Lovely Bagel and Coffee shop has a Starbucks feel but a bit larger friendly staff and lovely layout. I purchased the Santa Fe with egg white and I ask for my bagel to be layered thin because I don't like heavy meats etc. my bagel came out perfectly. The bagel was so fresh easy to bite. Some bagels can be a bit tough making everything fall out the back of the bagel sandwich but not here the bagel breakfast sandwich was delicious. Very clean water was very good and cold. Out door seating as well. Price was reasonable and service was quick and there is also a drive-thru Will go back soon. WiFi worked perfectly. read more

Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bagels, Pine Island Rd., NE, Cape Coral, FL, Here is my 2 cents on my meal and chatter. I had a regular coffee and a Green Chile bagel sandwich to go. The coffee was very hot getting home and very strong. If I had stayed there I could have had a free refill. I order a Green Chile bagel club, turkey,bacon, tomatoe, you get the jist. It was a bit burnt and a bit soggy when I opened at home. They had wrapped it in a paper/aluminum wrap. I was suprized it was also a bit spicy. Over all pretty good. I was also given a very small side of potato salad. After 4 spoonfuls it was gone. It was good just needed more. Service was just like a St*r bucks. Basically this is a clone of a St*r Bucks with an added bagel bakery included. The coffee side has it own sandwiches , bagel side it own drinks. Just sharing the same real estate. So just your average coffee & bagel chains. No big whoop. read more

Came in for takeout order. I ordered the lox special. My wife got a plain bagel with veggie spread. She got two bottoms of two bagels. The coffee covers aren't plugged closed for transport. I spilled the coffee all down my arm. The lox special was good though. Lots of room for improvement needed. read more

This Caribou Coffee/ Einstein Bros Bagels is heaven on earth the cold brew with sweet cream was one of the best coffees I've had in awhile!! The bagel sandwiches are HEAVEN they kicked it out of the park by combining these two businesses!! COME HERE AND EAT AND DRINK!! It's worth every penny and more... so happy!! read more

The coffee was good. Bagels are made from frozen dough out of a cardboard box. They are soft and chewy and nothing like the crusty bagels Einstein was known for in the past. Ordered two everything bagels with nova lox, cream cheese, tomato and onion. The amount of lox was half of what it should have been for the price. Didn't get the everything bagels that were ordered...got plain! There were at least six employees behind the counter and only three customers so it's not like they were being overwhelmed with orders. Should have been able to get it correct. We were looking forward to a great Einstein bagel but was deeply disappointed! But...the coffee was good. Eat out often and demand good food. As we were watching our sandwiches being made from the drive-through window we saw the lady touch our tomatoes with her right hand & no glove on. She then proceeded to put a glove on, walk over to the garbage can and push garbage down into the garbage bin with her gloved right hand. She then proceeded to make our sandwiches after that with that same soiled glove on. We then asked the girl in the window for the manager and apparently that was the manager. Garbage glove sandwich maker was the general manager. She came over & was very defensive. As my husband starts explaining what the problem is she rolled her eyes, slammed the bag of food in the garbage, cut him off and said she'd make another. My husband asked her to let him finish speaking and she just scoffed and walked away. At that point we just canceled the order with the girl at the window and left. read more

Terrible service and no menu items that are actually on a menu at a Caribou Coffee. The employees were very unkind and instead of saying "Sorry we don't have that here", they just made a wrong drink and refused to remake something different. Go someplace else for your coffee and bagels! read more

Don't let the 2 stars confuse you. The food and the coffee here are great, and the employees are really friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the staffing issues. I live nearby, so I pop in at different times throughout the day/week. Whoever is making the schedule needs a refresher course in scheduling. I have been in there sometimes and have seen as many as 7 employees working, and only a 3-4 customers. Other times I have seen as many as 10-15 people waiting in line with only 3-4 employees behind the counter. I truly feel for the employees during those hectic times as it is clearly not their fault they are short-staffed during some peak business times. read more

As soon as I walked in the staff was friendly and open, gave me good advice based on what I said my taste preferences were. Everything was absolutely delicious. I came from New York so I wasn't expecting this good of a bagel, but this is just. So. Good. Staff complimented my skirt & engaged in friendly conversation while I was waiting for my food. Most people down here already know you can't get a decent bagel south of Delaware (and once you leave S. Jersey even that's iffy), but Einstein's does a good job and the price is fair. Staff's friendly, the dozen deal on Monday is killer and the only complaint I have is that I think it's one of those "Corporate controls the temperature" places so, if there's a cold front in March, some clueless bozo in another state is keeping the dining room empty because it's frigid. Coming from a New Yorker who has to be rinkside at an Everblades game to think it's chilly, this says something. All such places should offer managers an override. read more

Beautiful inside but I ordered a toasted bagel with hummus and instead I got a toasted bagel with mayo veggies. I can't have mayo so it was thrown out. I was in the store to place the order and only 3 customers inside and a few in the drive through. Not busy enough to make mistakes. read more

To begin, the women taking out order was a complete idiot. No joke no lie. She couldn't speak properly and didn't even tell us how much our order was. It took her so long to process what we were ordering. In addition, we spent 20 minutes in the drive through. Insane. There was no way to get out because there was a curb. Normally very good however today I tried the country breakfast bagel. Chicken was doughy, not crispy at all. Barely any cream cheese, very dry. They were out of the bagel it normally comes with so I had to substitute. I try not to send food back so I pushed through and ate half. Took one bite of second half and just couldn't do it any more. I didn't expect refund because I had eaten half but stomach was getting upset so I thought I'd just mention it to manager. He immediately got offensive and asked why did I consume so much of it before saying anything. He kept pushing this point in a raised voice so I clearly explained I wasnt looking for a refund I just wanted to mention it to him, I was trying to be kind. Very, very, rude! read more

I have visited this place four times and the people and bagels are good. However, may last visit will be my last visit. I was served by a male who looked sixteen years old and later identified himself as the manager. His main goal seemed to be how to get rid of me so he could go back to doing nothing. Sales and service seemed to be the last thing on his mind. Being annoyed because I had a gift card he said he did not know how to process a gift card sale. I told him I had used my gift card there before and the employees that served me had no problems processing a gift card. I asked how he could be a manager and not even know how to ring up a gift card sale? Well that did not go over big nor did he care if I ever returned. read more

This place will get 5 starts if they fix their internet issues. Coffee is much stronger than others in the area and bagels are pretty good, anyone complaining about spicy needs to order something that doesn't have spicy ingredients in it. The internet issue is pretty bad and with Starbucks across the street with no internet problems I'm thinking it is them not the provider. read more

Stopped in to get a quick takeout breakfast and we were in a hurry. Ordered "buy one get one free" bagels with cream cheese, but they were out of the cream cheese I ordered on one of the bagels, so I sad peanut butter would be okay since they were out. At checkout, the cashier said I couldn't have the BOGO because I wanted peanut butter. I also ordered coffee, and a cold press coffee with soy milk. They were out of soy milk too, so I went with almond milk. When she poured the almond milk, it was chunky. I asked and she said it just does that. At this point, I realized the cashier had not given me a cup for the regular coffee. I didn't want to wait in line for the cashier again, so I asked an associate for a cup. She had to verify with the cashier that I had ordered and paid for a cup. I'm guessing this would have been faster if she had simply asked to see my receipt instead of waiting for the cashier. I poured the coffee and there was no half and half out. I had to go back up to the counter to get half and half. I realize these things are minor, but the accumulation of issues and extra time they took were a little inconvenient. Our no-longer-quick trip for a bagel would have been much quicker and less expensive if they had better training and customer service. read more

Just visited and asked for a bacon egg n cheese. 1st time i was there i only recieved 1 piece of bacon. So this time i asked the server how much bacon is on ur sandwich. She said we give 4 pieces of bacon. So i said cool 4 is great. I recieved the sandwich open to find 2 pieces of bacon. I asked the server I thought we get 4 pieces..... ooooh she says its 2 cut into 4. Im like u got to be kidding me. There was one old egg with cold cheese n it all was absolutley tasteless. No flavor close to cardboard. With coffee came to 7.72. To me this is a terrible value. In NY i would have gotten 2 eggs with lots of bacon n a sandwich with flavor. This place in the cape is over priced n cheap quality. For the cost it should be way better. Personnel were cold and lifeless no customer relations at all. I expect better we deserve better for our money spent. This place needs to step up their game or they will be driven outta business. Word gets around fast. You need to hire some people with skills especially in the kitchen. Not some high school kid who does not give a crap about quality nor knows how to make sandwiches. I woud be ashamed to produce what i was served. Totally serious about this. At least the coffee was great n decor in place was nice. But i want value n great tasting bacon egg n cheese. read more
