The staff at Jeff's is always friendly and helpful. While the stores aren't necessarily big, they do have some seating, but bagels are made to eat on the go and we usually get them delivered. As for the bagels, Jeff's has a regular line up of the favorites everyone loves, but they also come up with weekly flavors. My go-to is cinnamon raisin with the vegan cinnamon smear, but the Cheez-It is a great seasonal option when they have it. They also have great coffee with the banana bread cold brew at the top of my list. read more

They both Loved theirs. My Everything had plenty of the everything. Was super chewy and fresh. The cream cheese they serve is a delicious tasting whipped cream cheese. The one thing I didn't love was the Asiago Everything. I think if I had eaten while warm it would've been better, but when I ate that later in the day the added piece of cheese on top just peeled/crisped off as a whole piece of cheese. I just wouldn't order that one particular bagel again. I will be back. And back. And back again! Caveat - and a smaaaall one. I Love Jeff Bagels from their first location to now they've expanded so much they're everywhere!!! The closest location to me is Edgewater . I stop here often especially when they have a bagel of the day that I love . The cream cheese & spreads are always soooo good and you can tell they're made from scratch . I stopped in a few wks ago to try the limited edition summer spreads Elote and the cucumber but was told they had none. I saw Jeff was doing a q&a on IG so I asked did he decided to end the flavors early because I understood it to be for the summer . He answered quickly and said he would follow up with the store . I stopped at the store again and they had them . Once I went back to IG to send him a message & let him know I got them he had already messaged me letting me know he added some extra loyalty points to my account enough for a bagel and cream cheese on them . First visit today was initiated due to a deal on the Too good to go app. I finally happened to be near a "pick up now" deal & I pounced on it. I arrived right as the store was closing for the day & I sure got a visual treat as a mural artist was working on a stunning painting. Inside, I was immediately greeted and hit by some amazing aromas. After I mentioned my order, I was handed the two surprise bags that I had ordered in advance. I received a dozen assorted bagels packed neatly into two take-out bags. The interior is attractive and well designed. The kind of location I could easily grab a seat & spend some time in. I love the open kitchen and intimate seating area. The restroom is also immaculate. I've only tried the everything & plain so far & I'm impressed. Not blown away, but very pleased by the texture & quality of these beautiful bagels. I'm not a fan of overly dense, chewy bagels. These have just enough density without being rubbery, but not so light that they just taste like bread. Be aware, if you try the everything bagel you better LOVE garlic because it's gonna stick with you for the rest of the day. This should be called Jeff's Bagel Grocery Store. I ordered six bagels with cream cheese, and I was literally handed six bagels and little tubs of cream cheese. "No, we don't toast them. No, we don't spread the cheese on it for you. Here's a wooden stick." Yow, eating an untoasted bagel is like eating a raw hamburger. So we sat and ate our "bagels'. These were more like dinner rolls that you get before dinner at a nice restaurant. Tasty but not bagels. We are not likely to go back. We would have been better off getting bagels next door at Publix and a nice 8-ounce block of Philly cream cheese. I have been wanting to try these bagels for a long time but I hadn't been able to get out due to work. I finally got to try them at work actually because my boss brought them for our team. Which then prompted me to go the next day alone and get more. I got a dozen variety bagels and a regular cream cheese and the banana pudding cream cheese. These bagels are the best I have had and the cream cheese is so fluffy and creamy. I was scared to try the banana pudding cream cheese at first but I am so glad I did it was my favorite. I ordered a dozen bagels, 4 tubs of cream cheese, and lox from Jeff's for a work meeting and had an amazing experience. I ordered through the app and loved the experience. We got a variety of bagels and all were delicious. My favorite was rosemary salt. All of the spreads were amazing. I especially loved the onion chive and the cannoli. The lox was fatty and delicious. Bagels are bagels but I bought into the social media hype and came out here half an hour prior to opening to make sure I could get the Jeff's bagel run EXPERIENCE. This location does not provide that. I patiently waited, the only car in the parking lot, parked directly in front of the open door for 30 minutes. The employee who turned on the open sign did not greet me. Nor did the other three women as I entered. The team seemed engrossed in online orders that superseded physical customers. I asked for a cream cheese split as advertised-displayed-shown, by the company, on social media but they don't do that. I asked for the cannoli cream cheese- they were out. I asked for the cake batter- they were out, I was as then told to try the Oviedo location..... yeah my sentiments exactly. Make sure to ask them to slice the bagel if you would like to spread your to go cream cheese or butter on you bagel and not dip it like a tortilla in salsa. The banana pudding cream cheese tasted fantastic, the French toast bagel is was ok. This location is a hard pass for me. I discovered this place through my job they had it catered one morning so I had to go back to give it a full try and see where they were located. The fact that this is only 10 mins from my house means they are in serious trouble I will definitely be a regular here. as a first timer in the establishment Dustin the store manager walked over the menu with me as well as gave me an overview of the business as well as all their locations as a foodie I really appreciated that. he was extremely nice and had a great personality. As a first timer I love that they cheer you on when you are a first timer little things like that I absolutely love! The shop is small but it is a to go bagel shop not a stop in and eat shop Now to get to the bagel...yall the only thing I can say is they are a must try they are soft and chewy. I personally love my bagels that way and really don't like the tough and hard /dry bagels. This was definitely a delicious bagel. And variety of flavors they have and to pair it with the cream cheeses they have some crazy cream cheeses as well I do eventually want to try them all but so far I have tried the strawberry which is 10/10 (fresh strawberries) and the cinnamon sugar is divine. I usually mix the two together to put on a bagel and it's just heavenly. I did also order the coffee as I seen they had a banana pudding ice coffee that I couldn't pass up and I'm so happy I didn't pass it up. I'm glad I got to the store when I did because they were down to about ten bagels left for the day, because that's how popular they are! The staff were super welcoming regardless and let me know what options I had to pick from! I kept it simple with an everything bagel and a poppy bagel with plain cream cheese! My bagels were cut for me but not toasted, and honestly they didn't need to be toasted. These are probably some of the best bagels I've had outside of a NY bagel! I went to Jeff's bagel run on Saturday around 11am. When we got to the edge water location, I did notice it was a pretty small place with limited parking so I parked on the side. When we were looking over the menu, we noticed plain bagels as well as a couple others had empty baskets. I asked if more were being made but they said they weren't. I was disappointed because they had really yummy looking bagels but did not have a large selection of sweet bagels. The only sweet bagel they had in stock was a blueberry lemon. I decided to go the savory route and got a cacio e pepe bagel with chive and onion cream cheese. I toasted it once I got home and I will say flavor wise it was really good! I will dock points because I also got an iced chai but it was more oat milk than chai. Also disappointing. Overall, I might give it another try/go to another location or honestly just grab some of their cream cheese alone as an item in my pantry. I do give them 4 stars because they said that since it was my first time, I got a free bagel. I would definitely say that there was an app I found out about that I would use in the future to order ahead. The last two times we have ordered DoorDash from the college park location major things are missing from the order. 1st time ALL of the bagels were missing. This second time the entire salmon (lox in a box) was missing. That's the only reason we ordered from there was to get the salmon. It's not in the bag. First time here. My husband went to get two bagels. The atmosphere was very small & noisy, mostly from the employees talking loudly back & forth to each other! (He is a very patient man, much more so than me). 4 small tables inside, 2 outside. They were more into themselves than the customer was his impression. This was quite possibly the best bagel I've ever had, no exaggeration. It was so warm, soft, and fluffy and had great flavor. I got the rosemary salt bagel with plain cream cheese and I HIGHLY recommend. They also have lots of fun flavors of cream cheese that you can sample, and I tried the cannoli one which was delicious! I will probably get a sweet bagel with that cream cheese next time! The service was great and the ambiance is super cute. I like that you can watch them making the bagels while you eat. Let me start with this - the bagels were good. Like, obviously fresh and almost what I would call a "craft bagel" if there were such a thing. But... we got there at 11 AM on a Sunday morning and they seemed to be out of almost everything. Not just bagels, cream cheese and everything. My husband requested the cream cheese of the day, which was on a chalkboard right next to the register and they told us they were out of that too... then why not take the sign down??? I ordered a chai latte too, and the guy making it looked at the mix and groaned - I assume because there wasn't much left? The staff was nice though, which is good - especially if you're out of everything. They told the mom in front of me with her little boy that they were out of plain cream cheese but then they said they would "make some" which I thought was odd. The chai latte was not great and a bit lumpy and like I said, the bagels were good, but they didn't offer to toast them (which I only realized after I got mine) and I asked them if they could put the cream cheese on it - and they said they don't do that. Weird. They did ask me if we wanted our bagels cut - which I also found odd seeing as we only ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. If you're ordering 6 or more I would understand asking that question. Their menu is very bare bones too. That's one of the reasons I thought it was strange that they didn't have more of the things they do offer. It would be nice if they offered some sort of protein - normal options would be egg, bacon, or lox at a bagel shop. Overall I was pretty disappointed after following them on social for a couple years and going out of my way to try this place. Being from New York, I had super high expectations of this place! I got there about 1130am and there were barely any bagels left. I knew that you had to get here earlier, but I didn't think they would have ran out by that time! The employee was very friendly and sweet, but I was really bummed that I didn't get to get a dozen bagels. I drove 35 minutes to come here. Also, I wanted the banana coffee and they said that they didn't have the syrup. Just a thought, if banana is one of the most popular flavors, wouldn't you have that syrup on hand? Just a thought. The cream cheese was not filled to the top of the container and it was seven dollars. It was good, but I don't think I would get it again for that price. The bagels were good, and comparable to New York bagels, but the everything bagel was super salty. Overall I took two stars off because it was so hot in there and the poor employees were sweating. I don't know if the air broke or if they don't have any, but it was HOT! I also don't think they should've been so low at that time. The cashier said the cinnamon vanilla cold brew was second to the banana, so I tried it, but it was sweet and nothing to write home about. This was up there with one of the best bagels I've ever had. I got the Asiago bagel with onion chive cream cheese. I was pleasantly surprised by just how soft and fluffy the bagel was. We tried the Clermont location today and were met with an awful experience. we ordered a dozen bagels for pick up. when we arrived home our bagels were flat and misshapen - no more than an inch or so wide and more so improperly cut. they looked like slop! We called the location to give them a heads up, not to ask for replacement or refund, but just to give them a heads up of the situation and were told we should check the quality before leaving. WE SHOULD CHECK not them, that are packing the bagels! Poor quality, horrible response to an opportunity to receive criticism with nothing really expected in return. seriously considering not returning to any location based on this experience. to his credit the person on the phone did offer to replace the bagels - but we live 30 min away - and really did not need or want anything other than to make sure they were more careful to check on quality for others. so no one else had to deal with this issue. My wife and I visited Jeff's Bagel run on the morning of 10/25/2025 and had a great experience. The staff were ready to give suggestions and samples to help us make a decision since it was our first time. Short and skinny version: Roasted jalapeño spread w/cheddar jalapeño bagel is a premium option. Sweet options and drinks are also good, according to my wife. Staff is fantastic! I had the jalapeño cheddar bagel with roasted jalapeño cream cheese and it was a quintessential bagel experience. If you like straight espresso like myself, you won't be disappointed! My wife had the bagel of the day (spooky sprinkles) with honey maple spread and prefers breakfast more on the sweet side. She thoroughly enjoyed her bagel and especially the cream cheese. She also had the signature latte (her words were "iced cinnamon something), which she thought was good too. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I didn't catch his name, but a guy with a beard walked out while we were eating and asked us how everything was while walking back in. Do exactly what Jeff says....run don't walk to get these bagels! These bagels were delectable. I ordered the Rosemary salt. I forgot what my wife ordered. So I forgot to do a photo all three times because they were that amazing but I promise I will take some photos. Let me tell you something this place is amazing with such a vibrant diverse staff that are such joys to see when we come every weekend. I need to remember all their names we spoke to Dustin today as he is mainly the one to make all these scrumptious bagels. He told us his favorites and how proud he was to work for Jeff's for two years now. The woman at the register remembered us from last weekend and was as kind and colorful as can be. Every single person in this place has their own character and they love their freaking job and it shows. They work as a cohesive team and that also shows. They engage with their customers and go above and beyond even when they don't have to. It was just about these bagels but now it's about Jeff's staff and another reason why we want to come back every time. Working in the food industry as a Chef, I understand how hard it can be to deal with customers so always be nice to your food service workers and buy locally.
