So glad we kept going straight and was able to walk right in and get seated! Feeding a family of 4 (including 2 hangry toddlers) is a task in its own. I was really impressed with how clean the restaurant was. Sounds crazy but it's important, right? The food was fresh and the portions were perfect. The kids menu wasn't adult size portions which was a plus as well! I hate wasting food and we didn't have that problem at all? We all made happy plates! The food here was very good and the service was quick and efficient. We were seated as soon as we walked in around 9:30a. The space gives your typical brunch restaurant feel with low back booths and morning cafe decor. The table was clean and wiped down before we were seated. There wasn't extra napkins however. There was only what came with the silverware. I ordered the founders hash Benedict and it was delicious! Definitely a great idea for a Benedict to have corned beef hash. Another order at the table was the waffle sandwich double. They found it good, but ended up adding syrup to the sandwich to pump up the flavor. They said the home fries were one of the better ones they've had! I feel that eggs up lost a star because of their coffee. There is a lack of dietary restriction options in regards to coffee creamers. They only have half and half and 2% milk. I wish the staff had done some up-selling on their coffee options. There were a bunch of specialty coffees that only ran 50 cents more than a standard cup and I wasn't aware and ordered the standard! They may be able to increase sales with a little staff knowledge and suggestions. However, with that being said, someone at the table ordered a cafe mocha with no whipped cream and they were not impressed. So pick up the coffee game Eggs up! Ordered breakfast this morning for 8 people Chicken and waffles. The chicken was so dry. It turned to powder sausage was undercooked the red potatoes that they call home fries were undercooked. We enjoyed a quick breakfast here! Most of it was reasonably priced, besides the mimosa carafe ($20). I couldn't tell how much champagne was actually in it & it didn't seem like much. I got the Founders Hash Benedict. I'm not sure exactly how they prepare their food, if it's made in bulk, or what the situation is. The food came out in less than 5 minutes, the corn beef had an off taste to it. The potatoes weren't fully cooked. Within 5 minutes of leaving the restaurant, my stomach immediately started to hurt. Almost like a boiling sensation. Thank God the house is only 5 minutes away. I have been in the bathroom for 45 minutes and have a garbage can in front of me. I've NEVER had this issue before eating out. I would NOT recommend the Founders Hash Benedict. Maybe it's just what I got, but the service was extremely fast (not always a good sign) as I sit here in the bathroom writing this, I am going on close to an hour now feeling horrible and cannot get myself to leave. Just following up. 3/24/24. Here I am, STILL blasting the toilet bowl. The amount of disrespect I am giving my toilet bowl, from this horrible food. I have came to the conclusion that the food at Eggs Up Grill, IS IN FACT, the reason I have this issue. I believe this establishment has caused me to develop IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). I will be following up with my doctor and bringing back a copy of the diagnosis for the restaurant. I have not been able to be off the toilet for more than 45 minutes MAXIMUM, since yesterday at 11am. I pray to GOD nobody ever has to endure this misery. I can't even go in public without the insane amount of embarrassment, as I need to sprint to the closest toilet like I am an Olympic runner, and HOPE I am able to get my pants down to my ankles fast enough before the gates of hell unleash from my body. The side of fruit was mostly honeydew melon with some cantaloupe, and a few other pieces of fruit. I heard a different waitress offer someone at another table two options for fruit, one with all the honeydew and another for bananas, strawberries and something else. I have been here twice now, once with a small table and once with a large group. Service is slower on weekends/busier times, as is expected. The waitress was attentive both times. During the week with few other customers, food came very quickly despite us having a table of 11. Everyone enjoyed the food and thought it was the best breakfast we had during our stay in the area. There was a convenient QR code on each receipt that allowed online payment instead of having to wait for the waiter to come around and process payment. There was a new handheld ordering system that waiters are using instead of pen and paper. It was clear the waitress was still getting accustomed to using it, though service was not really impacted. The only real issue I had was pricing. Prices seemed a little high for some items. read more

Our server was friendly and helpful, I wish I had gotten his name. Two people in our party got the steak and eggs which came with a nice tomato slice on top of it. Something we had never seen before but they said really amplified the flavor of their meals. One person in my party got the southwestern bowl which was jalapenos, tomatos, on top of home fries and eggs, SO delicious! I had the sweet potato praline pancakes, OMG so good!
