARE ALL FOODIE ADVENTUROUS to try! Was craving some good Thai food and saw some great reviews here so thought we'd give it a try. Small quaint setup and not really good for larger groups. They only had two servers with a full house but the staff did their best and some patience was needed while waiting for the food but it was worth the wait. The only dish that was off a tad was the chicken pad Thai noodles. It was quite sweet for some reason. Tue dessert of mango sticky rice was very tasty and The rest of the food was quite good and I would come back again.
First time here on a Friday night . Got seated right away luckily before the rush. Relaxing ambiance. Fast and courteous service. Delicious yellow chicken curry and tomyun soup. Shrimp fried rice seasoned well. Overall a great experience. Definitely will come back on our next visit since is so close to the casino. We drove all the way from Long Beach .

We stopped by around 2:00 PM, and it wasn't too crowded, which was perfect after a busy morning. It's simple but pleasant, with a relaxed vibe that matches the chill energy of Carlsbad. You can tell it's a spot where locals and visitors alike come to enjoy a good meal without any fuss. We ordered the tofu curry and the panang curry, and oh my goodness, both were out of this world. The tofu curry was creamy and rich, with that perfect balance of spice and smoothness that just melts in your mouth. The tofu was cooked just right--soft but not mushy--and soaked up all the flavors of the coconutty broth. Then there was the panang curry, which was a total standout. A friend introduced us to this out of the way Thai restaurant. Small but cutely decorated this Thai restaurant packs a flavorful punch when it comes to their food . We were a party of four and had impeccable timing since after we were seated the line for a table was long ! I was only able to grab photos of our dishes as everyone ate their yummies too quickly. Hubby had khao soi - a chicken curry soup made gf with the addition of rice noodles ( instead of egg noodles) and I had the Kua noodles with beef. So delish!!! Everything is spiced to your comfort level and comes with the side of spicy condiments for additional spicy flavor. So incredibly happy to have found another top notch Thai restaurant that can make dishes GF! Makes hubby so very happy. Will be back soon! read more

Tried this place because my mom and my aunt love it and said it's a must try. We tried a couple appetizers-half moon and egg rolls. Both were out fast and tasted great! The half moons have avocado and cream cheese--very very good! Egg rolls were very crunchy and stuffed so delicious! Tried the Bangkok fried rice with no tomatoes or meat and it was very flavorful and filling! Me and my husband shared and our 2 daughters. We tried the beef paid Thai spicy level 3 and it was very good. The chili for me is too sweet for mg liking and spice wise not really spicy but the noodle texture was perfect and beef not over cooked! I would get this again just plain with no spice. Lastly we tried the beef tenderloin--crying tiger and that was super tender and flavor was so good and juicy! Waitress we had was very sweet and attentive. Would definitely try this place again! Tasty Thai next to Pechanga Casino! We came to Pechanga for the holiday weekend and are tired of the food options in the casino. We wanted good Thai and this happened to be next door (on the same property but outside the casino). The menu is all text so we browsed Yelp for some photos. Server gave us some options and asked for heat levels 1-5, with 1 being no heat, 2 mild, 3 medium, then hot after that. 1 no heat does make the entrees "sweet." We had Thai favorites Pad Thai and Drunken Noodle with chicken, plus the special Three Flavored Fish and pork Larp salad. All fragrant and delish, no extra sauce required. Ample parking in front. Best Thai restaurant in Temecula. Tina was our waitress, and she was super helpful, friendly and funny. She helped us pick the most popular dishes. We enjoyed every single bite. I love Khao Soi and crispy Rad na the most, best dishes I have ever had. The prices are very reasonable compared to the high food quality. The aroma, taste and garnishment are on point. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and will go back for sure anytime I'm in Temecula. read more

Came in super hungry and left full and happy. They're super sweet and friendly. Parking is nice and it's nice and cool inside. Spacious and clean. I ordered my go to thai dish pad see ew and it was perfectly seasoned. They adjust spice level so i like to order mild and add my own fish sauce + chili from their little pots. Egg rolls nice and crunchy. The sweet dipping sauce compliments well. I'll be back to try the thai iced coffee and fulfill any other thai food cravings. read more
Honestly the best Thai food I've had in years. I wish we lived closer! We decided to come here after reading the reviews on Yelp. The food and service definitely deserve all the good reviews and 5 stars. To start, the man that helped up was extremely nice and helpful. He was quick to seat us, give us menus, water, and take our orders. The place was also very clean. Pad Thai is my favorite food and the Pad Thai here is perfection. Salty, sweet, and spicy. I liked the type of noodles they used and the noodles weren't hard or overly cooked like I've had at other places. The portion is also quite large and good for sharing. The Tom yum soup is also a must for a starter. You can get single serving or one to share. There's different protein options a that you can choose from. I think shrimp is the best. They are also generous with their shrimp! The green Thai iced tea and mango with sticky rice are both nice treats! The green Thai iced tea was sweet and refreshing. And the mango with sticky rice was the perfect way to end the meal. Definitely coming back when we're in town again. read more

Super cute mom and pops casual dining restaurant. Good food, price very reasonable. Came here, one night for creek, grub, and it was a very nice experience. The restaurant is very small and in neighborhood strip mall. You can tell this is definitely more of a neighborhood spot, and not a tourist trap. We got a table right away and ordered. The food came out really fast and it was very fresh. Flavor was really good and the price is extremely reasonable. Service was fast and efficient and no frills. The only thing I have to comment is that this is definitely not authentic Thai food. It's Americanized Thai food and cater to the taste of Americans. Restaurant was clean, everything was modern. As a frequent visitor and loyal customer to Eggplants, I have nothing but love for the food and the customer service I receive each time I come. The food is always fresh, flavorful and filling! I've brought my family on numerous occasions and it has become our favorite Thai restaurant. If you're looking for fresh, made to order Thai food, I highly recommend Eggplants, you wont regret it. Excellent everything here, food is delicious and service is great. Found this Thai restaurant on the way back from a RV show in Temecula, ordered papaya salad in Thai style, pad see ew with seafood combo and pineapple fried rice, I wish I had a bigger stomach to eat more, the aroma of pineapple fried rice is amazing and must have some secret ingredients , totally fell in love with it. Will definitely go back for more, highly recommended!! Don't miss this Thai restaurant if you're around Temecula. read more

My new favourite Thai food spot in Temecula has just been found! There are a few reasons why. Here we go. 1. Food - authentic, flavoursome, well seasoned, spiced, and balanced. When it comes to spices we found out that they do love their spices. Even mild can be on a spicy side (still delicious) so make sure to tell them how spicy your food should be before your order. Others than that all dishes were perfect, made with fresh aromatic ingredients, delicate broth, flaky fish, and simply spot on!! 2. Beverages - good selection. I tried regular iced tea. They call it regular, but it wasn't just a regular tea. They infuse it with Jasmin leafs which gives it that unique refreshing flavour. 3. Restaurant - smaller size makes it cosy. They have nice modern-industrial decor that is inviting and not over the top. You won't get distracted from your tasty foods while eating them. 4. Location - couldn't be better. The restaurant is located close to the Patchanfa Casino. You can't miss it. I highly recommend this restaurant and their delicious food. This should be a must on your 'to try restaurants' list! read more
I have lived in this town for 20 years, and I'm so glad we finally have a Thai place in south Temecula. Eggplants Thai is located south of Pechanga casino, and it is beautiful inside, only wish I had taken pictures. The staff was attentive, our food came out fast, and more importantly it was delicious. We ordered 5 dishes (Larb gai, som tam, and Drunken Noodles). Two are missing from my pics because I was too busy stuffing my face, but they deserve mention...the Kra Prow pork and the Crying Tiger. The Crying Tiger is made with beef, and is so juicy, made from tenderloin, and served with Nam Jim Jaew dipping sauce. Trust me when I say this dish will blow your socks off, it was the highlight. Our party was so full, we had no room for dessert, but next time I will make room. :-) Highly recommend you drop on in! read more

Been wanting to try this place after driving by it numerous times on the way to and from the local casinos. Finally got to have lunch here Tuesday morning and will definitely be back. The restaurant appears new and clean with a nice quiet ambiance. Employees were soft spoken yet kind and friendly as we heard them interact with other customers who seemed to be regulars. They kept our waters filled without us asking. Food was phenomenal! We started off with the half moon-tons, which were wontons filled with cream cheese and avocado then fried and served with a sweet (plum?) dipping sauce. We also had pad Thai with tofu (Thai spicy) and crying tiger (medium spicy). I believe for most dishes you can opt for no spice to Thai spicy level. All the dishes were excellent and I highly recommend everything! read more

Food was delicious. Make sure you request soft tofu since it's not as common in other places. My husband had the three flavored fish and he loved it. I had a small problem with my Pad Thai as the noodles weren't fully cooked. They told me it's their style since it's supposed to be chewy but it wasn't chewy at all since it was just hard. People in Temecula and regulars at Pechanga are in for a big treat because this brand new amazing Thai restaurant just opened a month ago and is serving uber delicious food with friendly smiles! We're in the area to visit some friends so we decided to check out this new Thai spot. Everything from start to finish was awesome. And I love how we had a big group so we got to sample different things! We started with the tom kha soup. It was full of flavor and it's the most coconut milk I've seen. Most places skimp on the milk! We also tried their pad see ew with pork. The pork was tender and marinated well. Their pad Thai was spot on with flavor and texture without being too saucy. Their roasted duck curry was bomb. And their stir fry eggplant was flavorful with fresh veggies. Not to mention the service was friendly and the ambiance was modern yet cozy. They had tall ceilings so it felt very spacious. A good place for a casual date or hangout with family and friends. They're still new so give them some time to straighten out hiccups, service speed and menu expansion. I wish these new owners all the best! Placed an order to go while on my lunch break. They were quick. From the register to receiving my order it was under 10 minutes. I ordered their Pad Thai Noodle with chicken very mild heat at level 2. I'll try 3 next visit. I loved the taste and texture of the scrambled egg they had in this dish. Really good Pad Thai! This is one of those hidden gem type spots. It's located in a strip mall all lit up. Rustic farm house vibes inside, jazz type relaxing music. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. Always saying thank you and offering options. Food came out very quickly after ordering. We had the Pad see ew with beef, and yellow curry medium spicy. It's right next to pechanga, easy access parking as well. Try them out if you are ever in the area! read more

The hype is real! Everything here is yummy. My favorites: 1. Three flavor fish (super flavorful and don't have to worry about fish bone) 2. Pad see ew with pork (amazing dish!!! I'm Thai and never really a fan of any fried noodle dish but at this place got 2 thumbs up from me) Not fav but still good: 1. Larb pork (flavor is really good but I prefer a little more spicy and more lime) 2. Pad Thai (too sweet for my liking but the noodle is great!) 3. Ok what?? What an awesome find!! Service Super friendly and very kind to newcomers. We didn't know what to order so we asked them what's the best and they told us. Everything was so good we almost finished everything. Food Every single thing we ordered was phenomenal. We didn't expect it to taste as good since were kinda food snobs from OC. But man if I'm ever in Temecula again we'll definitely be back. Also I didn't want sweet Thai tea so I opted for unsweetened Thai tea without any creamer. So good! They said it had green tea infused in it too. Ambiance Clean, cozy, not a huge restaurant but enough to take on maybe 10 small groups? Currently having food coma so I can't remember the names of these dishes. Once I finish this review I'll go back and check the menu just for you guys. Haha We ate Three Flavored Fish, Crying Tiger, Kao Soi Noodles and I thought it was called Larb but they got a much fancier name that I forget every time I come back here to edit. lol read more
