Good food with nice service in the modern grey and white setting everyone seems to like. We were promptly seated at noon on a Sunday. Our server was very nice and attentive. Food came out quick. I got the Chorizo Benedict. Sadly my hollandaise had broken and their English muffins are THICK. Each half was about the size of a normal English muffin. Felt more like toast instead of a muffin. But the actual dish was great with the sauce, peppers, properly poached eggs, fresh avocado and chorizo. Nice version of a Benedict. This was our first visit to this location but we go to Little Elm's location a lot! The food here came out fast and hot! It was delicious and definitely would recommend to anyone staying at Gaylord or Great Wolf Lodge that doesn't want their expensive and underwhelming buffet. They have a virtual queue here on Yelp so make sure you check in there before heading out! I've been to Eggsquisite several times. Today was just a bit off but still exceptional for sure especially compared to other breakfast places. I had my regular, smoked salmon Benedict, as always the salmon was smoked to perfection and a generous portion. One side of my Benedict the egg was perfectly cooked but the other side was more gelatinous. The hollandaise was amazing as always. The English muffin was a little tough which was weird and not the norm for here at all. The disappointing part about of my breakfast were the hash browns. I ordered them extra crispy with cheese. It's 1045 on a Sunday morning, and they are completely packed with a 20 minute waiting list.
