Finally tried this place. I'd been to one is Las Vegas and the service was awful so I was reluctant to try this one. I should have gone sooner. Service was excellent and food was good too. Lox were tender and fresh. Avocado was fresh and a good portion. Cream cheese was what you'd expect and all the bagels were as you'd want. read more

I eat here often for breakfast. Today I was the second person in line when they opened and they were missing many of their bagels. I go there mainly for the breakfast burrito and usually they have them but this time nothing and no reason given why. I will try again later this week, hopefully they have the burritos. read more

Been going here for a couple months. Only complaints are the prices and how long the drive thru takes. $5.35 for a medium blended coffee and $3.50 for a medium iced coffee is a little much. And their medium cups are basically the size of a small cup from other places. The workers at the drive thru are either nice or rude, just depends when you go there. Okay, they bake alot of interesting looking and tasting things but I'm pretty sure they're not real bagels. Gotta boil dough before you bake and I don't think they do that so these are basically rolls impersonating themselves as bagels. Raisin bagel was OK but on the small side. I've had a salad here on a prior visit which was good, fresh, and tasty. Coffee also is better than most places, alot of coffee choices and milk/cream/non dairy variety. A missed opportunity. And pricing is quite high. Two years after the above, we decided to give Einstein another chance. Same, same. The order was wrong, my bagel burned beyond recognition. Got bacon egg and cheese sandwich in a blueberry bagel. Seemed a little pricey $5.19. However, it was really good. Bagel was fresh and soft. This is a really good breakfast and coffee spot. They have a great selection of bagels and cream cheeses all of which that I have tried have been really good. Also their breakfast sandwich selection is really good too. I had the Santa Fe this time which is not only tasty, but also low in calories and has a lot of protein. Their coffee and specialty coffees are very good too. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I love that this place is open until 8 PM every day except Sunday. The store is larger than it looks from the outside. It's clean and new with ample seating. Otherwise the selection is like you'll find at all stores in this chain but I do find the employees at this location refreshingly friendly. This location also has a drive-through and a good sized outside seating area so feel free to bring a pet. Easy on and off from the freeway, which is an important consideration. You can almost totally avoid the traffic snarls of Turkey Creek by exiting at Campbell Station Road. read more

Yum...there is such a variety to choose from, I tend to loiter at the counter reading the menu and salivating over the options and unique combinations!! My husband has a FAVORITE sandwich that he does not deviate from, but I like to pick something new each time. I am never disappointed! Nice, clean place to sit and enjoy when we have time; not always 'super fast' if we are trying to rush in and back out, but worth the wait every time! read more

Great bagels and good service. One recommendation: do a better job cleaning your establishment. There is so much dust on the napkin dispenser that I actually wiped it off myself. Also get a Lysol wipe and wipe of the machine where you swipe the credit cards. It is grossly dirty. Many establishments are successful in spite of themselves. Clean up a bit more and the attention to detail will be appreciated. read more

It is expensive, for sure. But delicious! I love their bbq chicken panini and caramel macchiato (which is not a traditional macchiato but instead more like Starbuck's version). I was stopping in on a weekly drive I do by them for several months. The lox bagel and southwest turkey sausage are other favorites, the latter keeps well for a next morning 4am breakfast for my husband. The only downside is the menu for the drive through is just a small selection of what they actually offer. I always have my dog with me in the car when I stop due to timing and so when I was going by during the summer I could never go inside. It stays hot here for a long time in Knoxville, so by the time it was cool enough for me to see the menu inside I was already burned out on going every week (which is not a judgement on them, it happens even with my beloved starbucks!) Finally I googled their menu on my phone and ordered the bbq chicken panini. That got me going back a few more times. I will miss this place when we move and they always give Mochi cookies if they notice him in the back! read more

It's expensive for what it is. I keep thinking I will like their bagel sandwiches because they sound good, but they fail to deliver. The last visit, I wanted a bagel, cream cheese, and egg. That's a $3 bagel and a $3 egg. A bacon sausage egg cheese bagel is only $4. They cater poorly to the meat free customer who wants a little protein with their bagel. read more
