Immediate coffee refills, perfect order taking, and I had a very complicated vegan order Danielle was everywhere taking orders, giving out menus, refilling coffee, taking phone orders, you name it! We where looking for a quick breakfast spot and came across Eggstablished. Parking we easy and right in the front of the building. My kids loved their s'mores Oreos pancakes. My food was ok it wasn't nasty it was just really bland. My server was amazing tho. read more

It hurts me to give this place 3 Stars. The food looked delicious on their site and even when we walked in, but that's about it. My wife ordered the steak skillet and the meat was beyond bland and way over cooked, felt like you were chewing a piece of leather. I had the Mediterranean omelette and was completely let down, even with me pouring salt and pepper on there. The food was just blah and flavorless. The service was also just fine, the waitress gave us our check while we were still eating, which was kind of felt like they were rushing us out. My wife and I had a below average experience here and will not be going back. read more

A friend and I decided to get together for brunch in Westmont, IL today. The original restaurant we were going to visit wasn't open yet, due to relocation. After discovering another establishment, we thought of trying out Eggstablished. The historical spot used to be called the Westmont Restaurant. Growing up, I'd always drive past it and would visit occasionally. At this point, it has been a few years since I've last been here. When we went inside, I was surprised. Since my last visit a few years ago, this place has been renamed and renovated. Before the booths, chairs, countertops, and lighting fixtures were outdated. Now, with the renovations that have been invested into Eggstablished, the place looks great! When we walked in, the dining room was completely full. The kitchen was busy and the staff was constantly moving all around, serving their guests. It felt great to see this local business booming, having a constant flow of people entering and leaving. The Gyro and Feta omelet was excellent. It went well with a side of original pancakes, hash browns, and coffee. The atmosphere took me back to when I was a kid, going to a diner with my family. There's plenty of parking out front and across the street. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you're ever or near Westmont, IL, looking for a classic diner setting, this is a great opportunity to check out. read more

Arrived at 12:45 for lunch. 3 parties that arrived after us were finishing their food when we left at 1:45 without receiving our food. Tried to talk to someone about this prior to leaving, there was no hostess, manager or owner. The 4 servers managing the restaurant all walked away and just claimed to be busy. read more

Took my daughters here for Breakfast since we were all off for Presidents Day . First impression was wow , this place is bright and clean! They told us too sit wherever we wanted. It's a small place and has counter sitting . Our food was pretty good and service was decent. Had a skillet. One daughter had Oreo Pancakes and the little one had Party Pancakes . One thing I didn't enjoy about when I went this morning was one of the waitresses that was COUGHING like she was having COVID, ATHSMA, or else. The employer should have healthy rules, especially when working with customers and fresh food. The woman han an inhalator that she was using, but the experience was really annoying. I should contact the health department and make a complaint. One star, food was ok, coffee was cold and table was dirty. read more

The best way to describe this restaurant is "family". It's not shiny, new or trendy, but the food is plentiful and good. I usually go to this establishment with my girlfriend who lives in Westmont, a western suburb of Chicago, and she always knows someone in there eating. Friday nights are AYCE (All You Can Eat) fish, either catfish or perch, beer batter or traditional, with soup, salad and 2 sides. Wait staff is friendly and Johnny on the spot with drink refills. FYI: Their Claim Chowder soup is to die for. read more

Westmont Restaurant went through an eggceptional transformation, and it's no Yolk! It is now "Eggstablished"! Seriously, the only disappointment was that we could not sit down and enjoy their new restaurant. The inside is new, bright, clean and exciting! What's really cool, is that the staff hasn't changed, but the menu has. The menu is an interesting mix of interesting skillets, different omelets and fancy pancake platters, with many new lunch items. Nice sized portions, as well! Good for them... they needed a change... and they made all the right decisions! The 3 of us ate for under $25. Curbside and carry out service available, and we received a 10% discount which we included into our tip for the overly friendly waitress. read more
