Upon entering the store, I walked towards where I believed the headphones would be. I immediately noticed 3 males and 1 female congregating in conversation without them looking up to acknowledge me. I stopped for a moment looking at them in hopes one of them would ask me if I needed help, but this was not the case. I then walked around the display where the mobile phones, headphones, etc. were... when I noticed another male engaged in helping a couple with their purchase and decided to wait for him. At least I could see that he was willing to do his job. When he was done he stared to walk away when I asked him if he could please assist me. He literally turned his body half way and glared at me holding that side way stance and asked "what do you need?" I explained to him about the headphones I wanted to purchase for my daughter. He literally pointed in the direction of the few headphones that were there saying those or those! I wasn't clear as to which headphones he was referring to and asked which are you referring to? He then reluctantly with an irritated look on his face, walked over and pointed again those or those, I asked one question "are these ok for a child of 2?" He nodded "yes they should be" and swiftly walked away without another word. NEVER HAVE I EVER received and encountered such poor service! What a complete shame... however the one good thing I can say, instead of me purchasing the $60 headphones that I was examining, I came to the realization "why would I spend my hard earned money here!?" I left the store!When I got home I went onto the Amazon website and found the headphones and only paid $30 which made me very happy. Shame!
