I've eaten here twice. First trip I had the BEC which was very good. The consistency of their bagels are perfect for sandwiches. Chewy but not too chewy. Second trip, nova lox. Very good. Plenty of salmon also a nice smoke presence. Coffee is ok. There are other great sandwich options too. Service also good, very friendly. First trip took a little while but they were still new so probably why. Inside is clean good amount of seating. I haven't sat and ate yet but seems fine for that. I would recommend. read more

Wanted to try this new bagel spot that opened up recently in Altamonte and it's close to home it's next to carabbas on 434! Just know you will be waiting a while to get your food and drinks because I stood in line for about 30 mins to get a bacon egg and cheese on everything bagel which the day I went was the last day they had the pickle cream cheese it was so good sad it's off the menu now but it was good and I also got the iced coffee. This reminds me of getting a bagel back in New York it's really good but I would wait until the hype dies down to visit again for breakfast because I enjoyed their bagel! read more

Bagel was good, next time I'll see if they will toast it though because it was nearly cold and then with the egg and cheese just wasn't as good as it probably could have been. Coffee is also good, it has a very distinct "New York coffee cart" flavor which, IYKYK the taste I'm talking about. It was reminiscent of the old days up in the city that always smells (which I love, don't get me wrong, but it does ALWAYS smell in the summer time so don't shoot the messenger) All in all, good not great, especially for the price. I know everything costs more these days, and I'm trying hard to wrap my head around that but still... anyway. Living in the past won't help anyone! Gotta love when you can try a new spot and get a good bagel sandwich out of it. We stopped by one morning for breakfast and found ourselves in the mix of everyone doing the same thing as us: trying out the new place. There was a line outside as they monitored how many people were in the store. The line moved quickly enough to get us to the inside line. There was plenty of time to peruse the menu and I ultimately decided on the Spicy Sausage Egg and Cheese on an everything bagel. While waiting it looked like the staff were still trying to figure out their flow, we watched a couple who was waiting when we made it to the inside line and still waiting for their food after we got ours. So a few kinks to work out but I imagine that will come with time. The sandwich was good, but I may opt to go with a classic BEC in the future as the sauce was a bit too much for me. A lot of bagel places in the area don't offer the same sandwich options so H&H should do well! read more

If you enjoy a yummy breakfast bagel In the morning, I think this spot is worth trying. I went to the grand opening of H&H bagels and it was such a cute spot. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and efficient. You can tell everyone was on their toes and wanted to make sure everything ran smoothly. It almost felt like chipotle style, where they Take your order and start making the bagels right in front of you. I think because the staff was so busy or maybe because it was so loud they forgot to toast my bagel, but it was still pretty good. I also didn't have any napkins which was so needed for my sandwich so not sure if they forgot that too or I had to get that myself. Overall, I did really like how fast the service was especially thinking about it if I'm on my way to work if this was a good place to stop by before that and it definitely is! However, if you're looking for a place with specialty coffees, this is not it. They have basic coffees that you can add creamers And sugars Yourself. I tried the iced coffee, which was pretty smooth. Overall, I think it's a great place to try and especially if you're in the Altamonte Springs or Longwood area it'll be just around the corner from you next door to Carrabba's. read more

Bagels were delicious as usual. Now that the grand opening has past, the staff numbers have gotten a little cut back. And it's noticeable. Some of the staff still seem unconfident about the processes. That is the draw back to having the whole kitchen viewable to the customer, you can watch everything going on and see that some of them are still looking around and questioning their next move. There was a line, but if the staff was a little quicker the line wouldn't have been so bad. We got the Classic BEC on jalapeño bagel. Omg sooooo good. Cheese nice and gooey. While I waited for my bagel to be made I decided to grab a bottle of OJ. $6. Bagel was ready and I decided to eat in rather to bring it in the office. There was plenty of seating. I thought there was an abundance amount of cream cheese. Way too much for me. There were definitely plenty of capers. The bagel itself was a bit on the harder side for me. I finally made it here! Opening weekend the lines were out the door. I'm up early so I learned the sweet hour to get there between 6 and 7 am. So far I have gone four times and tried out the bacon, egg, and cheese on and everything bagel, ice coffee, and bought a dozen bagels twice for the two offices I work out of. Everyone loved the bagels and mentioned "these are the best bagels that have ever been brought into the office". The staff is friendly and will engage in small talk which is nice since I plan to become a regular here. The feel of the place gives me an up north vibe and the colors and lighting is relaxing to me. Every time I have gone in the manager is there and one of the first persons to greet you. One day I will have their salt bagels which they seem to be out of the four times I have come so far. read more

Came here during opening weekend. The line was out the door but it moved pretty quickly. The employees were fast and friendly. They were apologetic for the long line many times. They had a huge selection of fresh bagels and many sandwich options besides the typical egg and cheese. The coffee comes plain but they do have creamers and flavors you can put in yourself. We ordered two sandwiches and two medium cold brew coffees and our total was over $50. That was a lot for bagels, in my opinion. We got home and ate them and I must say they were very delicious, but still very pricey. We will likely only return for a special occasion. read more

My husband and I visited H&H this morning for breakfast and were quite pleased. Our food was very very tasty. The service was very friendly as well. We walked in the door and there was a long line and I almost said oh that's not let's go because I wanna wait but then I saw a gentleman in the front taking orders which was a game changer. How often do you see that we ordered and while I was sitting at the table waiting for our food I talked to the owner and she was very pleasant stopped to chat, even though they were busy and I commended her on her service and the taste of her food. I definitely recommend H&H for a visit for breakfast sometime soon. Also, the ambience was OK. It was very clean. However there's not a lot of table seating and it's a bit crowded. BOMB bagel sandwiches. Was here opening day. Staff was friendly and personal. The owner was even there making sure things went smoothly. I got the breakfast sandwich of bacon egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel and an iced coffee. Was surprised that the coffee was pretty good. The store was very clean, ordering/prep process was organized. Someone takes your order at the beginning of the line and your order gets prepared in the line, you pay at the end and wait for your order to be ready. We got the BEC, (bacon egg and cheese on plain) was delicious. The Novacado was also great, that was more of a LOX spread, it did not have the entire smoked salmon piece inside. The presentation and amount that they give you inside of the bagel is a pretty good amount it was very worth it. It was around 8.45 for the BEC, the Novacado was about 9.40. It's pretty reasonable for the quality that you are getting. They also had coffee and cold brew however we didn't get any so I cannot comment on that. I will try it next time. read more

The bagels and sandwiches are excellent! I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese and added the spicy scallion cream cheese and it was awesome. My wife ordered an avocado and egg sandwich with additional cream cheese and it was a slippery mess, but wonderfully delicious. Service was great; we were immediately greeted and had our order in no problem. Smallish place with some tables and a counter to sit at. Perfect for this type of food. My biggest issue is the price. The sandwiches are fair, but almost $2 for extra cream cheese feels steep (cream cheese was delicious so I guess it evens out). The coffee is too expensive imo; over $5 for a cold brew is steep considering there are much better coffee shops out there that sell at just a slightly higher price point. read more

I stopped into H&H Bagels for the first time after a competition at the gym in the same plaza. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the front team. Everyone was friendly and helpful and one team member even helped me land on ordering their popular Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich. After a few moments, I was helped by Urvashi and gave her my order along with requesting extra crispy bacon (I love a crunch), adding the southwest sauce and red onion. I paired my sandwich with a Natalie's Orange Juice and waited for less than 10 minutes when I heard my name called at the counter. The smell alone had me super excited to unwrap my bagel and I was not disappointed. The presentation was amazing and the bagel tasted delicious. The bacon was perfectly crisp, the eggs were cooked to perfection, and my add-ons really put it over the top. I appreciated that even with adding the sauce it didn't make eating the bagel messy. Waited for the lines/hype to die down and stoped by on a weekday morning around 8. It was empty inside but I was greeted by a very friendly employee who explained the menu and provided some bagel recommendations. He was very nice and welcoming but I found the bagel flavors to be very underwhelming. I settled on my normal go-to "Everything" but found it to be primarily poppy and sesame seeds. The bagel was dense and tasted stale. Cream cheese flavors were ok also. Tried the scallion and it was average, could have had more flavor. I can eat the gardener bagel every morning and deal with the consequences of gluttony later. The texture of the bagel was bouncy, chewy and firm. The veggies were incredibly fresh, crisp and delicious. One thing that irks me is that cream cheese cost more than bagels. The customer service can use some improvement when first entering upon the store. The ordering system needs to be more efficient because customers shouldn't have to reiterate there orders to the cashier. The store was inviting to dine in and the design was modern and clean. Pretty disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only for multiple items to be made incorrectly. I ordered an egg & butter bagel and got egg & cheese instead, and I also ordered an avocado egg & cheese but didn't get the avocado at all. Unfortunately, I had to head straight to work, so I didn't notice the mistakes until I got there and couldn't come back to get it fixed. After such a long wait, it was frustrating for the order to still be wrong. That said, the customer service was good and everyone was polite -- I just hope they can improve the accuracy of orders moving forward. read more

I was sooooooo excited to learn that H&H had a location in Seminole County, FL. I went there and got a dozen bagels and one with plain cream cheese. The service was amazing. The employee who waited on me was very nice and did a great job. She tested the slicer for me. (I have had bad experiences with automatic slicers at other bagel places). The bagel was sliced perfectly. She put the cream cheese on both sides of the bagel instead of slapping a big mound of cream cheese on only one side like many other places do. The cream cheese was really good. I'm not into flavored cream cheese so I only tried plain. I was impressed to see that they had a grill for making their egg sandwiches. I didn't order an egg sandwich but I will definitely go back and have one. I am very picky about eggs and hate when bagel places microwave their eggs. Yuck! The bagels were just okay. To me a good bagel has a nice crunchy exterior with a soft interior. These bagels were just soft. Kind of like Einsteins. They tasted a lot better though. I was definitely disappointed with the texture. These bagels are more like rolls with a hole than a bagel I guess is really is the water in New York that makes them so good. Well when we 1st walked in the door no one greeted us nor told us how to order. There were about 6 people working behind the counter and they were basically working on "to go " orders . There were about 5 of us in line kinda just standing there not knowing what to do then one of the young ladies called me over . I asked for 2 BEC on ET BAGELS overhard , she told me ONLY SCRAMBLED eggs. So I told her one with SPK and the other ET SCOOPED, toasted with a side of cream cheese. They called my name and if I wasn't an honest person i could have walked away without paying . I said can I Add a coffee & bottled water and the guys was only charging me for my drinks . I told him I needed to pay for my food as well. Sat down my husband opened his sandwich and no SP or K and neither bagel was scooped . I think they have a hard time following details . It definitely wasn't what I expected , nor were the bagels as GREAT as the reviews. When we both unwrapped our bagels , they were soggy and Spongy and it doesn't make sense why they can only do scrambled and not over hard they had a case of whole eggs sitting on the counter. I think I'll stick to Brooklyn Bagels and maybe down the road give them another chance but for now not my type of bagel joint . read more
