My wife and I were looking for a place for lunch after coming to Rockwall to purchase a new vehicle. After looking on Yelp we decided to try Eggsquisite Cafe and what a great choice. We were greeted with a friendly smile seated right away and they were about half full. Our food came out quickly hot and everything was awesome. I had the veggie omelette it was big and eggs fluffy with fresh berry fruit with a side of grilled ham. My wife had the traditional breakfast she said everything was very good. Amazing and worth the wait! We had to put our name on the wait list and provide our phone number. We received a text when our table was ready. It's a tiny little restaurant so they don't really have a waiting area inside, so to speak so everyone either just waits in their car or outside until called. Once inside, we were immediately greeted by smiling faces and every single person who stopped by our table was upbeat and smiling and made us feel right as home (in spite of how crazy busy they were).
