Worst customer service in the city. Placed an order at 12:29 for pick up at 1:30pm. Arrived and they hadn't even made my sandwich. Spent over 40 minutes within the store waiting for sandwich. I would never recommend someone to come to this location. Drive down Kingston Pike to the location 8 minutes from here. Also ran out of white bread, did not notify me and made my sandwhich with wheat. No discount, nothing free, no apology. Abosulte joke of an experience. read more

Picked up online order at 3:10, got home and order was wrong. Called location, nice lady answered, requested the manager, she said he was busy and ro call back later, his name was Seth. Told her the order was wrong and needed to talk, was on hold, hung up on, and then someone answered again, wouldn't answer, called from other number, lady helped, man in back yelling about how he wasn't going to help, she said she could refund, he was still yelling, and i gave ticket information, no one has asked what issue is, tried to twll her that 2 items we ordered were completely incorrect. Then was hung up on again. Tried to call back no one would answer. Very unprofessional 2 items completely done wrong, like no one bothered to look at instructions. Do not go to this location. Before it was a good but this is unacceptable. They can do better. This order was picked up at 3:10, so not a busy time, they just did not care at all, if you are the franchise manager, you need to look at management at this location. read more

Every time I order on the app my wait time is always longer than if I just went in and ordered. I am always waiting 15-20 minutes longer than my suggested arrival time. Order is also always wrong. If you email them a complaint they will never respond. read more

This place sucks. I love jersey mikes but i would drive 10 more minutes out of the way rather than come here. I always order a chicken Philly with not peppers or onions. I would understand if a mistake happened and they let the pepper and onion on but no i don't even get chicken i get a steak Philly. they just make whatever they want. this has happened to me 3 times and it's ridiculous. read more

This is by a Publix... I should have gone to Publix for a sandwich. This place is like an over priced Subway. What are they thinking with the bread? It was too tough to bite through. Then followed up with the soda selection being Pepsi. It was just an all around losing visit for me. I got to pay and it was 37.88 for three people. Not worth 20.00. So again another disappointment. I had the Veggie sub that contained brown shredded lettuce, tomato, a slice of cheese, and black pepper. If you're wondering what brown shredded lettuce is, well, it's not be suppose to be that color! Clearly it's not fresh. They run daily specials, you get a regular size sandwich, chips and a drink for 8.25 and that includes tax. The sandwich was plenty of food, a complaint I have about other sandwich shops. Staff were all courteous and friendly, line moved quickly. The sandwich was tasty, I'd would rate these guys above Subway, Jimmy John's, firehouse and Nixon's in terms of quality and freshness. By far my favorite sub shop in Knoxville! The customer service is fantastic and I always get a Philly and it is perfect every time. I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches and used to work for JMike's when I was in high school in Texas. The workers at this location, however, are incompetent. I always get an Italian on the grill and the employees wouldn't let me order it, telling me they aren't allowed to put cold cuts on the grill. I've ordered this sandwich many times at numerous locations and never had this happen before. I wanted to put an apron on and do it myself, but I refrained. I use to live by the creed of "A sub above", yet today, my experience and sandwich were below franchise standards. read more

Food was ok, but service was terrible. I ordered online and when I got there, I saw that my sandwich was ready to go. I still waited in line and when I got to one of the employees, I told him who I was and he said, ok your order is ready, I'll get to you in a minute. I ended up waiting behind everyone else who ordered a sandwich and had it made (there were 4 or 5 people infront of me). I had already paid for my order and the reason I ordered online was so that I didn't have to wait in line behind everyone (so frustrating).
