Also, for the meat eaters, they had some lovely fried chicken in the brunch. Given the prices they were charging, the value on that is spectacular. I also really liked their salad bar. When our food was delivered to the table, the employee apologized to us and gave us a free banana pudding and explained that they had accidentally swiped our order off the screen and that was the reason for the delay. We would've had no idea either way, it still wasn't that long of a wait to get our food. The food was absolutely delicious. The best BBQ that I have ever had! Server said she put the order in 3 separate times , so it sounds like they were also short staffed in the kitchen. I had decided I would never return again or go to my local restaurant very close to my house in NC. As I was paying , the cashier asked me how our food was and I told the truth. She said the store manager would want to talk to me and make things right because they pride themselves on the quality of their food and their service. I was absolutely not trying to get free food but hoped by sharing our experience that this would help the restaurant. Everyone was so friendly and kind and I had no intention of posting a bad review giving the store the benefit of the doubt that maybe this was not the usual. I had eaten there a couple of times before on visits when I was staying at the Hilton Garden next door and everything was wonderful.
