Hali is the best ! Me and my fiancé found this place recently and we are in love with it. The service is stellar and the food is to die for ! It's like home made food made by a chef! We are breakfast people. When I say breakfast is our favorite meal, I am NOT kidding. We three are frequently searching for new breakfast/brunch hot spots and were thrilled to see this one on this side of town. Service was impeccable. Waitresses are attentive and the coffee remained full (that's super important). However, as we all ordered very different meals, things shifted in terms of our views. I ordered and egg white Omelette and sadly the egg whites were runny (that's a peeve) - I cant and won't eat runny eggs, so it definitely turned me off. I also love good hearth wheat toast - this was just a regular toast slice - (you butter your own). The eggs tasted like a dirty grill which was a little heart breaking too. The hubs and kiddo on the other hand were happy with their orders. Mini ordered pancakes and while he's a pancake "purist" he said these were A-ok. Hubs ordered some big-boy breakfast and left content and full. We all sort of walked out a bit disappointed hoping it'd be our weekend go-to.... but sadly we seem to just drive by every weekend because we can't all agree it's worth a round 2. Very disappointed in breakfast today. Food took over 25 minutes to come out. Our waitress told us they had a lot of DoorDash orders so our food was delayed. That's pretty frustrating. Most of the time we tend to only leave reviews that are bad. I want to share a bad experience here that was made right by the owner Steve. My wife and I live nearby and we find the place to have good breakfast. Unfortunately, we have had issues with service each visit. Today we had the same problem. We were sat down and no one came to take our order. After having a couple of issues with service before, we decided to get up and leave. Steve caught us at the car and made it right. The issue was we were sat in a blind spot and the hostess did not communicate that she sat us to the waitress. We hope that this issue can point out some areas for improvement and we appreciate Steve and the waitress taking good care of us. We will return. read more

We joined the wait time after I was told the wait time was 30-40 minutes. Not too bad for Eggs Up Grill on a Saturday really, so we waited and walked around Pet Supplies Plus for about 25 minutes and then got back into the truck. About 3 minutes later, I got a text message saying our table was ready. So our wait time was about 28 minutes - I consulted the wait list on the Yelp! app. We were sat quickly upon walking in and our server was Erica. She was very friendly and attentive. She was quick to give refills as needed, too. Our food came out in about 15 minutes. I didn't realize my toast would be buttered for me and I promptly scraped off the layer. It was fine though since I got most of it off. I would have chosen jelly on my toast since it was on the table, but I didn't put it on there since butter had already been applied to the toast. Sad. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. I normally add ketchup to my scrambled eggs, but I didn't because I was feeling lazy. I only ate half of the hash. Something was off for me. It was crunchy where it shouldn't have been crunchy. The home fries were so good(!!!) per usual! The hot cocoa was delicious, as always!! I always recommend ordering the hot cocoa! BF said his platter was the best! He never finishes his food and today he finished his entire platter. He ordered 2 extra sunny side up eggs and wiped his platter clean with his biscuits! Our waitress Hali did an excellent job taking our drink orders as soon as we sat down, taking our food orders and having other staff help distribute it as the food came out. Just moved to Rock Hill and decided to stop by for breakfast. I was greeted and seated quickly which was very nice. I ordered the French toast and home fries and my boyfriend chose the classic eggs bacon and home fries. First of all... the home fries were the BEST I've ever had- and I'm picky about my home fries.
