I don't remember his name, but I told him I was looking for a specific model, wanted to confirm the online price, and was hoping to see it on display. He went over to another associate who was already helping a customer and patiently waited to ask about it while I continued browsing other laptops. A few moments later, he brought the associate over, who checked the inventory and pricing. He explained that the laptop wasn't in stock anywhere and initially thought it might have been a clearance item because of the red price. As we continued discussing other options, the first gentleman took the time to ask what I actually needed the laptop for. Once I explained it would mainly be used for basic tasks and schoolwork, he recommended several alternatives. They were all solid suggestions, but most were newer models with higher specs than I really needed. Shortly after, another employee, Youssef, came over to help. He double-checked the SKU and clarified that the laptop wasn't discontinued at all, it was simply on sale, and that sale was ending in about five days. He helped me place the order and was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that he wasn't pushy. He mentioned the protection plan, Microsoft Office, and the store credit card once, but after I declined, he moved on without any pressure. That made the experience feel genuine and customer-focused. I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but when someone truly goes above and beyond, I think it's important to recognize them. I hope Youssef receives more than just a shout-out. About three or four months ago I had the back screen and my iPhone battery replaced on my iPhone 15…read moreplus. The first thing I noticed was there were still little glass shards in the camera when the back screen was replaced, which meant that they did not clean it properly before putting on the new back glass and the back glass was not seated properly because there was a gap between the frame and the glass. About a week ago my battery started giving out and it started bulging/inflating out of the phone to the point where the back glass cracked. I paid $200 for both parts (installed). So I went on Amazon and purchased the battery and the back glass and install installed it myself for $74. If you come to the shop, make sure you get warranty and that your phone has new parts installed correctly before you leave the store. I would have contacted them sooner regarding some type of warranty, but I could no longer find them on OfferUp because our past messages weren't deleted.
