Our service from Danielle could not have been better! Immediate coffee refills, perfect order taking, and I had a very complicated vegan order Danielle was everywhere taking orders, giving out menus, refilling coffee, taking phone orders, you name it! She was running the restaurant by herself! Danielle and Mary were really friendly! Lots of vegan options for me, and my husband said that the Eggs Benedict was delicious Please see my photos

Update to add a star now that I've been here a few times. Eggstablished has figured out the not so secret secret that if you provide value in terms of quality of food, reasonableness of price, coupled with friendly, efficient service, I (and others) will keep coming back.

We where looking for a quick breakfast spot and came across Eggstablished. Parking we easy and right in the front of the building. My kids loved their s'mores Oreos pancakes. My food was ok it wasn't nasty it was just really bland. My server was amazing tho.

A friend and I decided to get together for brunch in Westmont, IL today. The original restaurant we were going to visit wasn't open yet, due to relocation. After discovering another establishment, we thought of trying out Eggstablished. The historical spot used to be called the Westmont Restaurant. Growing up, I'd always drive past it and would visit occasionally. At this point, it has been a few years since I've last been here. When we went inside, I was surprised. Since my last visit a few years ago, this place has been renamed and renovated. Before the booths, chairs, countertops, and lighting fixtures were outdated. Now, with the renovations that have been invested into Eggstablished, the place looks great! When we walked in, the dining room was completely full. The kitchen was busy and the staff was constantly moving all around, serving their guests. It felt great to see this local business booming, having a constant flow of people entering and leaving. The Gyro and Feta omelet was excellent. It went well with a side of original pancakes, hash browns, and coffee. The atmosphere took me back to when I was a kid, going to a diner with my family. There's plenty of parking out front and across the street. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you're ever or near Westmont, IL, looking for a classic diner setting, this is a great opportunity to check out.

Took my daughters here for Breakfast since we were all off for Presidents Day . First impression was wow , this place is bright and clean! They told us too sit wherever we wanted. It's a small place and has counter sitting . Our food was pretty good and service was decent. Had a skillet. One daughter had Oreo Pancakes and the little one had Party Pancakes . Would come again.

Most disgusting Cesar salad I have ever had. Used iceberg lettuce that was born, chicken tasted like rubber.

Food was good and Food came out quickly despite being busy. To avoid the rush try going after 11:30 am or before 9:00 am.

We had a reservation and were seated right away. Our server was super attentive. I ordered the cucumber margarita which I thought was a 10/10. Very refreshing and you could definitely taste the alcohol. I then tried the mango one which was also good but the cucumber one was better. I was bummed to not see cochinita pibil on their menu as I could've sworn I had seen it on another Yelp review. I ended up ordering two tinga tacos with rice and beans. The tacos were good but the rice and beans were just meh. The rice was bland and the beans tasted like frito lay bean dip. Their chips were freshly made which make them taste that much better. Their guacamole and salsa were both super yummy! I recommend both! The ambiance was there especially once the dj showed up and started playing all the jams. I look forward to going back and possibly try something different from their menu. Overall, I recommend trying this place out!

The pork belly, ciabatta, and balsamic were all good individually, but together the flavors just didn't work. It felt mismatched... * Colorado lamb kebab: 10/10. This is one of the more $$ entrées on the menu, but it's absolutely worth it. The portion was generous, the lamb was high quality, and the artichoke pesto paired really well with the rich, gamey flavor. The roasted pearl onions were a great addition too. I would definitely recommend this dish. * Foxtail paella: 8/10 flavorful orzo paella loaded with seafood. Definitely a sharing type of entree! Always a great time at Foxtail with great food and great service!

As a…read morevegetarian, I was excited to try the restaurant because of its extensive selection of vegetarian dishes, and it definitely gave me plenty of options to choose from. Our server, Ximena, was outstanding. She took the time to share the story behind the restaurant's name and the inspiration for its cuisine, which added a personal touch to the meal. She was friendly, attentive, patient, and never made us feel rushed, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The Queso Fundido was absolutely incredible. It arrived at the table bubbling hot and perfectly melted. We paired it with corn tortillas, which complemented the rich, cheesy flavor perfectly. That was definitely the right choice! For my entrée, I ordered the Poblano Rajas Burrito, prepared suiza style. It was a unique dish that I enjoyed, although it wasn't what I would consider traditional Mexican cuisine. In hindsight, I would have skipped both the mushrooms and the potatoes. The potatoes, in particular, changed the overall flavor and took away from the more authentic experience I was expecting. The rice inside the burrito also wasn't traditional Mexican rice, but it was still flavorful and well prepared. Overall, I had a lovely meal at Fonda de Paula and look forward to returning to explore more of their vegetarian offerings. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

I was attracted by the festive red umbrellas of the outdoor seating, and, amazingly, there was a table available. The service was prompt, polite, friendly, but a bit forgetful, slightly less attentive than the Spanish speaking guests got but I guess that's only natural. I do have to say the food was very good. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The beer selection is pretty one sided but the loco wine and cocktail downtown prices chill you right out of those choices. Despite the decent food, I took a star for the high pricing for a product that you can get at other Mexican restaurants for notably less--and for the Guac NOT being "freshly prepared tableside" whatever that means (Don't advertise something in your menu if you're not actually going to do it). I would not say to avoid this place but be prepared to have mucho menos dinero after you're done for an experience that may not match the weight loss of your wallet.
