My first visit early this morning was not great and not bad, but I do prefer the Casselberry location. The staff here were engaged in a conversation about scheduling while I stood and waited to place my order with no one else in line. The selection and locating itself are smaller, although the location is prime - at the intersection for 434 and 436 in Wekiva Springs. The bagels are never in question at Einstein. They are fantastic. But I do wish they would bring back the sun-dried tomato bagel. It was TO DIE FOR. read more

Great place for some YUMMY FRESH Bagels! This place is cute, clean and all the bagels look AMAZINGLY PRESENTED in the display case! Service w a smile! Expansive menu! I opted for a Everything Bagel with Garden Veggie creamcheese with fresh 'matos, onion and cukes! The bagel was so crispy, chewie, yet flaky with a nice CRUNNNNCH! Not too tough or doughy! I really enjoyed my Sunday morning because of this place! Coffee was piping hott ! And place was crowded! I would recommend this place to anyone! I've always loved Einstein bagels. Their coffee is great and their bagels are done just right. I really like around the fall time where they have the pumpkin flavored bagels and the pumpkin schmear. This was the first time I had ever tried their bagel sandwiches. A rep had brought bagel sandwiches to my job and they had so many varieties I had never even heard of. There was a French toast bagel sandwich and it had maple syrup, bacon, eggs, and cinnamon schmear on a French toast bagel. It was beyond what I would've expected it was so good. They also had a hash brown bagel sandwich. It had hashbrowns baked into the bagel itself. Their varieties were impressive! I know in the future that if I'm hungry, and I want a breakfast sandwich, and I'm in the area of an Einstein bagel, I will stop there and get one. read more

After having a poor experience for breakfast at a local diner we headed over to Einsteins for a bagel since we were starving. We both ordered nova lox and it was delicious. Management is very poor at this location. After the manager on site overheard me talking to the staff that they added bacon to the egg and cheese bagel the other day and called but where put on hold twice. And wanted to get a credit because she's vegetarian, they refused to make it right. I've come here over a year and first time an issue, I will definitely Not be coming back because of poor service just because they didn't want to make it right. Fresh bagels, several choices of cream cheese, a ton of options for other food as well. Clean and quiet inside if you want to stay and eat. Never had a issue with a order or the staff. Blah... is the only word that comes to mind in describing Einsteins. This particular store is on the corner of 434 and 436, which is convenient when I am in the area. Parking is U-shaped, make sure to grab the first spot you see as this place gets busy and there is a good chance there won't be space around the other side. Though staff has only been friendly, the most important part... bagels are just ok, coffee is just meh. Usually order a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel when I do visit this store. The eggs are microwaved, bagel usually is over toasted, and I find myself wondering why I stopped in. Nothing overly special about the coffee. Most people frequenting Einstein's most likely already know what they are getting into. Moderately priced breakfast and coffee that is consistently mediocre. read more

It's been a while since I've stopped by but I am so glad I did! As I generally do, I checked my Retail Me Not app to see if there were any available discounts or freebies; and there was! Buy one breakfast sandwich, get one free. I ordered the new farmhouse breakfast sandwich and am super happy with my choice. A delicious freshly baked hash brown bagel, with bacon, ham, one egg and cheddar cheese. Totally scrumptious! The staff was very polite and efficient. I recently went to Einstein Bros bagels for the first time. Normally, when I want fresh bagels I go to Brooklyn Water bagel's in Lake Mary. First, the service was not that great. All I ordered were plain bagels to go and I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for them to put it in a bag. Secondly, the bagels were not warm as posted on their website. Their website says they continually make them all day so they're warm but they were not they were sitting there for a while. I also Bought some lox cream cheese which was extremely salty. The bagels were OK but nothing great. To me the superior bagel in this area is definitely Brooklyn Water bagels in Lake Mary. Worth the trip. read more

Service is good and sometimes food. one lady there is always wiping her nose with her gloves not sure if it's allergies but it makes me cringe when she wipes the nose and her mask is under her nose, I know she normally takes register orders but I really hope she doesn't handle food and replaces those gloves if she does. The blueberry bagel was hard as a rock so I won't choose that flavor again and my fruit cup was stale $ not well spent since I didn't get to eat the bagel or fruit cup. They closed the store closest to me (Lake Mary) so some times we go to this store. Unfortunately it is not as well managed as the store. They often don't have the flavor of bagel I want, the service is slow and about 50% of the time the coffee counter is dirty. I hope things improve. read more

It's sad that another establishment I grew up coming to has gone downhill. I never leave a bad review unless it's been multiple times in a row that experience has been bad. Our past 2 experiences were so horrible that we even had to call corporate but of course they are very busy and nothing was done. We waited a few months and decided to come back today with my two kids. I decided to come in because I was emailed a rewards coupon for a $2 bagel with Schmeer. The coupon expires tomorrow, it has my name and rewards account number on the email as well. As I'm cashing out they would not honor it because she said when she scanned the barcode from my account it was not pulling up... Even though she could clearly see I was emailed the coupon yesterday. This bad review is not about $2 it's about the principal and customer service, they really don't care to keep their customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also I was struggling by myself trying to get high chairs to the table, there was nobody in line and all the employees could clearly see me struggling, nobody came to help. this was the last try for me, we will not be back. I visit this location at least once a month, and my order has come out wrong every single time. Knowing this, I checked my order before leaving and the bagel had completely the wrong toppings. I sent it back to be fixed, and the toppings were right, but I got home and the bagel hadn't even been toasted. They have a good product, but I will no longer pay for orders that are wrong. The manager was nice and did offer to give me a free bagel the next time I come in, but I shouldn't have had to pay for my current order (which was wrong twice), and I ended up throwing away. This location's alright. They're good with getting orders right and usually are quick to check you out. Service is respectful and nice. The only thing I would have to say about this place that I don't like is that the skim milk is almost always out of the pitcher and I have to physically go up to them to refill it. It's a bit annoying. However, the bagels are good and the coffee is great! Really can't complain as I've been to worse locations. Pro-tip: If you go here a lot, bring your own spread and your own cup. It will cost you just 2 dollars to get a bagel and a mug refill. Ask for exactly that and it should be like $2.20. read more

This is the only one around so people line up for it. Unfortunately that line winds through ALL the seating so there is no place you can enjoy your meal without someone's butt in your face. Inconsistent... And don't go after the early morning I guess! I just went in for iced coffee this afternoon. First there was the ignoring because all 3 were talking to a friend. Then the new guy (who was training the even newer girl) took my order. He realized he didn't know how to make it so he got the manager. She showed him and then told the girl to follow him so he could show her. They asked if I needed room for cream-guess I am making this myself. Then I asked if it was pre-sweetened. He said "I think so" so I asked him to ask. He went and asked the manager. It was not. I then asked if he had liquid sugar. He pointed me to the granules. I repeated the liquid part. he walked me over to...the granules. I'm just about over it at this point so I said "this is SOLID, I need LIQUID". He said "I can dissolve some in water for you" (he was not being snarky, he was totally serious). Long story short, the coffee was not fresh, it was way bitter and old tasting. I couldn't sweeten it enough. The manager told me "there's a Starbucks around the corner". They only receive 2 stars (as opposed to the 1 star from this visit) because I've had good experiences there in the past. I am not a complainer, I promise you, it's hard for me to not like something...but this was just bad. read more

I've been having my daily breakfast here for the past 2 years. Last week my car window was smashed and my bag was stolen at the parking lot of Einstein (right next to the front door at 08:30-9am!!). The Einstein "corporate" risk manager return my calls after 3 messages and more than a week later .She explained they are "not responsible for any and all items that were damaged/stolen. Although the staff in this location is great be aware of Einstein corporate policy and team members. Before taking a bite of the next bagel - Make sure to find out what Einstein is responsible for and what not before becoming a patron. To be honest - after 2 years as a daily client - I'm not sure of anything. How sad... - the line staff is nice, friendly and good. The corporation... - that's a different story. read more

I frequently visit this location, almost weekly. Lately the service has been awful. Last week we ordered our food, paid and sat down. We noticed the girl making the bagels sandwiches cleared the system as there were no more bagels to be made, yet 10 mins we sat there. So we went to the counter and asked for our sandwiches and got "omg, I forgot those" ummm you didn't forget you cleared the board. Today was even worse. I ordered a farmhouse, no meat w 2 eggs and a turkey sausage egg and cheese on power bagel. As I am paying, I noticed the farmhouse they are making us loaded w meat. I told the manager and he went to tell the girl making them. She raised her hands in disgust and was clearly frustrated. this girl was the same one that cleared the board last week without making our food. after waiting 15 mins I was handed a bag with 3 bagel sandwiches, since I only ordered 2 I opened them up to see what they were. I noticed turkey sausage egg and cheese sandwich had no sausage. I told the nge and he went and told the girl who loudly said "I thought they said no meat" the no meat was on the farmahouse. Her attitude, I would have fired her in the spot. she was not quiet about her frustration. After being in this place for 40min, I finally left with a cold farmhouse and very sloppy made protein bagel sandwich. read more

Bread and a microwaves are never a good mix. Ordered a bagel dog for lunch. The bagel was hard as a rock in most spots and rubbery in others. The hotdog was so overdone I thought it was 3 am at 7 Eleven. I don't usually have lunch at Einstein's. Lesson learned. I'll never do that again. We went in about an hour before closing.
