They have an impressive selection of nail colors and a variety of pedicure options to suit every level of pampering. The salon has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit feel personal, and the outstanding service keeps me coming back. The mani and pedi were both low mid to mid. First the gentleman who did my pedi knocked over my…read moredrink on my shoes on the floor and never replaced the drink nor even offer a new one. He just put the empty glass back on the stand. Also my toe nails were not cut straight and I was going to bring it to his attention but I noticed I accidentally smudged one toe on my flip flops when I went to the restroom and asked him to fix that one but it seemed like it was a pain or hassle for him to do so, so I didn't even bother to ask him to fix the odd diagonal angle of my other nails. The girl who did my mani just kinda slapped some lotion on my hands at the end, no massage or rubbing the lotion all the way in. However the woman who did my eyebrows was excellent and very sweet and professional. I was just kinda disappointed in the appointment as a whole, especially after seeing all the good reviews on here. Thank you for getting back to me. What is the best way that I could actually email or talk with someone about the service?

She recommended the lavender pedicure which comes with all the things, hot towel, hot stone, paraffin wax, scrub, massage, etc.. and then we added the an additional massage to the neck, back and arms.. my manicure was also great! I did the dip! Love the color and overall experience was great tho it did chip after a few days.. I'm going to give them a call when back in town and I feel confident that they will get it taken care of for me. They also have drinks of your choice. Overall Super relaxing experience:)

I came here at 1 o'clock in the afternoon on a Monday because of the happy hour I felt so underdressed compared to everybody that was there at a NAIL SALON. I just needed my feet and my hands done something so basic they set me upstairs. I didn't even get my feet washed or anything. They just automatically put on the paint and that was it same with my hands no massage no nothing compared to any everybody else I didn't even get a free drink or even asked if I wanted anything and I ended up spending $150 so was it worth it No. I get better service at a "hood nail salon" and pay less than this.

This afternoon I had an appointment at BeYou Nail Bar, a place I've been loyal to for almost three…read moreyears. Even when things haven't gone perfectly in the past, my nails still turned out great about 90% of the time. So I was genuinely taken aback by today's experience or at least part of it. First, let me give credit where it's due: Louis, you killed it as always. Your dedication, your artistry, and your commitment to giving the best possible service never go unnoticed. Even though the cat-eye design wasn't possible this time, my nails still look amazing because of your skill and professionalism. Thank you for consistently showing pride in your work. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my pedicure experience. I came in with a clear vision and even showed the design the same one Louis understood immediately but the nail tech doing my pedicure could not execute it. After five attempts, I was almost sent out the door with something that looked like a tic‑tac‑toe board. At that point, I had to advocate for myself and say, "No, this is not what I asked for," and request that it be removed and replaced with a simple cat-eye. What made it worse was the lack of basic care. He didn't even clean around the toes properly you can still see black and dark blue around the nail beds. That alone shows a lack of attention and professionalism. What frustrated me most wasn't just the inability to do the design it was the lack of honesty. Instead of admitting he didn't know how to do it, he was willing to let me leave with a kindergarten-level design and still pay full price for a service that wasn't delivered. Even after the correction, I left very dissatisfied and disappointed with the pedicure overall. And yes, like I always do, I still paid and tipped generously. But I will not be returning. I'm nobody's fool, and I refuse to be taken advantage of. To Louis, thank you for your outstanding work, your consistency, and your genuine customer care. You are the reason I stayed as long as I did.

I am updating my review: My best friend and I visited this salon while in downtown Dallas, and…read moreoverall, it was a decent experience--but there were a few things that left us disappointed. The staff was very welcoming, and we appreciated that they told us the pricing upfront--no surprises there. The drinks were a nice touch, and the salon had a friendly and clean atmosphere. My nail tech was very kind and clearly a perfectionist. She did get a little frustrated when I moved my hand, but I could tell it came from wanting everything to be just right, which I appreciated. At one point, I told her I felt a burning sensation on one of my nails, and she immediately applied a calming spray, which helped. Unfortunately, my best friend didn't receive the same level of care. During her appointment, she mentioned that her nails felt hot while the acrylic was being applied. Her tech said that happens sometimes, which we understand, as it's not unusual. But several hours later, my friend's nails are still hurting her, and she was not offered anything to soothe the discomfort, unlike I was. It feels like her concerns weren't really addressed in the moment. Additionally, she asked for a tapered square shape, but the tech told her she should ask for coffin nails next time. We know what a tapered square looks like, so that exchange felt unnecessarily dismissive. Another reason for the rating drop is that we were charged for "length"--but we both got fairly short nails. We even posted photos because it's unclear where that extra charge came from. I'm not expecting a refund, and I understand that a salon in downtown Dallas will likely cost more, but with higher pricing should come a more consistent quality of service. While parts of the experience were positive, the discomfort my friend is still dealing with, along with the shape miscommunication and unclear pricing, made this visit fall short of expectations.
