So I keep seeing this exquisite café and I decided I would go try. It was really tasty. I got the chicken Benny. Which was chicken fried chicken on top of a biscuit with a poached egg. It was very tasty. It was such a strange combination. I wanted to try it. I'm glad I did. The chicken was done perfectly. The biscuit was fluffy. The poached egg was of course delicious I also got the cheesy grits on the side and that was very tasty. I will definitely be back to try some more. I have to say my waiter was very helpful and tea arrived just automatically, didn't even have to ask. And the manager was very attentive and kept asking if everything was OK and did I need anything? Very nice. I felt very welcome.

Corned beef hash was definitely from a can -- but honestly? They crisped it up just right, so no complaints there. Hash browns were solid, golden, and crunchy. Eggs over medium were cooked perfectly, exactly how they should be. The weak link? The bread. Truly tasteless, like it forgot to show up to breakfast. Second time and will come again.

When you come visit from out to town, the best thing to do is YELP!!! I was disappointed to find out this is not a family business... it's a franchise. Nonetheless, freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious breakfast options. A rad pricy, but food is good! Place got busy soon after 9am. Friendly staff..

Dined here on a Sunday and there was a but of a wait after joining the waitlist - this place seems pretty popular. However, the food was delish and service was quick once seated. The Banana and Nutella French Toast breakfast come was soo good!! Not pictured is the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes which were soft and fluffy but very sweet. Overall, this cozy spot is worth the wait.

Gather we here to discuss brunch. Mmmmm. That "not quite breakfast", "not quite lunch", feeling that we get. Burgers, or pancakes? Why not a smidge of both? Need a spot that says in their name they get you, and that mood? With a name that exudes an air of excellence, there is Eggquisite. This name describes the bright ambiance of the space itself, the service of a staff with smiles galore, and yes, the attention to detail on the food offerings. Use your Yelp App and get on the waitlist. Yes, this place pops, so there's a wait. No it isn't based on folks wanting to be at an "in" eatery. The wait is based on the flavors. Oh we know we each can cook breakfast foods, but unless you're an actual cook, or chef, this is not our home level cooking. I am picky, ocd, so I look for details though I still eat at and love "AwfulHouse." So this place is soothing in comparison. Homey. Like visiting that Aunt and Uncles house that made high, fluffy, aromatic Belgian waffles, and crispy, lean bacon. Here, you get the feeling of their home. Warmth, and no dishes to do after. Okay so this too is a damily spot like Aunt Helens. Yes, their are the tiny loud voices are energetic tots and toddlers. I'm older and miss when my adult children where that small, so this adds nostalgia for me. Fir me, it's the egg. I love a perfect over medium. Yolk super runny, buttery, but every spec of egg white must be cooked. A spot that gets this right? You have my attention. I had 3 over medium. Geesh were these not as perfect as one can hope for. I mean buttery. Perfectly toasted sour dough wedges to sop up that goodness. Sorry for such a long review. You'll note almost all of mine are long, and almost always 4 or 5 star. I blame each of you. I read your awesome reviews to guide me to goodness. You rarely, if ever fail me. I appreciate your journeys and your willingness to share a snapshot of your life with the rest of us. This place is great. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon are all very good. The service is the best in the area. If you join the online wait list you won't have to wait when you arrive (or it will be a very short wait). Servers take your order within minutes of sitting at the table. At most breakfast/brunch places, when they get crowded, the wait for food after ordering can be significant. Here, thanks to an obviously hard working kitchen crew the food usually arrives 10 minutes (or less) after ordering. I never have to wait for a drink to be refilled while servers and managers double check that you are enjoying your meal and don't need anything. The food, service and cleanliness of this place are all excellent! read more

I love eating here for breakfast. I recommend it to everyone. The prices are amazing, the food is delicious and the waiters are so positive and happy considering it's 8am. The manager always comes around to check on the tables which is kind. She strikes up a conversation with everyone and makes the experience memorable and personal. Your coffee is always filled and your water never reaches empty. The service staff is very attentive to your needs. I love this cafe and hope it serves the community for a very long time! read more

Not a good experience. We ordered to go through Uber and half of our order didn't show up. After several attempts to call the restaurant someone finally answered and told me the app is wrong and they did not send the things we ordered. I guess they are just leaving it up to the customer to be dissatisfied and figure out what the problem is and not order again. The food was okay. Nothing special and not much flavor. read more

Big shout out to the wonderful people at Eggsquisite Cafe ! The husband and I were there for brunch this morning - the service was quick and friendly and the food was amazing On our way out I forgot to pick up my to go box with leftovers - remembered 2 min later and went back to pick it up but they couldn't find it The owner went overboard and whipped up a new meal as we waited in the parking lot and brought it out to our car even as I politely declined Blown away by their kindness and lovely gesture Made my morning read more

The restaurant is clean and well run but I had the Venetian Chicken Pannini which was not at all easy to eat. The grilled chicken breast was chopped up which I assume was to also be used on salads, the tomato was also chopped and placed on top of the bottom slice of focaccia bread which made it very soggy. The sandwich was not pressed in a grill and the ingredients kept falling out. Not a good rendition. However the breakfasts looked delicious and I will go back to order those. read more

Amazing food the Skillet was perfect and they were able to sub potatoes o'Brian instead of hash browns. Food was very clean and fresh vegetables with a nice crunch to the peppers and onions. I love their option to get on the waitlist before arriving at the restaurant. It's a little loud during peak times, but the food and service makes up for the noise level. Fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing. I had the Eggsquisite Skillet, it had the perfect portion of cheese to go with the chicken sausage, spinach, mushrooms, red peppers, and hash browns. This isn't important to a lot of people, but the restrooms were well kept and the sink is low enough for kids to reach and wash hands but not so low that it's difficult for adults. read more

I enjoy breakfast any time of the day. I was able to catch breakfast at Eggsquisite Cafe and so glad I did. I recommend using Yelp to register before showing up. It helps reduce the wait time because Eggsquisite Cafe is a popular restaurant. While waiting I revised the menu and knew exactly what I wanted. Charlotte was the waitress and I order my drink as well as my meal at the same time. My drink was served and a few minutes later my meal arrived. I was shocked at how fast Charlotte had me meal ready. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious! Charlotte was fantastic and the tips I left for her reflected how much I appreciated her being attentive. So go check out Eggsquisite and ask to sit in Charlotte's section! read more

Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Server was excellent and made recommendations. Ordered the steak skillet and was mostly good however it was served with a ribeye cooked to order and mine was very fatty and difficult to cut on top of the eggs and hash browns. Got a crepe for my side and it was delicious if not very sweet. Husband ordered steak skillet also and licked his plate clean. He had the pumpkin pancakes with a cinnamon swirl and pecans and it also was delicious but very sweet. All I'm all I would go back to try something else read more

Best breakfast place in Southlake. It's hits the trifecta for me...good food, great service, reasonable prices. Lots of menu options, the staff is very inviting and accommodating and the food comes out fast. I went to this restaurant on 1/14/2023. I ordered the crab cakes. They had 4 broken egg shells in them. I spoke to the manager and he did not apologize to me. He also charged me for one of the crab cakes. Eventhough l showed him all 4 eggshells that l had bitten down on. I am very disappointed with the way that I was treated. The waiter I had was awesome, but the treatment was subpar. Great place for breakfast just don't order the crabcakes. read more

I give them 5 stars mostly because of service. In my opinion there food is above average and they have a great breakfast menu. One of the things I love here is the Very Berry French Toast. So delicious. I have had the Very Berry pancake as well which is good but not quite as good to me. I have been to the one in Allen and Southlake. This is the place I like to take people from out of town or who haven't heard of it. Their coffee is amazing as well as the kind staff. They are also family owned which I love. I hope you give this place a try and enjoy your experience as much as I consistently do. read more

We came in on a Sunday morning for breakfast. The staff was so friendly from the decor we walked into the door. We were sat quickly and our food arrived shortly after ordering. It was such a great breakfast! My wife has a gluten allergy and had the best gluten free pancakes that morning! Everyone from the hosts to the waitstaff and managers were friendly and helpful and just so welcoming. We will definitely be stopping by again the next time we come through town! read more

A thing I knew I had to try as soon as I could find it. I Yelped Italian restaurants in FTW and found two that serve it. Only one of the two at lunch, which is when we eat, Stella in Southlake. So we went today. Stella is a very attractive, very welcoming trattoria. Very cool open kitchen bar along one side. Prompt, attentive service and lovely cloth napkins at lunch. As for the octopus carpaccio? Wowzer! Buonissimo! Stella's rendering of the dish is beautiful and delicious. It is topped with savory, mild pink peppercorns; peppery arugula and EVOO. This super thinly sliced, tender, melt in your mouth polipo is just so good. We followed that with the beet salad. The organic red and gold beets are a feast for the eyes. They are likewise super thinly sliced, topped with dollops of creamy goat cheese, finely minced pistachios and EVOO. A show-stopper presentation and again absolutely delicious. These shared dishes were accompanied by a bottle of crisp Italian Pinot Grigio making for a perfect light Friday luncheon. I'm seeing frequent lunch visits to Stella in our future.

We've driven past Craftway Kitchen more than a few times, always intrigued with a 'we have to try that place sometime'. Saturday night was sometime. Taking our chances as a party of three walk in's, the restaurant was full inside, and there were a few tables open on the patio. I generally don't like to eat on patios, because flies show up, etc. Not at Craftway... not sure what they were doing, but there wasn't a fly or other flying bug around. The patio wasn't just clean, it was meticulous. Welcoming too - It felt very much like an extension of the restaurant. Alex, our waiter was quick to bring water and menus. Returning to take drink orders, a margarita was ordered as was a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Drinks were quickly served. Water was never allowed to become empty. Alex asked if we had ever been to Craftway, we informed him this was our first visit. His ask "any allergies?" to which we said no. He disappeared, returning with an appetizer sampling plate with three items - the Reuben egg rolls, crab stuffed mushrooms, and blue cheese chips. All were fantastic! Three entrees ordered, the Chicken & Fig sandwich, Chicken Milanese and the Cajun pasta with Chicken. Food arrived; each entree was fantastic. Cooked to perfection, flavors were amazing. Dessert, shared, was a bread pudding with ice cream, a perfect finish. Alex never let beverages become empty, delivered superb service. The Chef circulated the room checking on satisfaction and chatting with patrons. Giving Craftway Kitchen a very well deserved 5-star rating. The staff did everything right! Departing, we talked about what we will order next time. We will be back to Craftway Kitchen!

Eggsquisite Cafe, offers an American diner breakfast experience. Despite a packed house, we were seated immediately, which was a huge plus. The service was fast, and the staff were notably friendly. We ordered a variety of dishes that ranged from good to completely bland. * Good Dishes: The chicken carnitas skillet and the gravy omelet were tasty and satisfying. * Average Dishes: The house coffee was unremarkable, and the hash browns and seasonal pumpkin spice toast were just okay. * Disappointing Dish: The grits were extremely disappointing. They were entirely flavorless, lacking any salt, butter, or seasoning, and tasted like plain hot cereal. Served like warm. Overall Eggsquisite Cafe excels at speed and friendliness, but the food felt inconsistent. While the main dishes were decent, but the sides like grits lacked a complete flavour profile. It ultimately felt like a standard American breakfast spot, similar to places like Cracker Barrel, with efficiency being its strongest selling point rather than unique, flavorful cuisine. We have visited this restaurant 4 times already, and every meal we have ordered has been 5 Stars! The coffee and service are GREAT too. We have had the Eggs, Biscuits & Gravy, French Toast, Crispy Bacon, Cornbeef Hash, Steak Skillet, Chicken Carnitas Skillet, and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich (see pic). EVERYTHING we have ordered has been cooked properly and very delicious. The Owner or Manager (Raymond) is very attentive (but a little bit of a close talker). On our second visit, I mentioned to him that a staff member was not wearing his mask over his nose, and he quickly and politely to addressed the issue. He appreciated constructive feedback. I also requested that they join DoorDash, because we will not visit the restaurant when it is very busy (to maintain social distancing). I do hope they join soon, so I can order delivery in the future. Again, the food is GREAT, and I'm sure you will find something delicious to eat here! read more
